Description

Ständer Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ständer für Halter von Wendetafeln, Wendetaschen, Wendehüllen od. dgl .
Stand der Technik
Bekannt ist ein Ständer der vorstehenden Art, der aus einer abgewinkelten Blechplatte besteht, deren Schenkel einen Winkel von weniger als 90' bilden (DURAB E, Katalog 950, S. 109) . Der kürzere der beiden Schenkel bildet den Fuß des Ständers, während der längere Schenkel an seinem oberen und unteren Ende mit Schwenklager für die Wendetafeln od. dgl. aufweisenden Beschlägen versehen ist. Die Breite der Blechplatte und die Zahl der Beschläge hängt dabei von der Zahl der jeweils aufzunehmenden Wendetafeln ab.
Ein anderer bekannter Ständer besteht aus einem Gußfuß, mit dem ein vergleichsweise kurzer Schenkel einer abgewinkelten Blechplatte verschraubt ist (DURABLE, Katalog 950, S. 109) . Der größere der beiden Schenkel ist auch hier wiederum mit Schwenklager aufweisenden Beschlägen versehen.
In beiden beschriebenen Fällen bestimmt die Zahl der Wendetafeln die Abmessungen des Ständers bzw. der den Ständer bildenden Teile. In der Praxis bedeutet dies, daß der Aufwand für die Herstellung der Ständer und für deren Lagerhaltung unerwünscht hoch ist.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Ständer der in Betracht gezogenen Art zu schaffen, der nach Art eines Modulsystems aufgebaut ist, das eine kostengünstige Änderung seiner Aufnahmekapazität ermöglicht. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Ständer, der erfindungsgemäß dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß er aus zwei Seitenteilen und mindestens einem lösbar mit diesen verbundenen Zwischenteil besteht, wobei jedem Zwischenteil jeweils ein Halter zugeordnet ist.
Der erfindungsgemäße Ständer bietet den Vorteil, daß seine Breite durch Verwendung einer mehr oder weniger großen Zahl von Zwischenteilen problemlos variiert und so an die Zahl der aufzunehmenden Wendetafeln od. dgl. angepaßt werden kann .
Als besonders vorteilhaft erweist es sich dabei, wenn die Zwischenteile so ausgestaltet sind, daß sie sich zur Aufnahme von Haltern eignen, die auch als Wandhalter nutzbar sind.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung einer in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten, besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung .
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen

Fig. 4 eine der Fig. 2 entsprechende Rückansicht des mit einem Halter versehenen Ständers gemäß Fig. 1 und 2, Fig. 5 die Vergrößerung der Aufnahmekapazität des Ständers gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 durch ein zusätzliches Zwischenteil,
Fig. 6 die Verbindung eines Zwischenteiles mit jeweils einem Halter,
Fig. 7 einen Ständer mit der dreifachen Aufnahmekapazität des Ständers gemäß Fig. 1 und 2,
Fig. 8 die Position eines sich auf einer Tischplatte abstützenden Ständers,
Fig. 9 die Möglichkeit einer unmittelbaren Befestigung eines Zwischenteiles am Rand einer Tischplatte mittels einer Klemmzwinge,
Fig. 10 ein auf eine Platte geschraubtes Zwischenteil,
Fig. 11 eine Einzelheit der Steckverbindung der in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellten Teile und
Fig. 12 die Ausgestaltung der die Steckverbindung zwischen den Teilen des Ständers gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 bildenden Nuten und Stege.
Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
Der in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Ständer besteht aus zwei Seitenteilen 1 und 2 sowie einem Zwischenteil 3, wobei die regelmäßig mit Blei- oder anderen Gewichtseinlagen versehenen Seitenteile 1 und 2 hinsichtlich ihrer Form und Größe völlig übereinstimmen. Sowohl die Seitenteile 1 und 2 als auch das Zwischenteil 3 sind als Kunststoff - spritzgußteile ausgebildet. An den freien Enden der Seitenteile 1 und 2 sind Stützkugeln 4 befestigt, die aus Gummi oder einem ähnlichen Rutschbewegungen entgegenwirkenden Material bestehen. Das Zwischenteil 3 weist eine Aufnahme 5 für einen Halter 6 auf. Bei dem Halter 6 handelt es sich ebenfalls um ein Kunststoffspritzgußteil, er besitzt einen schalenförmigen Grundkörper 7 mit einer zentralen Mulde 8, deren Rückwand 9 ein Langloch 10 und eine Bohrung 11 aufweist, um den Halter 6 bei Bedarf als Wandhalter nutzen zu können. Einzelheiten des Aufbaues des Halters 6 sind in der deutschen Patentanmeldung 196 23 904.4-26 beschrieben. Wie aus den Figuren 3 und 4 erkennbar, paßt der untere Abschnitt der Mulde 8 in die Aufnahme 5, wobei sich der untere Rand 12 des Halters 6 auf einen Quersteg 13 des Zwischenteiles 3 abstützt.
Wie aus den Figuren 5 bis 7 hervorgeht, läßt sich die Zahl der Zwischenteile 3 problemlos den jeweiligen Anforderungen entsprechend variieren. Mit nur zwei unterschiedlichen Bauteilen können mehr oder weniger breite Ständer hergestellt werden, wobei sich mit jedem Zwischenteil 3 mit Hilfe jeweils einer Schraube 14 ein Halter 6 verbinden läßt. Die Abstützung des Ständers auf einer beispielsweise von einer Tischplatte gebildeten Unterlage 15 erfolgt in allen Fällen über den vorderen unteren Rand 16 des Zwischenteiles 3 und über die Stützkugeln 4, wie dies in Fig. 8 gezeigt ist. Durch eine sinnvolle Formgebung der Aufnahme 5 des Zwischenteiles 3 läßt sich dieses unter Verzicht auf die Seitenteile 1 und 2 direkt z.B. am Rand der Unterlage 15 befestigen. Die Aufnahme 5 besitzt zu diesem Zweck einen Boden 17, der - wie in Fig. 9 gezeigt - entweder mit Hilfe einer Schraubzwinge 18 an der Unterlage 15 befestigt oder aber - wie in Fig. 10 dargestellt - mit dieser ver - schraubt werden kann.
Die Seitenteile 1,2 sind mit den Zwischenteilen 3 durch eine Steckverbindung miteinander gekoppelt, die aus Nuten und Stegen besteht. Eine besonders stabile Steckverbindung ist in den Figuren 11 und 12 dargestellt, sie besteht aus jeweils zwei Nuten 19, 20 und zwei Stegen 21,22. Um mit nur zwei unterschiedlich geformten Bauteilen, nämlich einem Zwischenteiltyp und einem Seitenteiltyp auskommen zu können, sind die Nuten 19,20 und Stege 21,22 der jeweils miteinander verbundenen Teile so geformt, daß ihre Konturen sich ab- bzw. überdecken, wenn man - wie in Fig. 12 gezeigt - die Nuten 19,20 und Stege 21,22 z.B des rechten Seitenteiles 2 in Richtung des Pfeiles 23 um 180' um eine zwischen den Teilen 2,3 gelegene, parallel zu den Nuten 19,20 und Stegen 21,22 verlaufende Achse 24 schwenkt. Um den sicheren Zusammenhalt der Teile zu gewährleisten, empfiehlt es sich, die Stege 21,22 der Steckverbindungen mit Brems- oder Rastnocken 25 zu versehen.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Ständer für Halter von Wendetafeln, Wendetaschen, Wendehüllen od. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus zwei Seitenteilen (1,2) und mindestens einem lösbar mit diesen verbundenen Zwischenteil (3) besteht, wobei jedem Zwischenteil (3) jeweils ein Halter (6) zugeordnet ist.
2. Ständer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (1,2) und das Zwischenteil (3) bzw. die Zwischenteile (3) durch Steckverbindungen miteinander verbindbar sind.
3. Ständer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckverbindungen von Nuten (19,20) und Stegen (21,22) an den sich gegenübe liegenden Seiten eines jeden Zwischenteiles (3) und an jeweils einem Rand eines jeden Seitenteiles (1,2) gebildet werden.

Ständer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckverbindungen aus mindestens jeweils zwei einer jeden der miteinander zu koppelnden Seiten zweier Teile zugeordneten Nuten (19,20) und Stegen (21,22) bestehen und daß die Nuten (19,20) und die formschlüssig in ihnen geführten Stege (21,22) der zu koppelnden Teile bezüglich ihrer Kontur so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß sie bei einer gedachten 180' Schwenkung des einen der beiden Teile um eine zwischen den Teilen gelegene, parallel zu den Nuten (19,20) und Stegen (21,22) verlaufende Achse (24) in eine deckungsgleiche Lage überführbar sind.
5. Ständer nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu seiner AbStützung auf einer Unterlage (5) der vordere untere Rand (16) mindestens eines Zwischenteiles (3) und die gegenüber diesem Rand (6) nach hinten versetzt angeordneten Enden der Seitenteile (1,2) dienen.
6. Ständer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den freien Enden der Seitenteile (1,2) elastische Stützkugeln (4) angeordnet sind.
7. Ständer nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Zwischenteil (3) mit einer Aufnahme (5) für einen vorsp ingenden Abschnitt der Rückwand (8) eines Halters (6) versehen ist.
8. Ständer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahme (5) einen flachen Boden (17) aufweist.
9. Ständer nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seiten- und Zwischenteile (1,2,3) als Hohlprofile aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sind.
10. Ständer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenteile (1,2) mit Gewichtseinlagen versehen sind.
11. Ständer nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis
10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (21,22) der Steckverbindungen mit Brems- und/oder Rastnocken (25) versehen sind.
12. Ständer nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis
11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sein Halter (6) bzw. seine Halter (6) als Wandhalter verwendbar ist bzw. sind.
13. Ständer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Halter (6) als Spritzgußteil mit einem schalenförmi- gen Grundkörper (7) und einer zentralen Mulde (8) ausgebildet ist.
14. Ständer nach Anspruch 7 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zentrale Mulde (8) in die Aufnahme (5) des Zwischenteiles (3) paßt und daß sie mittels einer Schraube (14) mit letzterem verbindbar ist.
