Abstract

Es wird eine Zahnradmaschine (10) (Pumpe oder Motor) vorgeschlagen, die für Anwendungen im Niederdruckbereich vorgesehen ist und die besonders einfach und kostengünstig baut. Dies wird durch Zahnräder (32, 34) erreicht, die mit ihren Lagerzapfen (36, 38) eine einstückige, hohlkörperförmige Einheit bilden. Diese Einheit weist zur Drehmomentübertragung eine profilierte Nabe (40) auf, die einen lösbaren Formschluß mit der An- bzw. Abtriebswelle (26) ermöglicht. Derartige Einheiten sind u.a. im Sinterverfahren herstellbar, ihre Verzahnung und ihre Nabe (40) ist ohne spanende Arbeitsgänge hergestellt. Die Lagerzapfen (36, 38) sind in Lagerkörpern (42, 44) geführt, die preiswert in Kunststoffspritzverfahren produziert sind.
