Claims (18)
- Zusammentragsystem für bogenförmige Produkte, mit Sammeltaschen (7), die auf einem in horizontaler Richtung (2) verlaufenden Pfad bewegbar sind, einer Zuführeinrichtung (10) zum Zuführen der bogenförmigen Produkte (4) in einem geschuppten Strom neben dem Pfad, und einem Ablenkelement (13, 27, 38), das auf jeder der Sammeltaschen (7) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ablenkelement (13, 27, 38) so bewegbar ist, daß die jeweilige Vorderkante (4.1) eines in dem geschuppten Strom beförderten bogenförmigen Produktes (4) aufgegriffen und in eine Sammeltasche (7) hinein gelenkt wird. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mehrere Zuführeinrichtungen (10) an verschiedenen Stellen entlang des Pfades der Sammeltaschen (7) angeordnet sind. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Fördereinrichtung (10) einen Abschnitt aufweist, der sich parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (2) der Sammeltaschen (7) erstreckt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich der Abschnitt der Fördereinrichtung (10) entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung der Sammeltaschen (7) bewegt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen dem sich parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (2) der Sammeltaschen (7) erstreckenden Abschnitt und einer jeweiligen Oberfläche der Sammeltaschen (7) eine Förderebene gebildet ist. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ablenkelement (13, 27, 38) in die Förderebene zwischen dem genannten Abschnitt und der Oberfläche der jeweiligen Sammeltasche (7) hinein bewegbar ist. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ablenkelement (13) auf einer Betätigungswelle (12) angebracht ist, und daß das Ablenkelement (13) jeweils eine abgestellte Position (13.1) und eine angestellte Position (13.2) einnehmen kann. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ablenkelement (13) in seiner abgestellten Position (13.1) einen Spalt (14) der Sammeltaschen (7) abdeckt und somit deren Einlaßabschnitt (16) schließt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich ein Ablenkelement (27) gleitend in die von dem genannten Abschnitt und der Oberfläche der Sammeltaschen (7) bestimmten Förderebene hinein bewegt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Ablenkelement (38) sich drehend in die Förderebene zwischen dem genannten Abschnitt und der Oberfläche der Sammeltaschen (7) hinein bewegt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ablenkelement (38) die Oberfläche der Bänder (9) der Sammeltaschen (7) kontaktiert und einen dabei Spalt bildet. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich das Ablenkelement (38) um die Drehachse (36) einer Bandleitrolle (20) herum bewegt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Ablenkelement (38) an einen drehbaren Hebel (37) montiert ist. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Zuführeinrichtung (10) einen Zuführbandabschnitt (28) umfaßt, der mit der Oberfläche einer Gegenbandanordnung (31) zusammenwirkt. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der geschuppte Strom (30) von bogenförmigen Produkten (4) zwischen dem Zuführbandabschnitt (28) und der Oberfläche der Gegenbandanordnung (31) befördert wird. - Zusammentragsystem nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß sich ein Freigabebandabschnitt (29) für die bogenförmigen Produkte (4) in die Förderebene zwischen dem Zuführbandabschnitt (28) und der Oberfläche (9) der Sammeltaschen (7) erstreckt. - Verfahren für das Zusammentragen von bogenförmigen Produkten,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:Bewegen von Sammeltaschen entlang eines Pfades in eine horizontale Richtung;Befördern der bogenförmigen Produkte in einem geschuppten Strom neben dem Pfad;Anordnen eines Ablenkelementes auf jeder Sammeltasche so, daß dieses betätigbar ist; undBewegen eines Ablenkelementes, das die Vorderkante eines in einem geschuppten Strom beförderten bogenförmigen Produktes aufgreift, um die Vorderkante in eine Sammeltasche hinein zu lenken. - Verfahren für das Zusammentragen von bogenförmigen Produkten gemäß Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß aufgrund des überlappten Abstandes der bogenförmigen Produkte in dem geschuppten Strom ein jeweiliges Ablenkelement eine jeweilige Produktvorderkante bewegt.
