Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pallet, as is usually the case to deposit on it and thus also to Transporting goods together with the pallet used and for example with the help of forklifts or forklift trucks are moved.
  • Such pallets can be made from different Materials exist.
  • the problem is that for such products used a hygiene pallet Set of additional requirements in addition to the basic requirement of sufficient stability for exposure to the desired products must meet:
  • this pallet must be made of one material exist, the upper surface of which is slightly contaminated, especially germs, can be cleaned, and in which such germs are extremely difficult can penetrate.
  • this essentially metal in particular Light metal, or plastic available, being made of Cost-based plastic, especially as an injection molding part made with a largely hollow, ribbed Interior, is used.
  • Pallets against mechanical loads like this must be resistant to having a drop test to a corner up to a certain height without Have to survive breakage and possibly a subsequent one Leakage test by inflating with overpressure.
  • WO 94/10051 is a plastic pallet become known with a smooth topsoil, the one at the bottom with a ribbing is provided. This closed on all sides hollow bottom is with at its bottom welded feet under the a base plate is welded. The feet show intersecting in their hollow interior Ribs on the middle of the foot side surfaces support each other and therefore increase the load capacity of the feet.
  • the object of the present invention is in creating a hygiene range, despite the continuous external surfaces and sufficient stability is so elastic that a corresponding drop test on a corner and subsequent Pressure test of the range can be passed and the pallet is still inexpensive and simple is to be produced.
  • the pallets in question are constructed so that the below the support member arranged feet, at the lower end by skid parts can be connected to individual runners, at least in the corner areas, possibly also in the Course of the outer edge of the pallet.
  • corner web walls and / or the Exterior walls are designed so that they at least some of the energy applied by elastic Absorb deformation, and possibly one distributing excessive part of the impact energy the one behind it viewed from the corner Derive areas. Because of a right angle Corner with the sector behind it deepens with increasing depth, there is already one drastic reduction in individual forces or force peaks.
  • corner area which is usually simultaneously represents the foot, one or more in the corner area arched corner web walls located relatively far out which has those adjacent to the corner Connect outer walls with each other and with yours External curvature inwards, i.e. towards the middle of the pallet, Clues.
  • inwards recessed corner web walls also are arcuate, and are arranged that their outer curvature towards the corner, i.e. after outside, points.
  • These inside corner web walls are based on regular ones, i.e. parallel to the Outer edges and web walls running in a rectangular grid, through which a corner chamber is formed in the corner area, in which the Corner web walls are located.
  • each one or more, arcuate Corner web walls serve on the one hand to stabilize the adjacent walls, in particular the outer walls subject to the force, this corner chamber, on the other hand, however, at least one as the start and end point another, guided diagonally from the corner radially towards the center of the pallet Corner web wall, which also has a curved shape and that is precisely why as an elastic element, i.e. as a spring, between the arched corner web walls serves.
  • the corner web walls running radially inwards from the corner can either start at or on one of the outside, arc-shaped corner web walls the outside wall itself and they can be on one of the inside curved corner web walls end or on one of the regular, parallel to the Outer edge of the pallet-extending web walls, which the corner chamber limit.
  • one or both of the outer walls in the corner area i.e. in the Area of the corner chamber, which otherwise run straight, at least one have hat-shaped or S-shaped twist, with hat-shaped twists should preferably be directed inwards. This also favors one Suspension of the outer wall towards your main level.
  • the radial ones too Corner web walls can have such a twist.
  • Wall thicknesses, curvatures, transition radii and the like and materials, z. B. unreinforced polyethylene, are in tune with the desired elasticity and coordinate the desired ability to eliminate.
  • All web walls and / or corner web walls and / or outer walls are fixed, in particular in one piece, connected to one another, as is the case in the manufacture of a such ribbed part is common as a plastic injection molded part, or lie at least closely adjacent to the adjacent wall.
  • the individual parts can be viewed through openings or have open pockets on one side, if the individual parts are like this Be put together that the respective continuous outer surfaces of this Individual parts only represent the outer surfaces of the finished pallet.
  • the middle part is on the underside of its support part as well as on all outer walls and surrounding walls with the exception of the top of the support member and the underside of the runner parts or the individual feet with a continuous dense outer surface provided so that by attaching the cover plate and the skid plates result in an overall tight, continuous exterior.
  • the cover plate and / or the skid plates point from their upper end plate (with the cover plate) or from the lower end plate (with the Skid plates) against the middle section pointing ribs, which with the Ribs in the middle section except for the exceptions described later match, so that when stacking and gluing or thermal Not only weld the outer walls, but also the individual ones Web walls that form the ribs are firmly connected to what the rigidity of the pallet increased significantly.
  • corner web walls are, however, particularly on their upper, possibly also or additionally at its lower end, partly not with the Cover plate or skid plate and their ribs connected, but end at a distance or in contact, but loosely, opposite this plate.
  • the cover plate itself cannot be in the area of the corner chamber have their own ribbing, and the corner web walls protrude above the upper edge of the rest of the middle section accordingly far upwards, so that it is directly on or end under the lower edge of the upper end plate of the cover plate.
  • the cover plate can also have ribs in the corner area, the total or only partially with those coming below Ribs of the corner areas of the middle section match.
  • the rigidity in the Corner area can be controlled by the fact that some of the ribs in the Corner area between middle part and cover plate firmly connected become. If all ribs in the corner area with regard to their course must match, especially when thermal welding by a sufficient height separation of those web walls that are not together to be connected, the welding should be prevented.
  • Mechanism is in the supporting part of the central part a predetermined bending point in an arc the corner area arranged to bend away one of the corner areas compared to the rest of the pallet and its elastic spring back favor.
  • the predetermined bending point consists of an arc-shaped bead, which in the Underside of the support part of the middle part is incorporated and in essentially from one to the other of those outer edges of the pallet stretches that strive from the corner in question.
  • These too in cross section hat-shaped bead is formed as a continuous, dense outer surface and has no sharp inner corners or inner edges, which the cleaning of the External surfaces of the pallets can complicate, which of course also for all other inner edges of the pallets apply.

  • B. a forklift so that the pallet in a known manner both in the longitudinal direction, that is between the runners 7, as well as in the transverse direction, through the aligned zinc pockets 25 of the individual runners 7 through, can be gripped by a forklift.
  • the outer plate of the cover plate 8 corresponds to the outer contour of the central part 21 and its upper end edge.
  • the skid plates 9a, 9b consist of flat Sheet material, without vertically rising edge areas or ribbing.
  • the cover plate 8 consists of an upper end plate 8 ', of which of outer walls 14a ', 14b' over the entire circumference of the end plate 8 'protrude downwards and also a large number of web walls in the interior 3 'or corner web walls 13', the ribbing and thus reinforcement serve the cover plate 8.
  • center elevations 23 arranged only over such an extent, that they are in the free spacing of the runners 7 of the pallet placed above 1 come to rest.
  • the center elevations 23 arranged in the longitudinal direction find in the central recesses 24 'of the middle runners 7 or above lying pallet 1 place.
