Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines als modulares Bauelement für Gebäude oder dergleichen Bauwerke zu verwendenden Rahmenteils, welches hinsichtlich Länge und Breite genau vorgegebene Außenabmessungen aufweist, aber mit Pfosten aus toleränzbehafteten und maßungenauen Holzbalken, Holzbrettern oder Natursteinleisten hergestellt ist, mit den Schritten, daß
zwei sich gegenüber liegende Pfosten auf einer Montageinsel mit einer Führungsnut, längs welcher Bearbeitungswerkzeuge oder dergleichen verfahren werden können, derart aufgespannt werden, daß ihre Außenmaße dem vorgegebenen Queraußenmaß des Rahmenteils entsprechen,
diese Querpfosten dem vorgegebenen Außenmaß mit Bearbeitungswerkzeugen entsprechend auf Länge geschnitten werden, die beiden jeweils seitlich an- / abschließenden Längspfosten den durch die aufgespannten Querpfosten vorgegebenen Innenabmessungen entsprechend zugeschnitten und eingepaßt werden, und die Quer- und Längspfosten im Eckbereich miteinander verbunden werden. - Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pfosten aus toleranzbehafteten Holzbalken, Holzbrettern oder Natursteinleisten durch Zurechtsägen als sägerauhe Teile bereitgestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ,dadurch gekennzeichnet, in den Außenseiten der Pfosten Nuten vorgesehen werden, in welche bei der Montage Dichtkeile eingefügt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung zwischen den Quer- und LängsPfosten mit einer Beplankung aus toleranzbehafteten Teilen versehen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beplankung der Öffnung aus sägerauhen Teilen gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Öffnung derart beplankt wird, daß ein Isolierhohlraum gebildet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch Beplankung und Pfosten gebildeter Isolierhohlraum mit Neben-Abfallprodukten gefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Neben-Abfallprodukte Säge- und/oder Hobelspane von Sägewerken ausgewählt werden.
- Rahmenteil (10) als modulares Bauelement für Gebäude oder dergleichen Bauwerke zu verwendenden Rahmenteils mit hinsichtlich Länge und Breite genau vorgegebene Außenabmessungsn mit miteinander verbundenen Quer- und Längspfosten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Rahmenteil (10) Pfosten (2, 3, 4, 5) aus durch Sägerauhigkeit toleranzbehafteten Bolzbalken, Holzbrettern oder Natursteinleisten aufweist, von welchen die Querpfosten (23) dem vorgegebenen Außenmaß entsprechend auf Länge geschnitten und die Längspfosten den durch die aufgespannten Querpfosten vorgegebenen Innenabmessungen entsprechend eingepaßt sind, wobei die Quer- und Längspfosten im Eckbereich miteinander verbunden sind. - Gebäude mit wenigstens zwei Rahmenteilen nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß diese nebeneinander angeordnet sind und über zumindest einen verbinder verbunden sind, der Steckhülsen (30), welche in Aufnahmebohrungen (15) für je eine Steckhülse in den Rahmenteilen (10) jeweils in entsprechender räumlicher Zuordnung zueinander angeordnet sind, Rundbolzen (31) und Gewindebolzen umfaßt, wobei jeweils zwei Steckhülsen über komplementäre Rundbolzen und diese durchdringenden Gewindebolzen mit je einem Links- und einem Rechtsgewinde (33, 34) relativ zueinander so verspannbar sind, daß die Rahmenteile flächig aneinander anliegen.
