Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Verstärkung der tragenden Wandungen eines Verpackungsbehälters, der ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt (20) aus Wellkarton mit wenigstens einer kannelierten bzw. gewellten Schicht (10, 12) hergestellt wird, in welchem jede der tragenden Wandungen von einem Klapp-Aggregat (24) gebildet wird, das an der Bodenwandung (22) des Verpackungsbehälters über eine Faltungslinie (26) schwenkbar befestigt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren umfaßt:auf der Innenseite des Klapp-Aggregats (24) wird in im wesentlichen gleichem Abstand zwischen seinem freien Rand (27) und der genannten Faltungslinie ein geradliniger, nicht durchtrennender Schnitt (28) angebracht, welcher die gesamte Kartondicke, jedoch nicht die auf der Außenseite des Zuschnitts befindliche Deckfolie bzw. Deckschicht (18) durchschneidet, wobei dieser Schnitt zu seinen beiden Seiten einerseits eine durch die genannte Faltungslinie (26) mit der Bodenwandung (22) schwenkbar verbundene Seitenwandung (30) definiert und andererseits einen Klapp-Umschlag (32), der auf der Seitenwandung durch eine Verbindungslinie (34), welche auf der genannten äußeren Deckschicht (18) ausgebildet ist, schwenkbar ist;das Klapp-Aggregat (24) wird senkrecht auf der Bodenwandung (22) aufgerichtet;der Klapp-Umschlag (32) wird durch Verschwenken um die genannte Verbindungslinie (34) in Richtung nach außerhalb des Verpackungsbehälters gefaltet;der Klapp-Umschlag wird mit der Außenfläche der Seitenwandung verklebt. - Verpackungsbehälter, der ausgehend von einem Zuschnitt aus Wellkarton (20) mit wenigstens einer kannelierten bzw. gewellten Schicht (10, 12) hergestellt ist und eine Bodenwandung (22) und wenigstens ein mit der Bodenwandung um eine Faltlinie (26) schwenkbar verbundenes Klapp-Aggregat (24) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Klapp-Aggregat (24) auf der Innenseite in im wesentlichen gleichem Abstand zwischen seinem freien Rand (27) und der Faltlinie (26) einen geradlinigen, nicht-durchtrennenden Schnitt (28) aufweist, welcher die gesamte Kartondicke, jedoch nicht die auf der Außenseite des Zuschnitts befindliche Deckschicht (18) durchschneidet, und der so eine Verbindungslinie zwischen einer Seitenwandung und einem Klapp-Umschlag definiert, wobei der Klapp-Umschlag in Richtung nach außerhalb des Verpackungsbehälters umgefaltet ist. - Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Rand (27) des Klapp-Umschlags auf dem gleichen Niveau wie die Unterseite (40) der Bodenwandung endet. - Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, der mit einem Wellkarton hergestellt ist, welcher eine oder mehrere kannelierte Schicht bzw. Schichten (10, 12) aufweist, die miteinander durch wenigstens eine Zwischenpapierlage (14) verbunden sind und an ihren Außenseiten durch Deckschichten (16, 18) abgedeckt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nicht-durchtrennende Schnitt durch die innere Deckschicht (16), die kannelierte(n) bzw. gewellte(n) Schicht(en) (10, 12) und die Zwischenschicht oder Zwischenschichten, jedoch nicht durch die äußere Deckschicht (18) ausgeführt wird. - Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er eine Bodenwandung (52) und zwei Längsseitenwandungen (54, 56) sowie zwei Quer-Seitenwandungen (82, 86) umfaßt, die an der Bodenwandung über Faltlinien (58, 60, 66, 68) schwenkbar sind, wobei jede der genannten Quer-Seitenwandungen (82, 86) durch einen Klapp-Umschlag (84) gedoppelt ist, welcher an der Quer-Seitenwandung über einen nicht-durchtrennenden Schnitt (78) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, wobei die genannte Quer-Seitenwandung (82) und der genannte Klapp-Umschlag (84) an ihren Enden mit Zungenlaschen (122, 124 und 110, 112) versehen sind, die längs Faltlinien (114, 116) faltbar sind, welche rechtwinklig zur Faltlinie (66) der genannten Quer-Seitenwandung (82) an der Bodenwandung (52) verlaufen, wobei die an die genannte Quer-Seitenwandung (82) angrenzenden Zungenlaschen (122, 124) mit der Innenseite von zwei der genannten Querwandung (82) benachbarten Längs-Seitenwandungen (54, 56) verklebt sind, während die an den Klapp-Umschlag (84) angrenzenden Zungenlaschen (110, 112) mit der Außenseite der genannten Längswandungen (54, 56) verklebt sind. - Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Querwandung (82) sich in innere Eckelemente (118, 120) fortsetzt, welche diagonal in den zwischen der genannten Seitenwandung und den genannten Längswandungen (54, 56) definierten Ecken des Verpackungsbehälters zu liegen kommen, und daß die genannten Eckelemente sich ihrerseits in Zungenlaschen (122, 124) fortsetzen, die mit der Innenfläche der genannten Längswandungen (54, 56) verklebt sind.
