Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a spray system for Precipitation of dust, especially during demolition work.
When conveying broken goods via conveyor belts and slipping creates dust and it is known (DE 39 09 008 A1) to use a mist nozzle device in which is a multi-media nozzle inside a mist nozzle dome is attached to an adapter head that it with the Media supply lines connects. This mist nozzle dome is said to Shield the nozzle against disturbing air currents. The Fog nozzle dome provides some protection against Material splinters that hit the outlet nozzle could, however, such a dome could not protect against coarse chunks of material and reinforcing iron, such as they occur during demolition work.
The construction of multi-media nozzles, for example for Atomization of lubricants and release agents is in itself known (US-A-4 076 173).
For demolition work with the crushing of rubble As is well known, a lot of dust is generated on the Drop-off points as well as handover and drop-off points again and again is whirled up. So far one has tried the Combat dust formation with water jets. At 4 bar Water pipe pressures are enormous amounts of drinking water consumed.
The invention has for its object a Spray mist system to create dust control suitable for demolition work and with low water consumption gets along.
The task is based on the characteristics of the
The approach in the invention assumes that the Dust is combated directly at its point of origin, if the dust clouds still occupy a small volume. This but means that the spray nozzles in the Arrange near crushing tools without the Spray nozzles can be damaged by flying fragments allowed to. In such cases, the spray nozzles are on the one hand armored, and on the other hand, their spray is sufficient long and large to make the spray nozzle sufficiently far from the to arrange the largest danger point away.
Demolition work is carried out with demolition machines, so that the dust formation points are in or near this Demolition machine. The spray nozzles are therefore included in the demolition machine, and that to the Mixing nozzles leading water pipes and compressed air pipes are supplied by a supply unit, which in the Demolition machine is installed. The supply unit is housed in a portable housing frame to to a certain extent as a slide into a suitable room in the Demolition machine to be integrated.
One is created when the spray is generated Lowering of temperature, which can lead to ice formation. To do this To prevent a heater is provided, wherein expediently the exhaust air of the compressor Supply unit can be used for heating purposes.
The water supply device is equipped with valves, on the one hand to ensure the regulation of the water supply and on the other hand the water pipes when the Remove water from the system to reduce the risk of freezing to meet. For the same reason, water can Water tanks are drained.

There the nozzle heads are placed in a nozzle rack near the Demolition pliers or the shovel of the demolition excavator housed and radiate the work area of the Demolition pliers or the shovel.
The spray is generally near the Generations of dust and this Areas of dust formation become entirely from the spray enveloped. That is why developing dust immediately bound and cannot spread as a cloud of dust. On this way, despite low water consumption Dust development can be combated effectively.
