- eine Schnittansicht einer Polsterung von Winkelstücken.
Claims (13)
- Montagevorrichtung (20) zum Montieren einer Zarge (1), bestehend aus einem im wesentlichen rechteckigen Rahmen (21) zum Einsetzen in die Zarge, der aus zwei vertikalen Rahmenteilen (28) besteht, deren Abstand durch eine Distanzkonstruktion (32, 65) justierbar ist, mit einer seine Rechteckausdehnung enthaltenden vertikalen Rahmenmittelebene (25) und mit parallelen vertikalen, entgegengesetzt, nämlich vom Rahmen aus nach außen gerichteten, einen rechten Winkel zur Rahmenmittelebene einnehmenden Anlageflächen (29) zum Anlegen an die vertikalen Innenflächen (6) der Zarge, wobei vom Rahmen (21) Halter (22, 42) zum Angreifen an der Zarge (1) und mit dem Rahmen in einer Richtung rechtwinklig zur Rahmenmittelebene verschiebbar und festlegbar verbundene Gestänge (45, 46), an denen Anlagebacken (23) mit parallel zur Rahmenmittelebene liegenden Anlageflächen für die umgebende Wand (8) sitzen, radial nach außen abstehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halter auf einer Seite der Rahmenmittelebene (25) mit dem Rahmen starr festlegbar verbundene Winkelstücke (22, 42) mit parallel zur Rahmenmittelebene liegenden Anlageflächen für Teile der Zarge sind und die Gestänge (45, 46) auf der anderen Seite der Rahmenmittelebene (25) vom Rahmen abstehen und die Anlageflächen ihrer Anlagebacken (23) entgegengesetzt zu den Anlageflächen der Winkelstücke (22, 42) zur Anlage an Teilen der Zarge (1) und der umgebenden Wand (8) gerichtet sind.
- Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einem der vertikalen Rahmenteile (28) in starrem rechtem Winkel ein oberes horizontales Rahmenstück (30) befestigt ist, das in Richtung auf den anderen vertikalen Rahmenteil (28) absteht und an seiner Oberseite (31) eine Anlagefläche zum Anlegen eines Teils der horizontalen Innenfläche (6) der Zarge (1) hat.
- Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gestänge (45, 46) der Anlagebacken (23) am Rahmen (21) über einen lösbaren Linearfreilauf (47) montiert sind, der im nicht gelösten Zustand eine Bewegung der Anlagebacken in Richtung auf die an der gegenüberliegenden Rahmenseite angebrachten Winkelstücke (42) freigibt und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung sperrt, zur Verschwenkung der Anlagebacken (23) um einen jeweiligen Rahmenpunkt im Rahmen (21) drehbar gelagert sind und jeweils einen parallel zur Rahmenmittelebene (25) verlaufenden Arm umfassen, entlang dem eine Aufhängung für die jeweilige Anlegebacke (23) verschieblich ist.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelstücke (22) am Rahmen (21) lösbar und in anderer Stellung neu starr festlegbar befestigt sind.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf der einen Seite des Rahmens (21) sitzenden Winkelstücke (22, 42) und die auf der anderen Seite des Rahmens sitzenden, jeweils wenigstens eine Anlagebacke (23) tragenden Gestänge (45) hinsichtlich der Lage am Rahmen gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Montagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest bei einigen der Winkelstücke (22) beiderseits von deren Befestigungsort am jeweiligen Rahmenteil (28, 32, 66) in kleinem Abstand Gestänge (45) für zusammen wenigstens zwei Anlagebacken (23) vorzugsweise symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch an den Winkelstücken befestigbare Zusatz-Halteeinrichtungen (51) mit im Abstand vom jeweiligen Winkelstück (22) zu liegen kommenden weiteren Haltebacken (52).
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein dritter vertikaler Rahmenteil (67) parallel zwischen dem ersten (28) und dem zweiten (66) vertikalen Rahmenteil angeordnet ist und zwischen dem ersten und dem dritten vertikalen Rahmenteil eine schrittweise abstandsjustierbare Distanzkonstruktion (33, 34) und zwischen dem dritten und dem zweiten Rahmenteil eine stetig abstandsjustierbare Distanzkonstruktion (65) eingesetzt ist.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Distanzkonstruktion längenjustierbare horizontale Rahmenteile (32) umfaßt, deren Enden mit den vertikalen Rahmenteilen (28, 67) jeweils in einem rechten Winkel starr verbunden sind.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Distanzkonstruktion wenigstens eine verstellbare Spreizschere (65) umfaßt, die beiderseits an den vertikalen Rahmenteilen (66, 67) gelagert bzw. geführt ist.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der vertikalen Rahmenteile (28) am unteren Ende ein längenjustierbares Fußteil (24) aufweist, das mit dem Rest des vertikalen Rahmenteils (28) über Schraubspindeln verbunden ist (Fig. 7).
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an Teilen der Montagevorrichtung (20), die Anlageflächen für Innenflächen (6) der Zarge aufweisen, Wasserwaagenlibellen sitzen.
- Montagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdehnung des parallel zur Rahmenmittelebene (25) verlaufenden Schenkels (42') der Winkelstücke (92) die gleichgerichtete Ausdehnung des daran anzulegenden Zargenteils übertrifft und das einzelne Winkelstück (92) in dem über den Zargenteil überstehenden Teil des Schenkels einen zur Rahmenmittelebene (25) gerichteten, vor- und zurückbewegbaren Anlagestempel (93) zur Anlage an der umgebenden Mauer (8) trägt.
