Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines elektrischen Kontaktes, insbesondere für die Anordnung in Kraftfahrzeuglenkrädern, mit einem ersten, im wesentlichen feststehenden Kontaktelement, einem zweiten, gegen eine Rückstellkraft beweglichen Kontaktelement sowie mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktelemente (1, 2) aus langgestreckten draht- oder bandförmigen Materialabschnitten bestehen, die in einem Käfig (3) parallel zueinander definiert beabstandet gehalten werden, wobei in Längsrichtung gesehen abwechselnd Bereiche (4) starrer Abstandshalterung und Bereiche (5) vorgesehen sind, in denen das zweite Kontaktelement (2) mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung (6) unter elastischer Verformung des Materialabschnitts gegen das erste Kontaktelement (1) andrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialabschnitt des zweiten Kontaktelementes (2) derart ausgelegt ist, daß die aus der elastischen Verformung resultierende Kraft zur Rückstellung des Kontaktelementes (2) auch zur Rückstellung der Betätigungseinrichtung (6) ausreicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialabschnitt des ersten Kontaktelementes (1) im Käfig (3) derart gehalten ist, daß er zwischen den Bereichen starrer Abstandshalterung in Betätigungsrichtung um ein vorgebbares Maß verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialabschnitt des ersten Kontaktelementes (1) aus elastischem Material besteht und daß er nach einer Verschiebung in die Ausgangslage rückstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Materialabschnitt des ersten Kontaktelementes (1) zur Einstellung eines bestimmten Kontaktabstandes im Käfig (3) irreversibel verschiebbar gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktelemente (1, 2) und der Käfig (3) ringförmig ausgebildet und in einem Lenkrad derart angeordnet sind, daß das zweite Kontaktelement (2) von einer Betätigungseinrichtung (6) etwa in Richtung der Lenkradachse gegen das erste Kontaktelement (1) andrückbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Betätigungseinrichtung (6) die Abdeckkappe (7) für ein im Lenkrad untergebrachtes Airbagmodul dient, die in Betätigungsrichtung vorstehende Stege (8) oder dergl. aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktelemente (1, 2) und der Käfig (3) außen am oberen Rand (9) eines topfförmigen Airbag-Gehäuses (10) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Käfig (3) einstückig mit dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Airbaggehäuse (10) ausgebildet ist.
