Eine wesentliche Besonderheit des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens und damit
auch des Aufbaus der dazu dienenden Vorrichtung ist die Tatsache, daß von vorneherein

die innere Aufteilung natürlich entsprechend den unterschiedlichen zu erzeugenden
Schwellentypen gewählt ist. Bevorzugt geschieht dies dadurch, daß die
Mehrfachformen aus einem tragenden Rahmen und auswechselbar eingelegten
Inlayformblechen bestehen. Durch diese Verwendung gleicher Mehrfachformen
kann eine entsprechende Aufteilung der Aushärtestation in Kammern 16 - 29 erfolgen,
deren Breite und Tiefe entsprechend den Abmessungen der Mehrfachformen
gewählt ist, wobei natürlich eine Mehrzahl solcher Formen übereinander in
entsprechende Einschübe eingebracht werden kann. Das rechnergesteuerte Regalbediengerät
- der Rechnerraum 30 enthält auch die Steuerungseinrichtungen
für die Wärmekammern 16 - 29 - kann entweder direkt über eine Eingabestation
bei der Betonier- und Rüttelstation die notwendigen Angaben zu den einzelnen
Formen erhalten oder aber man kann auch entsprechende Markierungen oder
Identifizierungschips an den Formen vorsehen, die über eine Lesestation des Regalbediengeräts
ausgelesen werden können. Das Regalbediengerät legt dann die
von ihm identifizierten Mehrfachformen irgendwo in den Wärmekammern ab und
kann auch bei chaotischer Ablagerung stets in geeigneter Weise Zugriff nehmen,
um nach der vorgesehenen Härtezeit der Schwellen die Mehrfachform wieder
herauszunehmen und in der eine Entspannstation enthaltenden Entleerstation 5
abzulegen. Nach dem Entspannen bzw. Entleeren der Schwellen oder wenn
Schwellenabsorber, Füllsteine od.dgl. produziert werden sollen, werden die Formen
über eine Pufferstation einem Manipulator 32 zugeführt, der die Form dreht
und die Schwellen auf ein Förderband ablegt, mit dem sie durch die Montagestation
33 transportiert werden. Die geleerten Formen werden auf ein anderes Förderband
abgelegt, welches sie der Reinigungs- und Ölvorrichtung 7 der Vorbereitungsstation
1 zuleitet. Die Montage der Schienenbefestigungen erfolgt auf dem
Förderband der Montagestation. Eine ggf. erforderliche Hebe- und Drehvorrichtung
34 stapelt die Schwellen in vorbestimmten Einheiten, so daß der auf dem
Lagerplatz befindliche Kran gleichgroße Schwellenpakete verladen kann. Gegebenenfalls
kann aber auch ein langer Ketten- oder Rollenförderer die Schwellen

- Flexible process for manufacturing concrete sleepers with or without prestressing, in which the moulds are cleaned and provided with reinforcements in a preparation bay (1), and are then filled with concrete in a concreting and shaking bay (2), and the sleepers are hardened by heat treatment, characterised in that all the sleepers are manufactured in multiple, preferably four-fold moulds (F) of equal external dimensions comprising single moulds disposed next to one another which are to be prestressed individually, the moulds consisting of a carrying frame and inlay mould plates exchangeably inserted therein, and in that the heat treatment is carried out in heat chambers, which are loaded with the concreted multiple moulds (F) and emptied via a shelf operating device, which supplies the moulds to a relaxing and emptying bay before a preparation bay, all sleepers with the multiple moulds being brought to the heat chambers (16, 29) and according to the type of sleeper remaining for different lengths of time in heat chambers (16-29) of different temperatures.
