Claims (11)
- Verwendung eines Weitmaschigen, textilen Gitters zum Bewehren bitumengebundener Asphalt-Schichten, insbesondere Straßendecken, das im wesentlichen aus zwei Sätzen paralleler, lastaufnehmender Fäden (1 und 2) besteht,wobei sich ein Satz Fäden (1) in Längsrichtung des Gitters und der andere Satz Fäden (2) quer zur Längsrichtung des Gitters erstreckt und die Fäden (1 und 2) aus Glasfasern oder Chemiefasem wie Polymerisatfasern oder Polykondensatfasern bestehen,wobei das Gitter mit einem bitumenaffinen Haftmittel (6) überzogen ist oder die sich kreuzenden Fäden (1,2) des Gitters aus einem bitumenaffinen, insbesondere an Bitumen haftendem Material bestehen,wobei die sich kreuzenden Fäden (1,2) auf ein dünnes Vlies (3) aufgeraschelt sind, welches vorzugsweise ein Gewicht von, 10 bis 100 g/m2 aufweist,
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die verbindenden Raschel-Bindefäden (5) die längs verlaufenden Fäden (1) des Gitters umschließen und die quer verlaufenden Fäden (2) festlegen.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies (3) ein Gewicht von unter 50 g/m2 hat.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quer verlaufenden Fäden (2) zwischen dem Vlies (3) und den längs verlaufenden Fäden (1) angeordnet sind.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies (3) aus Polyethylenterephthalat (PET)-, Polyethylen (PE)- oder Polypropylen (PP)-Fasern, -Fäden und/oder -Filamenten besteht und thermisch, chemisch oder mechanisch verfestigt ist
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vlies (3) perforiert ist.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Vlies (3) in regelmäßiger Verteilung Löcher (4) eingestanzt sind mit einem Durchmesser von 0,5 - 4 mm und der Anteil der Löcher mindestens 10% der Gesamtfläche beträgt.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lastaufriehmenden den (1 und 2) an ihren Kreuzungspunkten (7) durch Klebung oder Schweißung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Verwendung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lastaufnehmenden Fäden (1 und 2) in Form von runden, im Durchmesser 2 bis 4 mm dicken Strängen oder Doppelsträngen auf das Vlies (3) aufgeraschelt sind.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite des Komposits, insbesondere des Vlieses (3) mit einem bituminösen Haftkleber versehen ist, der durch Erwärmung aktivierbar ist.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bituminöse Haftkleber in Form von Punkten oder quer bzw. rechtwinklig zur Längsrichtung der Gitterbahn verlaufende Streifen aufgebracht ist.
