Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor in the demolishing operations and ensure safety by furnishing a water supply piping along an arm of a demolishing heavy machine, installing a water sprinkle nozzle at the foremost of the piping, and performing automatic sprinkling when the structure concerned is crushed by a nibbler so that sputter of the powder and dust is precluded. SOLUTION: A demolishing machine 1 has a bent arm 4, which is equipped at the tip with a nibbler 4 operated hydraulically, wherein a water supply piping 11 is installed along the arm 4, and at the foremost of the piping, a water sprinkle nozzle 10 is installed in such an arramgement that the nozzle hole faces always the place to be crushed. Accordingly the operator of the demolishing machine 1 can perform the sprinkling along with the demolishing works, which liberates from necessity for stationing of any specially devoted operator for sprinkling and also eliminates change in the arrangement so as to suit sprinkling. Thus the building demolishing works can be executed effectively and safely.

[0006] When the weight breaking machine moves from its crushing place to the next crushing place, it will be in a non-sprinkling state while the sprinkling worker is changing the hose, and work on an unstable scaffolding or the like. Therefore, it was not possible to catch up with the movement of the weight-removing machine, and dust was generated, causing trouble to the neighborhood.

In the above-mentioned structure, the operator of the weight breaker simply opens the opening / closing cock 15 to spray the water from the water spray nozzle 10 to spray water around the dismantling site at the same time as the dismantling work. As a result, the sprinkling work can be automatically performed at the same time as the dismantling work, the operator dedicated to the sprinkling is not required, and the safe water sprinkling work can be performed without any danger to the worker.

Further, when the weight breaking machine moves from the crushing place to the next crushing place, the sprinkler nozzle 10 and the water supply pipe 11 move together with the weight crusher, so that the conventional water spraying worker changes the hose. It is possible to eliminate the non-sprinkling state during the operation, and the sprinkling nozzle does not catch up with the movement of the weight breaking machine, and it is possible to reliably prevent the scattering of dust. Further, since the operator of the weight breaking machine does not have to wait for the change of sprinkling water as in the conventional case, the efficiency of the dismantling work is improved.
