Claims (6)
- Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Walzkraft Fw in Abhängigkeit von einem über die Walzspaltlänge Id zwischen Walze (2) und Walzgut (1) variablen Reibungskoeffizienten µ(x) mit 0 ≤ x ≤ ld, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Funktion des Reibungskoeffizienten f(µ(x)) über die Walzspaltlänge ld in Abhängigkeit von einer über die Walzspaltlänge ld variablen Vertikalspannung σy = f1(x), einer mittleren Fließspannung kf = kfm, einem über die Walzspaltlänge ld variablen Walzwinkel a = f2 (x) und einem den Einfluß von Schmierstoffen und geometrischen Walzspaltverhältnissen charakterisierenden Korrekturfaktor korr bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fließspannung kf als über die Walzspaltlänge ld variabel kf = f3 (x) angesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für äquidistante Intervalle x, der Walzspaltlänge ld jeweils Reibungskoeffizienten µi und daraus Vertikalspannungen σyi ermittelt werden, wobei durch numerische Integration der Vertikalspannungskurve σy ein mittlerer Umformwiderstand kwm und daraus die Walzkraft Fw = kwm * ld * b mit b als Walzgutbreite bestimmt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertikalspannungskurve σy = f1(x) mit 0 ≤ x ≤ ld aus einer ersten Teilkurve σyR für ein Rückstaugebiet R ausgehend vom Walzspalteintritt xE und einer zweiten Teilkurve σyV für ein Voreilgebiet V ausgehend vom Walzspaltaustritt xA gebildet wird, wobei der Schnittpunkt beider Teilkurven σyR und σyV die Fließscheidenlage xfl und deren Abstand vom Walzspaltaustritt xA das Voreilgebiet V = |xfl - xA| als Maß für eine Voreilung ergeben.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzkraft Fw für Flachwalzprodukte sowohl im Kaltwalzverfahren als auch im Warmwalzverfahren ermittelt wird.
