Abstract

Le ou les pivots d'ancrage (12) possèdent un filetage extérieur (16) et se vissent dans la racine (14) de la dent sensiblement verticalement dans la région du canal radiculaire (18) de manière à former une liaison amovible entre le pivot d'ancrage (12) et la racine (14) de la dent. La structure couronnable (10) est maintenue amovible au niveau de la région radiculaire supérieure (20) par le pivot d'ancrage (12) vissé dans la racine (14) de la dent. Ce pivot d'ancrage (12) s'étend à travers un trou débouchant (22) ménagé dans la structure (10), ce trou (22) présentant un épaulement (24) dans lequel la tête (26) du pivot d'ancrage (12) s'engage de manière à former une liaison amovible entre le pivot d'ancrage (12) et la structure (10).
