Description
La solution décrite dans ce brevet paraít difficilement applicable dans l'industrie.
A partir de cette conception de base, le dispositif comprend :
- soit un système de bras en croix articulés sur des traverses disposées dans la partie médiane de la costière et d'un cadre recevant la coupole,
- soit deux systèmes de bras en croix articulés au niveau des bords latéraux (ou transversaux) de la costière et d'un cadre recevant la coupole.
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective du lanterneau en position ouverte de la coupole par rapport à la costière.
- La figure 2 est une vue en coupe longitudinale du lanterneau en position de fermeture de la coupole.
- La figure 3 est une vue correspondant à la figure 2 en position d'ouverture de la coupole.
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe transversale considérée selon la ligne 4.4 de la figure 3.
- La figure 5 est une vue en coupe considérée selon la ligne 5.5 de la figure 3.
Les avantages ressortent bien de la description. En particulier, on souligne et on rappelle :
- l'ouverture verticale de la coupole dans un plan parallèle au plan de base défini par la costière,
- l'assujettissement des bras en croix à l'organe actionneur de type vérin, permettant de répartir convenablement les efforts,
- la simplicité de l'ouverture et de la fermeture de la coupole par rapport à la costière, comparativement aux solutions antérieures de l'état de la technique, selon lesquelles la coupole était articulée par rapport à l'un des bords de la costière.
Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'articulation d'une coupole (2) sur une costière (1) de lanterneau, au moyen d'au moins un système de deux bras articulés disposés en croix (A) et (B), pour permettre l'ouverture et la fermeture de la coupole dans un plan parallèle à celui défini par la costière, au moyen d'un vérin double effet (5), caractérisé en ce que le fût (Sa) du vérin (5) est articulé avec une position linéaire fixe à une partie fixe (6) de la costière (1) recevant, à libre articulation, l'une des extrémités des bras (A) et (B) disposés en croix, l'extrémité libre de la tige (5b) dudit vérin (5) étant articulée avec une position linéaire fixe, sur l'un desdits bras (A).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque bras (A) et (B) est constitué par deux fers plats parallèles (8-9) et (10-11), le vérin étant disposé entre les deux fers du bras correspondant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le vérin (5) est disposé angulairement par rapport au bras (A) auquel il est accouplé, selon un angle (α) compris entre 10° et 30° environ.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des extrémités de l'un des bras (A) est montée avec capacité de déplacement et d'articulation dans une lumière (6a) que présente la partie fixe (6) de la costière (1), son autre extrémité étant articulée, avec une position linéaire fixe, sur la partie fixe (7) de la coupole (1), tandis que l'une des extrémités de l'autre bras (B) est articulée, avec une position linéaire fixe, sur la partie fixe (6) de la costière (1), son autre extrémité étant montée avec capacité de déplacement et d'articulation dans une lumière (7a) que présente la partie fixe (7) de la coupole (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système de bras en croix (A) et (B) articulés sur des traverses disposées dans la partie médiane de la costière (1) et d'un cadre (3) recevant la coupole (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux systèmes de bras en croix (A) et (B) articulés au niveau des bords latéraux ou transversaux de la costière (1) et d'un cadre (3) recevant la coupole (2).
