Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter für Getränke,
wie Dose, Partyfaß oder Gebinde, insbesondere aus
Weißblech, Aluminium oder Kunststoff, mit umlaufender Wandung
und Deckflächen, gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Ebenso betrifft die Erfindung einen Entleerungshahn gemäß
Anspruch 18.The invention relates to a liquid container for beverages,
such as cans, party kegs or containers, especially from
Tinplate, aluminum or plastic, with all-round wall
and top surfaces, according to the preamble of
Beverage cans for beer or beer containers and other beverages usually have a pre-punched zipper for opening. Today there are more and more so-called party barrels for beer with a volume between two to ten liters in Use, for which a special, for opening and emptying a separately available tap with which the Party keg can only be opened and emptied. It has shown that this only afterwards with the party keg or the drain tap to be connected is disadvantageous because for inserting the drain tap into the can or that A certain skill is necessary, especially if the content should not be spilled. A separate drain valve can also be lost and missing at the crucial moment.
The invention has for its object a liquid container to create which at any time without aid a separate tap can be emptied and at which on a separate, separate from the filled party barrel Drain tap can be dispensed with, the tap an easily visible seal integrated in the tap the liquid container before first use should create.
The solution to the problem is that in a hole inside a drain tap on the wall or one of the top surfaces used with a closed and an open position which extends into the interior of the liquid container and the one with the wall or the top surface firmly connected tubular outer part and one therein movably arranged tubular, with one to the outside opening provided inner part, on which a handle is arranged outside the liquid container is. The hole inside the wall or can be advantageous Cover surface arranged in a recess made in the same be in the closed position of the drain valve the handle that goes with the inside of the drain tap is firmly connected, sunk within the recess is arranged. This is a simple structure of the invention Liquid container possible, such Drain tap is easy to use. After seizing of the handle, the inner part of the drain cock, possibly after destroying a seal, pulled out of the outer part or screwed out like a screw, with the last one Third or last quarter of the way of the inner part the liquid begins to flow towards the outer part. If it is a drain valve, its inner tube rotated out of the outer tube by means of a rotation this rotation is preferably 360 degrees, the liquid being approximately at an angular position of Begins to flow 300 to 330 degrees.
The liquid container according to the invention has the advantage that the same from the manufacturer with a drain tap is fully populated so that the content is consumed no additional drain tap is needed and therefore no manipulation to attach such a separate Drain valve on the liquid container more necessary are; the drain valve is in the liquid container integrated. This makes emptying possible without any additional aids possible at any place and at any time. The drain cock is used in the manufacture of the liquid container assembled by the producer and can be sealed and thus forms part of the liquid container The hole inside the wall can be advantageous or the top surface in which the drain valve is arranged is inserted into the wall or the top surface Be arranged recess, being in the closed position the drain tap the handle sunk inside the recess is arranged with the inner part of the drain tap connected is. This is a protection against Injuries or damage from protruding or sharp parts of the drain valve excluded.
The drain valve can advantageously be a roller or ball valve be, which with its outer part inside the hole is firmly arranged in the wall or top surface and its movable, protruding from a recess in the outer part Inner part through the hole to the outside of the Liquid container protrudes and engages an approach with a handle for relative rotary Movement of the inner part in relation to the outer part.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the outer part an outer pipe and the inner part of the drain valve therein displaceable and / or rotatable inner tube be at least partially, preferably completely or almost completely, can be inserted into the outer tube, wherein the outer tube has an inlet opening which in Closing position of the drain valve in the outer tube retracted inner tube is closed by the same, which has a longitudinal channel with an outlet opening and a Has inlet opening, which is in the open position of the drain valve with the inner tube extended from the outer tube the inlet opening of the outer tube to release the longitudinal channel coincides.

dient. 1 , a liquid container in the form of a party barrel consists of a
Fig. 2 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht den Entleerungshahn
in Verbindung steht.

Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the drain valve of Fig. 1. The

In Fig. 3 , a
Around the outer wall of the
It is also possible for the outer tube 16 and the
The
The
Des weiteren besteht der Entleerungshahn 15 vorzugsweise
aus Kunststoff in lebensmittelrechtlicher Zulassung. Ebenso
Furthermore, the
The

The design of the cylindrical outer and inner tube can also be such that it is centered in the outer tube a fixed axis extends that a spiral or has a helical circumferential groove.
4 shows in cross section an emptying valve inserted into a
The
The movable inner part of the roller or ball valve can also one to the outside of the hole in the container wall Pointing blind bore for inserting the end of a Handle for the relative rotary movement of the inner part towards the outer part.

The liquid container is particularly suitable for beverages and preferably designed as a can, party keg or container. The liquid container has the advantage that the same from the manufacturer with a drain tap integral is equipped so that no additional for consumption of the content Drain tap is required and no tampering for attaching such a separate drain valve more liquid containers are needed. The usefulness is that the drain tap in the liquid container is integrated.
57 an. Eine Plombe 65 durchgreift sowohl den Griff 64 als
auch den Flansch 63 des Innenrohres 58. Die Plombe 65 ist am
Flansch 69 des Aussenrohres 57 befestigt. Wird der Entleerungshahn
