Description
- le rideau d'air froid soufflé se mélange peu avec l'air ambiant, minimisant ainsi le réchauffement du rideau d'air froid par transfert convectif de chaleur avec l'air ambiant, ce qui réduit la quantité d'énergie que doit fournir l'évaporateur du circuit principal, à chaque cycle de réfrigération,
- la faible quantité d'air mélangé au-dessus du rideau d'air froid est faiblement entraínée par la circulation du flux d'air froid et reste confinée dans le meuble du fait de sa faible vitesse, formant ainsi une "baignoire" remplie d'air relativement plus froid que l'air ambiant, ce qui réduit le transfert de chaleur avec le rideau d'air.
- l'air ambiant se mélange beaucoup plus avec le flux d'air froid, ce qui provoque un réchauffement nettement plus important de ce dernier et nécessite donc plus d'énergie pour le refroidir à chaque cycle dans l'évaporateur,
- la grande quantité d'air mélangé située au-dessus du rideau d'air froid est entraínée par la circulation du flux d'air froid à une vitesse trop élevée pour que l'air ainsi mélangé reste confiné dans le meuble et s'en échappe donc, supprimant l'effet "baignoire".
Claims (5)
- Meuble frigorifique de vente horizontal et ouvert, destiné aux denrées surgelées ou réfrigérées (5), du type comprenant un caisson et un bac à l'intérieur de celui-ci, pour le stockage desdites denrées, et un circuit principal d'air froid s'écoulant dans l'espace délimité entre le caisson et le bac en-dessous et à côté de celui-ci et ayant des buses de soufflage d'air froid pour former au moins un rideau d'air froid (R) à la surface des denrées qui sont exposées entre deux bords opposés du bac, sur l'un desquels sont disposées lesdites buses de soufflage (9), et une reprise (10) d'une partie de l'air froid dudit rideau (R), disposée au niveau du bord opposé à celui où sont situées les buses de soufflage, pour recirculer cette partie de l'air froid dans ledit espace, l'air froid étant soufflé à une vitesse telle par exemple de l'ordre de 2 m/s, que l'écoulement d'air devient turbulent, un déflecteur (D1, D2, D3) de l'autre partie de l'écoulement d'air froid du rideau d'air froid étant prévu au niveau de la reprise d'air froid (10) pour retourner cette partie de l'air sous forme d'un flux d'air mélangé relativement plus froid que l'air ambiant en sens inverse au-dessus du rideau d'air froid précité (R), formant une boucle d'air mélangé relativement froid intermédiaire (B) entre le rideau d'air froid et l'air ambiant.
- Meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur (D1, D3) a en section une forme sensiblement en U couché dont l'ouverture est orientée vers l'intérieur du meuble.
- Meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur (D2) a en section une forme sensiblement en C aplati ou en chistera dont l'ouverture est orientée vers l'intérieur du meuble.
- Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure (12) du déflecteur est équipée d'une doublure (13) interne et espacée de celle-ci, ladite doublure (13) définissant avec ladite partie supérieure (12) du déflecteur un canal (C) divergeant ou en section croissante dans le sens contraire à l'écoulement du flux d'air froid (R).
- Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie inférieure (10) du déflecteur est équipée d'un séparateur (14, 15, 16) pour séparer le flux d'air aspiré par le circuit principal (6)
