Claims (6)

  1. Automatisches Aufzeichnungssystem zum Aufzeichnen einer Bildsequenz, welche einem bestimmten Ereignis, in das ein Fahrzeug verwickelt ist, vorausgehen und/oder folgen, als Hilfsmittel zur Unterstützung von Zeugenaussagen, einschließlich mindestens einer Videokamera, die ständig auf dem Fahrzeug befestigt ist und einen digitalen Strom an Pixeldaten erzeugt, welche Bildern entsprechen, die mit einer bestimmten Bildgeschwindigkeit erfasst werden, einer Schaltung zum Komprimieren und Verschlüsseln des digitalen Datenstroms, eines RAM-Speicherpuffers, der die komprimierten und verschlüsselten Daten einer Videosequenz, die aus einer bestimmten Anzahl an Bildern besteht, in einem FIFO-Modus speichert, wobei Daten des ältesten Bildes der Videosequenz mit Daten eines neu erfassten Bildes überschrieben werden, einer Schaltung, die den Start des Systems in einem ersten Bildgeschwindigkeitsmodus befiehlt, wenn der Motor des Fahrzeuges gestartet wird, eines Aufprallsensors, der ein logisches Signal beim Erfassen eines Aufpralls auf das Fahrzeug erzeugt, eines Mikroprozessors, der durch einen Steuerbus mit den funktionellen Schaltungen des Systems und mit einer Programmierschnittstelle verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses System umfasst:
    mindestens einen Datenspeicherträger, auf dem ein Duplikat der verschlüsselten Daten, die im RAM-Speicherpuffer enthalten sind, nicht-flüchtig aufgezeichnet wird;
    mindestens eine Schaltung, welche eine Stop-und-Sperr-Routine des Aufzeichnungssystems beim Erfassen des logischen Signals befiehlt, um am Ende der Stop-und-Sperr-Routine nicht-flüchtig gespeicherte, verschlüsselte Daten der zuletzt erfassten Bildersequenz im Datenspeicherträger aufzubewahren und das Aufzeichnungssystem unantastbar zu deaktivieren;
    Mittel zum Entsperren und Rücksetzen des Aufzeichnungssystems durch Ausgabe von proprietären Befehlscodes.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Datenspeicherträger eine entfernbare Karte eines nicht-flüchtigen Speichers ist.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildgeschwindigkeit mindestens 5 Bilder pro Sekunde beträgt.
  4. System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Schaltung, welche den Start des Systems in einem niedrigeren Bildgeschwindigkeitsmodus als dem ersten Bildgeschwindigkeitsmodus befiehlt, wenn ein Fahrzeugalarmsystem des geparkten Fahrzeuges aktiviert wird, und eine Schaltung umfasst, welche das Auslösen des Alarms erfasst und die Stop-und-Sperr-Routine des Aufzeichnungssystems befiehlt.
  5. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltungen, welche die Stop-und-Sperr-Routine befehlen, die Fortsetzung des Erfassens und Aufzeichnens von Bildern für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Erfassen des jeweiligen Ereignisses in Abhängigkeit vom Bildgeschwindigkeitsmodus auslösen.
  6. System nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Entsperren und Rücksetzen des Aufzeichnungssystems Mittel zum Lesen und/oder Runterladen der Daten, die auf dem nicht-flüchtigen Datenspeicherträger eines gesperrten Aufzeichnungssystem gespeichert sind, durch ein proprietäres Verarbeitungssystem eines Bedieners einschließen, der imstande ist, die Daten zum Zurückspielen der gespeicherten Videosequenz zu entschlüsseln, zu dekomprimieren und zu verarbeiten.
