Definitions
- the invention relates to a pallet, as is usually used to deposit and thus also used for transporting goods together with the pallet are moved and for example with the help of forklifts or forklifts become.
- Such pallets can consist of different materials.
- problems that the hygiene pallets used for such products have a number of additional requirements in addition to the basic requirement of a sufficient stability for the stress caused by the desired products must meet:
- this pallet must consist of a material whose surface can be easily cleaned of dirt, in particular germs, and in which such germs are extremely difficult to penetrate.
- material for this is essentially metal, in particular light metal, or plastic available, plastic for cost reasons, especially produced as an injection molded part with a largely hollow, ribbed interior, is used.
- the object of the present invention is therefore a hygiene range to create that despite continuous external surfaces on all sides and sufficient Stability is so elastic that a corresponding drop test on a corner and subsequent pressure test of the pallet can be passed and the Pallet is still inexpensive and easy to manufacture.
- the pallets in question are constructed in such a way that the feet arranged below the supporting part, which at the lower end by skid parts can be connected to individual runners, at least in the corner areas, possibly also in the course of the outer edge of the pallet, are located.
- the ribbing is by means of web walls or in the corner area by corner web walls so that one in the corner area impact on the pallet in the direction of the main plane of the Pallet takes place or at least includes directional components of this main level, through the outer walls of the corner area to the further inside Corner web walls of the corner area is transferred, these corner web walls and / or the outer walls are designed so that they cover at least part of the absorbing energy by elastic deformation, and a distributing any part of the impact energy to that from the corner derived from the areas behind it.
- corner area the usually represents the foot at the same time
- one or more relatively in the corner area has far-lying arc-shaped corner web walls that to the corner connect the adjacent outer walls with each other and with their outer curvature point inwards, i.e. towards the middle of the pallet.
- Corner web walls set back from the corner, which are also arcuate, and are arranged so that whose outer curvature points towards the corner, i.e. towards the outside.
- These inside Corner bridge walls in turn are based on regular, i.e. parallel to, the Outer edges and web walls running in a rectangular grid, through which a corner chamber is formed in the corner area, in which the Corner web walls are located.
- each one or more, arcuate Corner web walls serve on the one hand to stabilize the adjacent walls, in particular the outer walls subject to the action of force, this corner chamber, on the other hand, however, at least one as the start and end point further, diagonally from the corner radially against the center of the pallet Corner web wall, which also has a curved shape and that is precisely why as an elastic element, i.e. as a spring, between the arcuate corner web walls serves.
- the radially inward corner web walls can either start at or on one of the outside, arc-shaped corner web walls the outside wall itself and they can be on one of the inside curved corner web walls end or on one of the regular, parallel to the Outer edge of the pallet-extending web walls, which the corner chamber limit.
- one or both of the outer walls in the corner area i.e. in the Area of the corner chamber that otherwise run straight, at least one have hat-shaped or S-shaped twist, with hat-shaped twists should preferably be directed inwards. This also favors one Suspension of the outer wall towards your main level.
- the radial ones too Corner web walls can have such a twist.
- Wall thicknesses, curvatures, transition radii and the like and materials are in tune with the desired elasticity and coordinate the desired ability to eliminate.
- All web walls and / or corner web walls and / or outer walls are fixed, in particular in one piece, connected to one another, as is the case in the manufacture of a such ribbed part is common as a plastic injection molded part, or lie at least closely adjacent to the respective adjacent wall.
- the individual parts can be viewed through openings or have open pockets on one side, if the individual parts are like this Be put together that the respective continuous outer surfaces of this Individual parts only represent the outer surfaces of the finished pallet.
- the middle part is on the underside of its supporting part as well as on all outer walls and surrounding walls with the exception of the top of the support member and the underside of the runner parts or the individual feet with a continuous dense outer surface provided so that by attaching the cover plate and the skid plates result in an overall tight, continuous exterior.
- the cover plate and / or the skid plates point from their upper end plate (with the cover plate) or from the lower end plate (with the Skid plates) against the central part pointing ribs, which with the Ribs in the middle section except for the exceptions described later match, so that when stacking and gluing or thermal Not only weld the outer walls, but also the individual ones Web walls that form the ribs are firmly connected to what the rigidity of the pallet increased significantly.
- corner web walls are, however, particularly on their upper, possibly also or additionally at its lower end, sometimes not with the Cover plate or skid plate and their ribs connected, but end at a distance or in contact, but loosely, opposite this plate.
- the cover plate itself cannot be in the area of the corner chamber have their own ribbing, and the corner web walls protrude above the upper edge of the rest of the middle part accordingly far upwards, so that they immediately or end under the lower edge of the upper end plate of the cover plate.
- the cover plate can also have ribs in the corner area, the total or only partially with those coming below Ribs of the corner areas of the middle section match.
- the rigidity in the Corner area can be controlled by the fact that some of the ribs in the Corner area between the middle part and cover plate firmly connected become. If all ribs in the corner area with regard to their course must match, especially when thermal welding by a sufficient height separation of those web walls that are not together to be connected, the welding should be prevented.
- Mechanism is in the support part of the central part a predetermined bending point in an arc the corner area arranged to bend away one of the corner areas compared to the rest of the pallet and its elastic spring back favor.
- the predetermined bending point consists of an arcuate bead, which in the Bottom of the support part of the middle part is incorporated and in essentially from one to the other of those outer edges of the pallet stretches that strive from the corner in question. Also in cross section hat-shaped bead is formed as a continuous, dense outer surface and has no sharp inner corners or inner edges, which the cleaning of the External surfaces of the pallets can complicate, which of course also for all other inner edges of the pallets apply.
- Figures 1 show a variant of the pallet obliquely in the finished state from above or diagonally from below, while Figures 2 show the state before Connecting the individual parts.
- the basic design and in particular the dimensions correspond to existing standards the known pallets.
- the pallet consists of a central part 21 the top of which a cover plate 8 is placed, and on its individual Skid parts 6 skid plates 9a and 9b are placed.
- the middle part 21 protrude from the plate-shaped upper support part 4, its size corresponds to the base of the pallet 1, down at each corner and in the One foot 5 each from the center of each of the outer edges.
- the three feet 5 In the longitudinal direction of the pallet are the three feet 5 through a skid part 6 to a skid 7 with each other connected, as best seen in Fig. 1b.
- each of the runners 7 has two in the space between the three feet 5 Prong pockets 25 for the prongs z.
- B. a forklift so that the pallet in a known manner both in the longitudinal direction, that is between the runners 7, as well as in the transverse direction, through the aligned zinc pockets 25 of the individual runners 7 through, can be gripped by a forklift.
- the outer plate of the cover plate 8 corresponds to the outer contour of the central part 21 and its upper end edge.
- the skid plates 9a, 9b consist of flat Board material, without vertically rising edge areas or ribbing.
- the cover plate 8 consists of an upper end plate 8 ', of which of outer walls 14a ', 14b' over the entire circumference of the end plate 8 'protrude downwards and also a multitude of web walls in the interior 3 'or corner web walls 13', the ribbing and thus reinforcement serve the cover plate 8.
- the pallets 1 In order to be able to stack the pallets 1 empty one above the other, they are in the transverse direction arranged center elevations 23 arranged only over such an extent, that they in the free spacing of the runners 7 of the pallet placed above 1 come to rest.
- the center elevations 23 arranged in the longitudinal direction find in the central recesses 24 'of the middle runners 7 or above lying pallet 1 place.
- the middle lower skid plate has 9b, which consists only of a lower end plate 9 ', corresponding center openings 24, the contour and positioning of the central recess 24 ' of the overlying middle skid part 6 of the middle part 21.
- Fig. 3 shows a sectional view along the line III-III of Fig. 1a or 4c, that is in the longitudinal direction of the pallet along one of the outer runners 7.
- the contact plane 10 'between the cover plate 8 and the middle part 21 is one horizontal plane, and thus runs parallel to the main plane 10 of the pallet 1.
- FIGS. 3, 4a, 4b in the area of the feet 5 through the longitudinal and transverse web walls 3 in the middle part 21 upwards and continuously open at the bottom, chambers 19 are formed, while in the other areas - ie in the area of the support member 4 between the runners and in the area of the runners in the longitudinal sections in which the tine pockets 25 are present - the web walls 3 from the continuous outer surfaces only protrude on one side, up or down.
- the ribbing in the corner area in which usually also one of the Feet 5 is arranged on the following design:
- each corner area is due to the 26 meeting in the outer corner Outer walls 14a, 14b on the one hand and essentially by contrast parallel, recessed regular web walls 3x and 3a on the other hand a corner chamber 19c is formed, in which corner web walls 13 are arranged, which have a different orientation than the usual web walls 3.
- corner 26 In the outer corner area of the corner chamber 19 'run at a distance from the outer corner and at a distance from each other arc-shaped, approximately quarter-circular corner web walls 13a, 13b from one outer wall 14a to the other outer wall 14b, corner 26 being approximately the center of curvature of these corner web walls 13a, 13b forms, so this with its outer curvature inwards, against the center of the Pallet.
- the inner corner formed by the web walls 3a and 3x forms the Corner chamber 19 'approximately the center of curvature of the corner web wall 13c, so that this is directed with its outer curvature against the corner 26 of the pallet 1.
- this corner web wall 13c corresponds approximately to the larger one, further inside lying the outer corner web walls 13b.
- the radius of the corner web walls 13b, 13c is approximately as large as the width, i.e. the smaller extent of the Corner chamber 19 '.
- These two arcuate corner web chambers 13b, 13c are by an approximately radial - with respect to the corner 26 of the pallet - extending Corner web wall 13d connected, which is not straight, but slightly curved is curved. While this corner web wall 13d approximately at a right angle to the External curvature of the corner web wall 13b hits, it goes into the outer circumference of the inside, arcuate corner web wall 13c gently over.
- Another radially extending corner web wall 13e which is also at right angles on the outer circumference of the quarter-circular corner web wall 13b, at a distance from radial corner web wall 13d, hits, goes smoothly into the web wall 3a, which at the same time represents an outer wall of the foot and thus the corner chamber 19 via.
- the longer outer wall 14b of the corner chamber 19 ' has a hat-shaped shape Bend 27, which is directed into the interior of the corner chamber 19 ', namely in Area between the point of impact of the largest outer arcuate Corner web walls 13b and that along the outer wall 14b from the corner 26 recessed corner of the corner chamber 19 '.
- the central part 21 has one over its entire extent constant height, and also all web walls 3 and corner web walls 13 and the outer walls 14 have the same height throughout.
- corner area Another possibility for the corner area is that - as in Fig. 4a, 4b can be seen - the corner web walls 13, which are arranged in the corner chambers 19 ', extend upward beyond the rest of the middle part 21. Thereby in this area in the cover plate 8 no ribbing is necessary.
- corner web walls 13 or the corner web walls become 13 only partially at its upper and / or lower end with the cover plate 8 or the skid plate 9 firmly connected, in particular thermally welded.
- Corner web wall 13c In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4c, only the quarter-circle-shaped ones lying inside are Corner web wall 13c and the largest of the outer quarter-circle Corner web walls 13b welded to the cover plate 8 by this analogously arranged and shaped corner web walls 13c ', 13b', as on best seen in Fig. 2b.
- this is avoided by one of the corner web walls 13a and 13a 'in its height extension is shortened so that it touch level 10 'and so that the corresponding opposite corner web wall is not reached.
- the aforementioned training enables it to act in or approximately at the main level Loads and blows against a corner 26 of the pallet 1 on the one hand cushion and on the other hand to areas of the pallet located further inside forward that besides an instantaneous deformation and recovery there is no permanent damage to the pallet.
- the bead 12 is - as can be seen in Figures 4b and 4c - around an arc the corner 26 arranged around, each with a straight end piece towards the respective outer edge 14a, 14b.
- the bead 12 On the narrow side of the Pallet ends the bead 12 approximately in the middle of the distance between two runners 7. On the long side, the distance to the foot 5 is only about half as large.
- the cross section of the bead 12 is an arc segment of less than 180 °, approximately 120-160 °.
- the bead ends increasing thickness in this edge area, and thus does not immediately reach to to the outermost edge 14a, 14b, since the depth of the bead 12 is less, about half as much is large, like the thickness of the support part 4 of the middle part 21, as best shown in FIG. 3 can be seen.
- the bead 12 acts as Bulge in the lower end plate of the supporting part, on which is vertical towering the web walls 3, which are perpendicular and parallel to the Cross the outer edges 14a, 14b of the pallet.
- These web walls 3 are missing above the bead 12. Instead, these web walls 3 go into bead web walls 17 over, which also along each of the edges of the bead 12 vertically upright and at the height of the other web walls 3, so towering extend to the contact plane 10 '.
- the bead web walls 17 each have a section 18 with an S-shaped or hat-shaped curvature - viewed in the top view of FIG. 4c - on. At least on one of the bead web walls 17, as shown in Fig. 4a z. B. in the such a section should lie outside the two bead web walls to be available.
- a bead center wall 15 runs along the center line of the bead. This protrudes above the contact level 10 '.
- the cover plate 8 has a downwardly projecting ribbing including the Beading web walls 17 ', and as in the middle part 21 is in the area between the rib web walls 17 'no ribbing through the normal web walls 3 available.
- the cover part 8 is missing along the center of the bead extending middle wall, so that the bead center wall 15 of the middle part 21 to the cover plate 8 ends just below the end plate 8 '.
- the runner part 6 between the individual feet 5 is dimensioned relatively weak, and offers little resistance to such a bend.
- the bead center wall 15 runs without an S-shaped section or hat-shaped bend along the center line of the bead.
