Description
- le pêne est monté pivotant par rapport à l'extrémité avant de la bielle, autour d'un axe transversal, entre une position de repos vers laquelle il est rappelé élastiquement et une position de rétention du hayon vers laquelle, ou hors de laquelle, il est commandé en pivotement par un doigt transversal de commande, fixe par rapport au montant latéral, qui coopère avec un profil de came formé sur un bord en vis-à-vis du pêne lorsque le hayon approche de sa position extrême de fermeture, ou lorsque le hayon quitte cette position respectivement ;
- en position extrême d'ouverture du hayon, le pêne coopère avec un pion transversal de butée porté par le montant latéral ;
- en position extrême d'ouverture du hayon, le pêne en forme de crochet est accroché sur le pion de butée ;
- il est prévu des moyens, portés au moins par une bielle, qui interviennent entre le hayon et la caisse notamment pour appliquer au hayon un couple d'équilibrage qui compense le couple résistant dû à la masse du hayon et/ou asservir le mouvement de pivotement du hayon, par rapport à la seconde extrémité de la bielle, au mouvement de pivotement de la première extrémité de la bielle, par rapport à la caisse du véhicule.

Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'articulation d'un ouvrant (22), notamment d'un hayon, monté pivotant sur la caisse (12) d'un véhicule automobile (10), notamment entre une première position extrême fermée dans laquelle il s'étend dans un plan sensiblement vertical et une seconde position extrême ouverte dans laquelle il s'étend dans un plan sensiblement horizontal au-dessus du véhicule (10), par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme à deux axes transversaux parallèles (A1, A2) reliés par deux bielles longitudinales parallèles (24, 26) d'articulation dont chacune comporte une première extrémité avant (28, 30) articulée sur la caisse (12) autour d'un premier axe d'articulation (A1) et une seconde extrémité arrière (32, 34) articulée sur le hayon (22) autour d'un second axe d'articulation (A2) porté par le hayon, et du type dans lequel le hayon (22) est formé par un panneau masquant un évidement d'un cadre de la structure délimité par au moins une traverse inférieure (20) et par deux montants latéraux (16, 17) dont chacun porte un axe d'articulation (A1) de l'extrémité avant (28, 30) de l'une des bielles (24, 26) d'articulation du hayon (22) dont l'autre extrémité arrière (32, 34) est articulée sur un axe fixe d'articulation,
caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité avant (28) d'au moins une bielle (24) porte un pêne (80) de rétention du hayon (22) en forme de crochet (108) ouvert qui, en position de fermeture du hayon (22), est accroché sur une gâche en forme de pion transversal (110) porté par un bord latéral du hayon. - Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le pêne (80) est monté pivotant par rapport à l'extrémité avant (88) de la bielle (24), autour d'un axe transversal (A4), entre une position de repos vers laquelle il est rappelé élastiquement (90) et une position de rétention du hayon (22) vers laquelle, ou hors de laquelle, il est commandé en pivotement par un doigt transversal de commande (116), fixe par rapport au montant latéral, qui coopère avec un profil de came formé sur un bord en vis-à-vis (14) du pêne (80) lorsque le hayon (22) approche de sa position extrême de fermeture, ou lorsque le hayon quitte cette position respectivement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que, en position extrême d'ouverture du hayon (22), le pêne (80) coopère avec un pion transversal de butée (76) porté par le montant latéral (16, 40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, en position extrême d'ouverture du hayon (22), le pêne en forme de crochet (80) est accroché sur le pion de butée (76).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens, portés au moins par une bielle (24), qui interviennent entre le hayon et la caisse notamment pour appliquer au hayon un couple d'équilibrage qui compense le couple résistant dû à la masse du hayon et/ou asservir le mouvement de pivotement du hayon (22), par rapport à la seconde extrémité (32) de la bielle, au mouvement de pivotement de la première extrémité (28) de la bielle (24), par rapport à la caisse du véhicule (12).
