Description
Claims (15)
- Scharnier, insbesonders für eine Betätigungsanordnung für bewegliche Teile an Fahrzeugen, speziell für Heckdeckel, Verdeck-Abdeckungen od. dgl., bestehend aus zumindest zwei, jeweils über zumindest ein Gelenk miteinander verbundenen Außenhebeln (4, 5, 6), wobei zumindest ein Hebel (6) mit einem Antriebsmittel (8, 9) zur Einleitung eines Drehmoments verbindbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an einem Außenhebel (6) des Scharniers (3) angreifender und mit dem Antriebsmittel (8,9) verbindbarer Hebel (7) vorgesehen ist, welcher Hebel (7) um einen der Drehpunkte (10) des Scharniers (3) gebogen ausgebildet ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) im wesentlichen in der selben Ebene liegt wie das Scharnier (3)
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) im wesentlichen in der selben Ebene liegt wie der mit ihm verbundene Außenhebel (6).
- Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) kreisbogenförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) kreisbogenförmig um den fahrzeugfesten Drehpunkt (10) des mit ihm verbundenen Außenhebels (6) des Scharniers (3) verläuft.
- Scharnier nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ausgeführt als an sich bekanntes Mehrgelenkscharnier, insbesonders als Viergelenkscharnier, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) an einem das Scharnieroberteil (4) mit dem Scharnierunterteil (5) verbindenden Außenhebel (6) angreift.
- Fahrzeug mit einer Betätigungsanordnung für bewegliche Teile des Fahrzeuges, insbesonders für dessen Heckdeckel, Verdeck-Abdeckungen od. dgl., mit einer Anlenkung des zu bewegenden Teils (1) am Fahrzeug (2) mittels zumindest eines Scharniers (3) und zumindest einem Antriebsmittel (8, 9), wobei zumindest ein Scharnier einen Hebel (7) aufweist, der im Innenraum des Fahrzeugs endet und mit dem ebenfalls im Innenraum des Fahrzeugs angeordneten Antriebsmittel (8, 9) zur Einleitung eines Drehmoments verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im Innenraum des Fahrzeuges endende Hebel (7) mit einem Außenhebel (6) des Scharniers (3) außerhalb der Karosserie (2) des Fahrzeugs verbunden ist, dass der Hebel (7) um einen der Drehpunkte (10) des Scharniers (3) gebogen ausgebildet ist, und dass der Hebel (7) durch eine abgedichtete Durchführung (11) in der Karosserie (2) des Fahrzeugs geführt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) im wesentlichen in der selben Ebene liegt wie das Scharnier (3).
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) im wesentlichen in der selben Ebene liegt wie der mit ihm verbundene Außenhebel (6).
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 7, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) kreisbogenförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (7) kreisbogenförmig um den fahrzeugfesten Drehpunkt (10) des mit ihm verbundenen Außenhebels (6) verläuft.
- Fahrzeug nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier (3) als Mehrgelenkscharnier, insbesonders als Viergelenkscharnier ausgeführt ist, wobei der Hebel (7) vorzugsweise mit dem der Fahrzeugmitte nächstliegende Außenhebel (6) verbunden ist.
- Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel ein vorzugsweise hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder (9) ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitszylinder (9) mit einem Ende, vorzugsweise mit der Kolbenstange (8), am Hebel (7) angreift und mit seinem anderen Ende an der Karosserie des Fahrzeuges angelenkt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitszylinder (9) mit einem Ende, vorzugsweise mit der Kolbenstange (8), am Hebel (7) angreift und mit seinem anderen Ende an einem unteren Teil des Scharniers (3) angelenkt ist.
