Claims (6)
- Procédé de renforcement des parois porteuses d'un conditionnement réalisé à partir d'un flan (20) en carton ondulé à au moins une couche cannelée (10, 12), dans laquelle chacune des parois porteuses est constituée par un volet (24) articulé sur la paroi de fond (22) du conditionnement par une ligne de pliage (26), ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste :à pratiquer sur la face intérieure du volet (24), sensiblement à égale distance entre son bord libre (27) et ladite ligne de pliage, une coupe rectiligne à mi-chair (28) qui tranche toute l'épaisseur du carton sauf la feuille de couverture (18) se trouvant sur la face extérieure du flan, ladite coupe définissant de part et d'autre, une paroi latérale (30) articulée sur la paroi de fond (22) par ladite ligne de pliage (26) et un rabat (32) articulé sur la paroi latérale par une ligne de liaison (34) formée sur ladite feuille de couverture extérieure (18) ;à dresser le volet (24) perpendiculairement à la paroi de fond (22) ;à plier le rabat (32) vers l'extérieur du conditionnement en le faisant pivoter autour de ladite ligne de liaison (34) ;et à coller le rabat sur la face extérieure de la paroi latérale.
- Conditionnement réalisé à partir d'un flan en carton ondulé (20) à au moins une couche cannelée (10, 12) et comprenant une paroi de fond (22) et au moins un volet (24) articulé sur la paroi de fond par une ligne de pliage (26), caractérisé en ce que ledit volet (24) comporte, sur la face intérieure, sensiblement à égale distance entre son bord libre (27) et la ligne de pliage (26), une coupe rectiligne à mi-chair (28) qui tranche toute l'épaisseur du carton sauf la feuille de couverture (18) se trouvant sur la face extérieure du flan.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur (17) du rabat arrive au même niveau que la face inférieure (40) de la paroi de fond.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 2, réalisé avec un carton ondulé qui comprend une ou plusieurs couches cannelées (10, 12) reliées entre elles par au moins une feuille de papier intermédiaire (14) et recouvertes sur leurs faces extérieures par des feuilles de couverture (16, 18), caractérisé en ce que la coupe à mi-chair est pratiquée à travers la feuille de couverture intérieure (16), la ou les couches cannelées (10, 12) et la ou les feuilles intermédiaires, mais pas sur la feuille de couverture extérieure (18).
- Conditionnement selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une paroi de fond (52) et deux parois latérales longitudinales (54, 56) et deux parois latérales transversales (82, 86), articulées sur la paroi de fond par des lignes de pliage (58, 60, 66, 68), chacune desdites parois latérales transversales (82, 86) étant doublée par un rabat (84) qui est articulé sur celle-ci par une coupe à mi-chair (78), ladite paroi transversale (82) et ledit rabat (84) étant munis à leurs extrémités de languettes (122, 124 et 110, 112) pliables le long de lignes de pliage (114, 116) perpendiculaires à la ligne de pliage (66) de ladite paroi transversale (82) sur la paroi de fond (52), les languettes (122, 124) qui sont attenantes à ladite paroi transversale (82) étant collées sur la face intérieure de deux parois latérales longitudinales (54, 56) adjacentes à ladite paroi transversale (82), tandis que les languettes (110, 112) qui sont attenantes au rabat (84) sont collées sur la face extérieure desdites parois longitudinales (54, 56).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite paroi transversale (82) se prolonge par des éléments de coin intérieurs (118, 120) qui se placent en diagonale dans les coins du conditionnement définis entre ladite paroi latérale et lesdites parois longitudinales (54, 56), lesdits éléments de coin se prolongeant à leur tour par des languettes (122, 124) qui sont collées sur la face intérieure desdites parois longitudinales (54, 56).
