Claims (9)
- Zahnradmaschine (10) (Pumpe oder Motor) mit einem Gehäuse (12), einem im Gehäuse (12) angeordneten Triebwerk (21) aus wenigstens zwei miteinander kämmenden Zahnrädern (32, 34), die beaufschlagt von einem Druckmittel bzw. zur Förderung eines Druckmittels, das das Triebwerk (21) durchströmt, mit einer Ab- bzw. Antriebswelle (26) zusammenwirken, und mit Mitteln (36, 38, 40) zur Lagerung der Zahnräder (32, 34) und zur Übertragung eines Drehmoments von bzw. auf die Zahnräder (32,34) dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittel Lagerzapfen (36, 38) umfassen, die jeweils einstückig mit einem der Zahnräder (32, 34) ausgebildet sind und daß die Lagerzapfen (36, 38) zusammen mit den Zahnrädern (32, 34) Hohlkörper mit einer einen Formschluß ermöglichenden Nabe (40) bilden. - Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Lagerzapfen (36, 38) und den zahnrädern (32, 34) gebildeten Hohlkörper in Sintertechnik hergestellt sind.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zahnrad (32, 34) jeweils zwischen zwei seitlichen Lagerzapfen (36, 38) angeordnet ist und daß die beiden Lagerzapfen (36, 38) eine identische Axialausdehnung aufweisen.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nabe (40) der Hohlkörper ein Innenprofil aufweist, das mit einem entsprechenden Gegenprofil an einer einsteckbaren Welle (26) eine axial verschiebbare, drehfeste Verbindung erzeugt.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenprofil der Nabe (40) ein Verzahnungsprofil ist.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerzapfen (36, 38) eines jeden Zahnrads (32, 34) in Lagerkörpern (42, 44) geführt sind, die aus Kunststoff, insbesondere einem Kohlenstoffphenolharz bestehen.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerkörper (42, 44) spanlos, beispielsweise spritzgußtechnisch hergestellt sind.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnradmaschine (10) für Niederdruckanwendungen vorgesehen ist.
- Zahnradmaschine (Pumpe oder Motor) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnräder (32, 34) im Außeneingriff miteinander kämmen.
