Claims (15)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem in einem Pumpenzylinder (1) geführten Pumpenkolben (2) und einem von dem Pumpenkolben (2) begrenzten Druckraum (3), und mit mindestens einer Steuerbohrung (4a, 4b), wobei der Pumpenkolben (2) eine obere, druckraumseitig gelegene Steuerkante (6) und mindestens eine untere, schräge Steuerkante (7a, 7b) aufweist, welche durch Überstreichen der Steuerbohrung(en) (4a, 4b) Beginn und Ende der Kraftstofförderung der Einspritzpumpe festlegen, wobei der Pumpenkolben (2) einen den in dem Druckraum (3) befindlichen Kraftstoff beaufschlagenden Kolbenkopf (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der unteren Steuerkante(n) (7a, 7b) an dem Pumpenkolben (2) eine Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) ausgebildet ist, welche beim Überstreichen der Bohrung(en) (4a, 4b) früher als die untere, schräge Steuerkante (7a, 7b) die Steuerbohrung (4a, 4b) im Sinne einer Beendigung der Kraftstofförderung freigibt, und daß eine von dem Kolbenkopf (5) zu der Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) führende Strömungsverbindung vorgesehen ist, welche Mittel zur Strömungsbegrenzung aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) im wesentlichen dem Verlauf der unteren, schrägen Steuerkante (7a, 7b) folgend in der Mantelfläche des Pumpenkolbens (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) durch Beabstandung (S) gegen den an die untere, schräge Steuerkante (7a, 7b) anschließenden Hochdruckbereich abgedichtet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Kolbenkopf (5) zu der Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) führende Strömungsverbindung durch mindestens eine durch das Innere des Pumpenkolbens (2) verlaufende Bohrung (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23) gebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsverbindung mindestens eine vom Kolbenkopf (5) in axialer Richtung in das Innere des Pumpenkolbens (2) verlaufende Bohrung (23) und mindestens eine in radialer Richtung von der Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) in das Innere des Pumpenkolbens (2) verlaufende, die axiale Bohrung (23) schneidende Bohrung (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) umfaßt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pumpenzylinder (1) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Steuerbohrungen (4a, 4b) aufweist und der Pumpenkolben (2) jeweils zwei diametral gegenüberliegende untere Steuerkanten (7a, 7b) und Vorabsteuernuten (2a, 2b) aufweist, und daß die in radialer Richtung verlaufenden Bohrungen (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) diametral gegenüberliegend in die axiale Bohrung (23) münden.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) mehrere radiale Bohrungen (21a, 22a bzw. 21b, 22b) vorgesehen sind, die winkelmäßig gegeneinander versetzt verlaufen, wobei jeweils zwei Bohrungen (21a, 21b bzw. 22a, 22b) diametral gegenüberliegend in die axiale Bohrung (23) münden.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jede Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) zwei radiale Bohrungen (21a, 22a bzw. 21b, 22b) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils in der Nähe der Enden der Vorabsteuernuten (20a, 20b) in diese münden.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Strömungsbegrenzung durch mindestens einen Bereich geringen Querschnitts der durch das Innere des Pumpenkolbens (2) verlaufenden Bohrung(en) (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23) gebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 9 in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der axialen Bohrung (23) kleiner ist als die Summe der Querschnitte der in diese mündenden radialen Bohrung(en) (21a, 21b bzw. 22a, 22b).
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 10 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Querschnitt der axialen Bohrung (23) vom Kolbenkopf (5) her zwischen den einmündenden radialen Bohrungen (21a, 21b und 22a, 22b) vermindert.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 11 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Kolbenkopf (5) ausgehende axiale Bohrung (23) vor der ersten radialen Bohrung (21a, 21b) einen ersten Querschnitt und vor der zweiten radialen Bohrung (22a, 22b) einen zweiten Querschnitt aufweist, wobei der zweite Querschnitt kleiner als der erste Querschnitt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Querschnitt etwa das Doppelte des zweiten Querschnitts beträgt.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der radialen Bohrung(en) (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b) kleiner oder ungefähr gleich dem Querschnitt der Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorabsteuernut (20a, 20b) an ihrer Sohle mit einem Radius R verrundete Kanten aufweist.
