Claims (4)
- Außenzahnradmaschine (10) (Pumpe oder Motor) mit einem Gehäuse (12), mit einem im Gehäuse (12) angeordneten Triebwerk (21) aus wenigstens zwei miteinander kämmenden Zahnrädern (32, 34), von denen jedes mit einem Lagerzapfen (36, 38) einen einstückigen Hohlkörper mit einer einen Formschluß ermöglichenden Nabe (40) bildet, mit einer An- bzw. Abtriebswelle (26), die unter Bildung eines Formschlusses in die Nabe (40) des einen Hohlkörpers eingesteckt ist, und mit Lagerkörpern (42, 44), in denen die Lagerzapfen (36, 38) geführt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlkörper aus Sintermaterial und die Lagerkörper (42, 44) aus einem spritzgießfähigen Kohlenstoffphenolharz bestehen. - Außenzahnradmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zahnrad (32, 34) jeweils zwischen zwei seitlichen Lagerzapfen (36, 38) angeordnet ist und daß die beiden Lagerzapfen (36, 38) eine identische Axialausdehnung aufweisen.
- Außenzahnradmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (40) der Hohlkörper ein Innenprofil aufweist, das mit einem entsprechenden Gegenprofil der Welle (26) eine axial verschiebbare, drehfeste Verbindung erzeugt.
- Außenzahnradmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenprofil der Nabe (40) ein Verzahnungsprofil ist.
