Abstract
Description
Gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsart verlaufen die Spannprofile zweckmäßig innerhalb der als Hohlprofile ausgebildeten Riegel und durch lagegerechte Öffnungen der Pfosten hindurch. Bei dieser Ausführung sind die Spannprofile von außen unsichtbar und sie ist besonders geeignet, wenn die Ausfachungen mit durchsichtigen Glasscheiben ausgefüllt werden. Eine stabilitätssteigernde und besonders montagefreundliche Ausführung ergibt sich, wenn die Riegel mit Führungen für die Spannprofile versehen sind, in denen sie zweckmäßig schließend geführt sind. Es können dann sogar die sonst notwendigen Riegelverbinder entfallen, ohne die Verbindungssicherheit zu beeinträchtigen. Da die vorzugsweise metallenen Riegel im Strangpreßverfahren als Stangenmaterial hergestellt werden, lassen sich die Führungen in einfachster Weise bereits in den Preßvorgang einbeziehen. Alternativ ist es möglich, die Spannprofile auch außerhalb der Riegel, jedoch auf deren Höhe und vorzugsweise an der Außenseite des Rahmenelementes anzuordnen.

Claims (12)
- Rahmenwerk für Gebäudefassaden, Dächer oder dgl., mit zumindest einem aus Pfosten (3-5) und winkelig dazustehenden Riegeln (6-9) begrenzten Rahmenelement, das mit einer oder mehreren Ausfachungen (19) zur Aufnahme von Scheiben, Paneelen oder dgl. versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Pfosten (3-5) jedes Rahmenelements durch ein oder mehrere winkelig zu den Pfosten und im Abstand zueinander verlaufende Spannprofile (11-14) verwindungssteif miteinander verbunden sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden der Spannprofile (11-14) an den äußeren gebäudeseitig anbringbaren Montagepfosten (2,3) festgelegt sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Rahmenwerk aus mehreren vormontierbaren Rahmenelementen zusammengesetzt ist.
- Rahmenwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannprofile (11-14) innerhalb der als Hohlprofile ausgebildeten Riegel und durch lagegerechte Öffnungen der Pfosten (3-5) hindurch verlaufen.
- Rahmenwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegel (6-9) mit Führungen für die Spannprofile (11-14) versehen sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannprofile (11-14) außerhalb der Riegel (6-9), jedoch auf deren Höhe und vorzugsweise an der Außenseite des Fassaden- oder Dachelements (1) angeordnet sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannprofile (11-14) außerhalb und zwischen den Riegeln (6-9) und vorzugsweise an der Außenseite des Rahmenelements (1) angeordnet sind.
- Rahmenwerk, nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-5, bei dem die Pfosten (2-5) und die Riegel (6-9) der Rahmenelemente durch Riegelverbinder (10) miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riegelverbinder (10) in ihrem Querschnitt mit Führungen für die Spannprofile (11-14) versehen sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den endseitig auf die Spannprofile (11-14) aufgesetzten Befestigungselementen (15,16) und den bauseitigen Montagepfosten (2,3) jedes Rahmenelements an wenigstens einer Seite Dehnungsausgleichelemente (17,18) vorgesehen sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannprofile aus Rundstegen (11-14), vorzugsweise aus Rohren mit endseitigen Außen- oder Innengewinden bestehen und daß die Befestigungselemente Muttern oder Schrauben (15,16) und die Dehnungsausgleichelemente Tellerfedern (17,18) sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Montagepfosten (2,3) als geschlossene oder als halboffene Profilabschnitte ausgebildet sind.
- Rahmenwerk nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnitte der äußeren Montagepfosten (2,3) den Querschnitten der mittleren Pfosten (4,5) entsprechen oder annähernd entsprechen.
