Abstract

El procedimiento de fabricación de paredes soporte de bandejas de cartón ondulado consiste en cortar el panel de pared lateral por medio de un corte y doblarlo hacia fuera para darle un doble grosor. El procedimiento consiste en hacer un corte recto (28) a través de las capas (14, 16) de las solapas laterales, dejando solo la capa exterior (18) sin cortar. Cuando se dobla la pared lateral hacia fuera respecto de la base (22) de la bandeja a lo largo de la línea de plegado (26) su sección superior (32) encima del corte se pliega hacia fuera y se pega para obtener una pared de doble grosor con los canales del cartón ondulado discurriendo verticalmente a su través. La posición del corte (28) se selecciona de forma que el borde libre (27) de la sección exterior quede a paño con la cara inferior (40) de la base de la bandeja cuando se dobla.
