Definitions
- the fluid has an inherent cooling inertia, which means that when the heating plate is inactivated, a delay arises before the bellows returns to the original shape thereof. This time may be extended by the fact that the heating plate is active during a longer time than the heating element.

Claims (9)
- Congélateur comprenant un espace de stockage (3), destiné aux produits à congeler, et un conduit d'air primaire (4), qui entoure partiellement le dit espace de stockage (3) et qui comprend un conduit d'aspiration (11), ayant une entrée (12) qui débouche sur un côté d'une ouverture d'accès (13) de l'espace de stockage (3), ainsi qu'un conduit montant (14), ayant une sortie (15) qui débouche sur un côté opposé de la dite ouverture (13), et une unité de changement de la température (36), qui est située dans le conduit d'air primaire (4) et sépare le conduit d'aspiration (11) du conduit montant (14) et comporte un ventilateur (16), un élément chauffant (17) et un élément refroidissant (18), la dite unité de changement de la température comprenant un insert placé dans le conduit d'air primaire (4), lequel insert comprend un conduit d'air secondaire (20) ayant, d'une part, une ouverture d'entrée (21) qui s'ouvre dans le conduit d'air primaire (4) en aval de l'unité de changement de la température (36), et peut être ouverte et fermée au moyen d'un amortisseur (19), et d'autre part d'une ouverture de sortie (22) qui s'ouvre dans le conduit d'air primaire (4) en amont de l'unité de changement de la température, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (19) est mobile entre une première position, dans laquelle l'ouverture d'entrée (21) du conduit d'air secondaire (20) est gardée fermée et le conduit montant (14) du conduit d'air primaire (4) est gardé ouvert, et une seconde position dans laquelle l'ouverture d'entrée (21) est gardée ouverte et le conduit montant (14) est gardé fermé.
- Congélateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (19) est mobile par rotation autour d'une articulation (25).
- Congélateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que dans l'amortisseur (19) est incorporé un dispositif d'amortissement qui comprend aussi une plaque d'accrochage (29) et une bande (28) s'étendant entre l'amortisseur (19) et la plaque d'accrochage (29), laquelle bande est faite d'un matériau flexible et forme la dite articulation (25).
- Congélateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (19) est activé par un ressort (31), qui vise toujours à le maintenir dans la dite première position.
- Congélateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au niveau de l'amortisseur (19) un réservoir flexible (32) est disposé, qu'il est possible de remplir avec un fluide pressurisé provenant d'une source de fluide connectée au réservoir, pour, quand le besoin se présente, amener l'amortisseur (19) dans ladite seconde position.
- Congélateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'amortisseur (19) est disposé de façon à coopérer avec une paroi (38) ayant une ouverture ou plus (39), où le flux d'air, quand l'amortisseur est dans une première position, peut passer sans obstacle dans le conduit montant (14), tandis que le flux d'air vers celui-ci est bloqué quand l'amortisseur (19) coopère avec la paroi (38) dans une seconde position.
- Congélateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen de guidage (23) est placé de manière adjacente à ladite sortie (22), pour diriger ou inverser le flux d'air vers l'entrée 21.
- Congélateur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de guidage (23) s'étend de la direction de l'ouverture de sortie (22) de l'insert dans le conduit d'air primaire (4) ainsi qu'en avant dans la direction du flux d'air vers l'unité de changement de la température (36).
- Insert pour congélateur, comprenant un conduit d'air secondaire (20) ayant une ouverture de sortie (22), ainsi qu'une ouverture d'entrée (21), qu'il est possible d'ouvrir et de fermer au moyen d'un amortisseur (19), caractérisé par l'amortisseur (19) étant mobile entre une première position, dans laquelle l'ouverture d'entrée (21) du conduit d'air secondaire (20) est maintenue fermée et un conduit montant (14) d'un conduit d'air primaire (4) dans un congélateur est maintenu ouvert, et une seconde position dans laquelle l'ouverture d'entrée (21) est maintenue ouverte et le conduit montant (14) est maintenu fermé.
