Definitions
- the present invention relates to a stick such as Trekking, skiing, hiking stick, according to the generic term of Claim 1.
- the object of the present invention is a stick, such as Trekking, skiing, hiking stick, of the type mentioned at the beginning create the one hand the previous Shock absorber properties still includes the but also gives the user the opportunity the shock absorber property, such as hardness of the shock absorber, according to his needs and / or current Variable requirements of the site.
- the measures according to the invention make it possible to Preload compression spring element in different positions and thus the shock absorber properties or the hardness of the Vary the shock absorber. This leads to a individual adaptation to e.g. the forces of the user and what the current requirements of the site is particularly advantageous for trekking poles.
- the features are in accordance with Claim 2 provided. This results in a constructive particularly simple solution if the characteristics are in accordance with Claim 3 are provided.
- the axial guide grooves can, for example, directly on the Forehead of the guide sleeve start, which however presupposes that the pin is held on the damper rod.
- a loose insertion of a cross pin in a transverse bore of the damper rod is sufficient and the Adjustment of the shock absorber characteristics in simple and the features are according to Claim 5 provided.
- the peripheral recess be formed by an annular groove.
- a configuration according to however, the features of claim 6 require one easier manufacture and greater freedom of movement when Adjust. In both cases, the cross pin is captive held.
- the only shown in areas in the drawing Stick 10 in the form of a trekking stick, for example Ski stick, a hiking stick or the like. is with one Shock absorber 11 provided one end in a first Pipe part 13 of a tube 12 and the other end in a first tube part 13 axially displaceable second tube part 14 of the tube 12 in operation both axially fixed and is held against rotation.
- the cane 12 is at one end or one of the tube parts 13, 14 with one not shown stick handle and the stick tube 12 other end or the other pipe part 14, 13 with one not illustrated stick tip or another Telescopic tube part connected or equipped.
- the shock absorber 11 has a guide sleeve 16 Plastic, which with a blind hole 17 provided end 18 in the other here thinner tube part 14th held axially and circumferentially fixed, e.g. positively held, pressed in and / or glued is.
- the opposite end of the guide sleeve 16 is with a Provided collar 19 on which the ring forehead of the second Pipe part 14 rests.
- the between the longest pair of grooves 22, 22 'and the shortest pair of grooves 24, 24 'lying grooves 23 and 23' have an intermediate length of, for example, half Differential length of the two aforementioned pairs of grooves (cf. Figure 5). It is understood that the distribution of lengths the grooves can also be non-linear.
- the shock absorber 11 also has a damper rod 26, which is cylindrical in cross-section and the one on it End region in the guide sleeve 16 axially displaceable is led.
- the damper rod 26 is at the other end region provided with a stop 28 on a guide sleeve 33 with her waistband 34.
- Compression spring element 29 is arranged, which at Embodiment is a compression coil spring.
- Guide sleeve 16 is the distal end of the damper rod 28 formed as an external thread approach 31 on which the stop 28 in the form of a hexagon nut to the end is screwed on and onto which an expansion element 32 is screwed, with which the shock absorber 11 in the diameter larger first tube part 13 against rotation and axially fixed but is releasably held.
- the one-piece metallic damper rod 26 is also here in their area facing away from the external thread attachment 31 fully cylindrical. That within the Guide sleeve 16 is the end 27 of the damper rod 26 provided with a transverse bore 30 in which a Damper rod 26 penetrating transversely and on both sides outstanding pin 35 is kept loose.
- This cross pin 35 is in its dimensions (length and diameter) such that it is in the blind hole during rotation 17 held and in the pairs of grooves 22, 22 'and 23, 23 'or 24, 24' can be performed.
- the cross pin 35 is below the tension of the compression spring 29 against the bottom of these grooves 22, 22 'pressed.
- the compression spring 29 is in this state close to their state of relaxation, i.e. she has one small output spring force, so that for shock absorption relatively large travel is possible.
- the damper rod 26 by an axial relative movement of the two pipe parts 13, 14 in the direction of arrow A opposite the Moving the guide sleeve 16
- the cross pin 35 comes out of the Grooves 22, 22 'in the blind hole 17, in which state the damper rod 26 by relative rotation (arrow B) of the two pipe parts to each other freely rotated through 360 ° can be.
- twisting takes place by ⁇ 60 ° in an area above the pair of grooves 23, 23 'or the pair of grooves 24, 24 '.
- Contrary to arrow A arrives at Let go of the two pipe parts 13, 14 under the action of Compression spring 29 of the cross pin 35 in one of these pairs of grooves to the bottom of it.
- the compression spring 29 In the case of the introduction of the cross pin 35 in the shortest pair of grooves 24, 24 'is the compression spring 29 almost completely tensioned, i.e. she has a big one Output spring force, so that the stick 10 only one has minimal damping.
- the Cross pin 35 in the grooves 23, 23 'of medium length one harder than the starting point Damping characteristic of the shock absorber 11 reached.
- the Paths achieved in the individual pairs of grooves result schematically from FIG. 5.
- the axial partitions 36 of the guide sleeve 16 between the individual pairs of grooves both axially and circumferentially each with a chamfer 37 or 38 to facilitate the Introduction of the cross pin 35 in the respective grooves are provided.
- the length of the blind hole 17 is simple twisting and to achieve one if possible large range of rotation relatively long.
- the clear expanse of the Ends of the cross pin 35 is slightly less than that Inner diameter of the blind hole 17.
- the outer diameter of the cross pin 35 relative to the clear width of the grooves 22 to 24 or 22 'to 24'.
- a cover 39 is provided, which is held stationary on the first tube part 13 and within which the second tubular part 14 is axially movable and is rotatably movable.
- the circumference of the guide sleeve 16 evenly distributed arranged pairs of grooves for triple adjustment of the Shock absorber characteristics are provided, it understands that more than three pairs of grooves and thus more than three adjustment options can be provided. E.g. can also be used for an adjustment position instead of a pair of grooves only one groove and only one on the damper rod single eye or approach may be provided. In this way can be a double in the illustrated embodiment Number of adjustment options.
