Claims (11)
- Spender (Sp) zur Ausgabe pastöser Massen (3), wie bspw. Zahnpasta, mit einem Außengehäuse (1) mit offener Oberseite und einem bodenseitigen Dom (25), dessen Decke (31) einen bei Unterdruck im Außengehäuse (1) in die Offenstellung tretenden Verschlußkörper (28) eines Lufteinlaß-Ventils (V) besitzt, ferner einem aus dem Außengehäuse (1) nach oben vorstehenden Innengehäuse (2), welches an seinem Kopfstück (7) eine Betätigungsfläche (6) und eine Mundstücköffnung (4) aufweist, über welche Betätigungsfläche (6) das Innengehäuse (2) entgegen Federdruck eines Balges (B) in das diesem gegenüber abgedichtete Außengehäuse (1) eindrückbar ist, so daß unter dieser Betätigung ein über einen im Innengehäuse (2) in Richtung (Pfeil x) der Mundstücköffnung (4) wandernder Transportkolben (8) zufolge eines rückseitig desselben aufgebauten Luftüberdrucks die Masse (3) vor sich herschiebt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkörper (28) als auf der Decke (31) befestigte Scheibe (32) aus dem Material des Balges (B) gestaltet ist.
- Spender nach Anspruch 1 oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von der Scheibe (32) auf der Decke (31) aufliegende, zum Balg-Stirnrand (21) gerichtete Stege (33) ausgehen.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch Trennstellen (34) zwischen den einstückig mit dem Balg (B) und der Scheibe (32) gespritzten Stegen (33).
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (32) mittels aus der Decke (31) vorspringender Zapfen oder dergleichen an der Decke (31) positioniert ist.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch einen zentralen Positionierungszapfen (35) für die Scheibe (32) im Zentrum (Z) eines zentralen VentilLochkranzes (30').
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere Positionierungszapfen (35) jeweils im Bereich der Stege (33).
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierungszapfen (35) nietartig verformt sind.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stirnrand (21) des Balges (B) U-förmigen Querschnitt besitzt, der vom Innengehäuse (2) umgriffen ist und dessen auf der Mantelfläche (24) des Domes (25) gleitender U-Schenkel (23) die Trennstelle (34) zu einem abgewinkelten Ende (33') des Steges (33) unterlegt.
- Spender nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fußrand (15) des als Faltenbalg gestalteten Balges (B) mit einer nach auswärts gerichteten Ringschulter (16) zwischen unterem Rand (17) des Außengehäuses (1) und einer Schraubkappe (14) des Domes (25) eingespannt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Spenders gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst Dom (25) und Balg (B) getrennt voneinander gespritzt werden, anschließend der Balg (B) derart von der Decke (31) des Domes (25) her auf diesen gestülpt wird, daß Stege (33) von der Verschlußkörper-Scheibe (32) sich auf Positionierungszapfen (35) zentrieren, die auf der Domdecke (31) vorstehen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Formschluß-Halterung auf den Positionierungszapfen (35) die Trennstelle (34) zwischen der Stirnwand (31) des Balges (B) und dem Steg (33) geschnitten wird.
