Claims (5)

  1. Anlenkungsvorrichtung eines Öffnungsflügels (22), insbesondere einer Heckklappe, welcher schwenkend an der Karosserie (12) eines Kraftfahrzeugs (10) montiert ist, insbesondere zwischen einer ersten extremen geschlossenen Stellung, in welchem er sich in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene erstreckt, und einer zweiten extremen Öffnungsstellung, in welcher er sich in einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene oberhalb des Fahrzeugs (10) erstreckt, mittels einem Mechanismus mit zwei transversalen parallelen Achsen (A1, A2), welche durch zwei longitudinale, parallele Anlenkungsstangen (24, 26) verbunden sind, von denen jede ein erstes vorderes Ende (28, 30) aufweist, welches an der Karosserie (12) um eine erste Anlenkungsachse (A1) angelenkt ist, und ein zweites hinteres Ende (32, 34), welches an der Heckklappe (22) um eine zweite Anlenkungsachse (A2), welche durch die Heckklappe getragen wird, angelenkt ist, und von dem Typ, in welchem die Heckklappe (22) aus einem Panel gebildet wird, welches eine Aussparung eines Rahmens der Struktur bedeckt, welche durch mindestens einen unteren Querträger (20) und durch zwei seitliche Säulen (16, 17) begrenzt wird, von denen jede eine Anlenkungsachse (A1) des vorderen Endes (28, 30) von einer der Anlenkungsstangen (24, 26) der Heckklappe (22) trägt, von denen das andere hintere Ende (32, 34) an einer festen Anlenkungsachse angelenkt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vordere Ende (28) von mindestens einer Stange (24) einen Rückhalte-Riegel (80) der Heckklappe (22) in Form eines offenen Hakens (108) trägt, welcher in Schließstellung der Heckklappe (22) in einer Schließkappe in Form eines transversalen Klotzes (110) eingehakt ist, der durch einen seitlichen Rand der Heckklappe getragen wird.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel (80) schwenkend montiert ist im Verhältnis zum vorderen Ende (88) der Stange (24) um eine transversale Achse (A4), zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in Richtung welcher er elastisch (90) zurückgestellt ist, und einer Rückhaltestellung der Heckklappe (22), in Richtung zu welcher oder außerhalb von welcher er in Schwenken durch einen transversalen Steuerfinger (116) gesteuert wird, der fest im Verhältnis zur seitlichen Säule ist, welcher mit einem Nockenprofil zusammenwirkt, welches an einem gegenüberliegenden Rand (14) des Riegels (80) gebildet ist, wenn die Heckklappe (22) sich von ihrer extremen Schließstellung annähert oder wenn die Schließklappe diese Stellung jeweils verlässt.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in extremer Öffnungsstellung der Heckklappe (22) der Riegel (80) mit einem transversalen Anschlagklotz (76) zusammenwirkt, welcher durch die seitliche Säule (16, 40) getragen wird.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in extremer Öffnungsstellung der Heckklappe (22) der Riegel in Form eines Hakens (80) an dem Anschlagklotz (76) eingehakt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit Mitteln versehen ist, welche mindestens durch eine Stange (24) getragen werden, welche sich zwischen der Heckklappe und der Karosserie auswirken, insbesondere um der Heckklappe ein Gleichgewichtsmoment anzulegen, welches das Restmoment auf Grund des Gewichts der Heckklappe kompensiert und/oder die Schwenkbewegung der Heckklappe (22) im Verhältnis zum zweiten Ende (32) der Stange zur Schwenkbewegung des ersten Endes (28) der Stange (24) im Verhältnis zur Karosserie des Fahrzeugs (12) regelt.
