- Der Schwerpunkt liegt im angeklappten Zustand etwas niedriger: Zum Abklappen ist eine Zugkraft von der Wand weg erforderlich; der Heizkörper geht aus dem abgeklappten Zustand von selbst an die Wand zurück und verbleibt dort.

Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum schwenkbaren Halten eines Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) mit einer gegenüber einer Wand bzw. einer Konsole festgelegten Schwenk- und Führungseinrichtung (2, 3b, 4, 5), mittels welcher der Heiz- bzw- Kühlkörper (1) von der Wand bzw. der Konsole weg und an diese herangeschwenkt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenk- und Führungseinrichtung (2, 3b, 4, 5) so ausgestaltet ist, daß der Schwerpunkt des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) bei seiner Schwenkbewegung im wesentlichen keine Höhenlagenänderung erfährt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenk- und Führungseinrichtung eine Halterung (2, 5) aufweist, die an einer Lagerstelle (A) des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) angreift, sowie eine unterhalb der Halterung (2, 5) angeordnete Führung (3b) zur Stabilisierung des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers bei seiner Schwenkbewegung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerstelle (A) in aufrechter Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörperlage unterhalb von dessen Schwerpunkt (S) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung einen gegenüber der Wand festgelegten Schwingträger (2) aufweist, der drehbar an der Lagerstelle (A) angebracht ist, während die Führung (3b) eine Linearführung ist, die insbesondere im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung einen gegenüber der Wand festgelegten Schwingträger (2) aufweist, der drehbar an der Lagerstelle (A) angebracht ist, während die Führung (3b) eine Drehführung ist, die insbesondere einen Kurbelmechanismus (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung eine gegenüber der Wand festgelegte, im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Führungskulisse (5) für die Lagerstelle (A) aufweist, während die Führung (3b) eine Linearführung ist, die insbesondere im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist, bzw. eine Drehführung ist, die insbesondere einen Kurbelmechanismus (4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenk- und Führungseinrichtung Endlagenarretierungen bzw. -verriegelungen aufweist, insbesondere einen Verriegelungshebel (6) zur Verriegelung des Oberteils des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) in der Wandanlagestellung und/oder eine Schwenkwinkelarretierung (3d) an der Führung (3b) bzw. eine Führungskulissen-Endhalterung (5a).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenk- und Führungseinrichtung eine Wandschiene (3) aufweist, an welcher die Führung (3b) und/oder ein Träger (3a) für den Schwingträger (2) befestigt sind und die in einem Kopfstück (3c) eine Gegenhalterung für den Verriegelungshebel (6) zur Verriegelung des Oberteils des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) in der Wandanlagestellung hat, der wiederum an einem oberen T-Stück des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandschiene (3) Befestigungen bzw. Halterungen, insbesondere Haltefenster (31, 32) für die Führung (3b) an mehreren Höhenpositionen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwingträger (2) an mindestens einer seiner Lagerungsstellen (A, B) eine Schlitz-/Lochaufnahme aufweist, die mit einem unverlierbaren Schieber sicherbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenk- und Führungseinrichtung (2, 3b, 4, 5) so ausgestaltet ist, daß der Schwerpunkt (S) des Heiz- bzw. Kühlkörpers (1) in der an die Wand angeschwenkten oder in der abgeschwenkten Stellung geringfügig höher liegt als in der jeweils anderen Stellung.
