Definitions
- the invention relates to a stone laying device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- hydraulic laying tongs are known to be used, which can be attached to carrier devices such as wheel loaders or excavators.
- carrier devices such as wheel loaders or excavators.
- a layer of shaped stones which takes up an area of, for example, approximately 1 m 2 , is removed from a pallet by clamping the shaped stone layer from the side by the two gripping jaws, and from the extension arm of the carrier device to the desired location on the laying floor brought, which is usually an appropriately prepared, leveled grit.
- this known stone laying device is therefore very complicated and requires a lot of skill and routine the operator to make the laying process efficient to be able to perform. Furthermore, incorrect switching can occur incorrect operation of the control valves by the operator can not be excluded, making one hand the work performance is reduced and on the other hand there is also a risk that a stone layer may be unintentionally is dropped.
- Another big disadvantage is that this known stone laying device cannot be used with carrier machines that only have a single hydraulic circuit.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a shaped stone laying device for mounting on carrier devices, such as To create wheel loaders, excavators etc. that are universally applicable and is as simple, fast and precise as possible Laying of shaped stones enables.
- the gripping device After performing the above steps a) to c) the gripping device is again in its Initial state in which they can be aligned and gripped a new stone layer is ready.
- FIG. 1 From Figure 1 is a hydraulically actuated gripping device 1 can be seen, which by means of chains 2 on a central holding plate 3 is suspended.
- the holding plate 3 is attached to a lower part 4a of a rotary motor 4, the upper part 4b of an only indicated Extension arm 5 of a carrier device, not shown, such as wheel loaders or excavators, articulated is attached.
- the rotary motor 4 is via its own hydraulic circuit operated.
- the two hydraulic hoses required for this are designated with 6.1, 6.2 and extend from Rotary motor 4 to the corresponding hydraulic connection on the extension arm 5.
- the rotary motor 4 When the rotary motor 4 is actuated, it rotates whose lower part 4a about its vertical central axis, so that the entire gripping device 1 can be rotated.
- the gripping device 1 has a holding frame 7 comprehensive central console 8, which as a holding and Support device for various, below elements described in more detail.
- the console 8 is on the holding plate 3 hung over the chains 2, the are attached to the lower end of the holding frame 7.
- the gripping device 1 the one in the plan view has a substantially rectangular contour, also points to their two opposite narrower sides outside the Holding frame 7 alignment jaws 9a, 9b on the bottom End of upwardly projecting holding and guiding parts 10a, 10b are attached.
- the alignment jaws 9a, 9b are the one shown in FIG Embodiment as a horizontal, parallel rails formed parallel to each other, however on the inside also with individual, projecting inwards Alignment adapters can be provided if for example, every second layer within a layer of molded blocks be moved relative to the adjacent row should.
- the holding and guiding parts 10a, 10b essentially have the shape of an upside down "Y" on and extend in the closed shown in Figure 1 Position of the alignment jaws 9a, 9b approximately vertically above.
- the holding and guiding parts 10a, 10b are above the Alignment jaws 9a, 9b at one end of a support rod 11a, 11b pivotally attached.
- Each support rod 11a, 11b consists of a pair of mutually parallel, more stable Striving that branch out on the one hand on the two Arms of the holding and guiding part 10a, 10b and on the other hand on the console 8, especially on protruding outwards free ends of the holding frame 7, pivotally attached are.
- the holding and guiding parts 10a, 10b and thus the alignment jaws 9a, 9b with respect to the console 8 two hydraulically operated alignment cylinders 12a, 12b pivoted above the support rods 11a, 11b are arranged.
- the free end of the piston rod of the alignment cylinder 12a, 12b is in a central region of the Holding and guiding parts 10a, 10b pivotally mounted, while the opposite end of the alignment cylinder 12a, 12b can be pivoted in an upper region of the console 8 is stored.
- the area of the holding and guiding parts 10a, 10b above forms the articulation point for the alignment cylinders 12a, 12b a swing limit section.
- This swing limit section comes when opening the alignment jaws 9a, 9b when the alignment cylinders 12a, 12b are retracted, with the free end of a fixed support arm 13a, 13b of the console 8 in contact and slides along it.
- With the alignment jaws fully open 9a, 9b are located within the outer contour of the Gripping device 1 so that the shaped stone layer to be laid can be attached directly to a vertical wall, without the corresponding alignment jaws 9a, 9b disturbing would appear.
- the alignment jaws 9a, 9b are lowered when extending the alignment cylinder 12a, 12b in reverse order.
- gripping jaws 14a, 14b which are parallel to one another arranged on the longer sides of the gripping device 1 are.
- the gripping jaw 14a is pivoted via two hydraulically actuated gripping cylinder 16, with its rear end are mounted on the holding frame 7, while the front end of the piston rod on the corresponding swivel lever 15 attacks.
- the gripping jaw 14a is pivoted outwards, i.e. open while pulling in the Piston rod is closed.
- the opposite gripping jaw 14b is fixed Formed jaws, which is attached to the holding frame 7 is.
- the gripping device 1 also has outside the gripping jaw 14b two support wheels 17, preferably are adjustable in height relative to the holding frame 7.
- the support wheels 17 are already installed during the installation process Form stones placed and determine on this page the gripping device 1 the height up to that of the gripping jaws 14b can be lowered.
- a push-off device on the gripping device 1 18 provided from a Stone support element 19 in the form of a horizontal Longitudinal rail, two vertical guide rods 20 that over an upper cross yoke 21 are connected, and a forcing cylinder 22 consists of the piston rod from below forth on Querjoch 21 can be brought to the plant and this together with the guide rods 20 and the stone support element 19 can push up, causing the stone support element 19 is lifted off the shaped stones.
- the Push-off force which the stone support element 19 on the outermost row of stones must apply in order to tilt To avoid when laying, on the other hand, is used by compression springs 23 generated, which between the stone support element 19 and a fixed part of the gripping device 1 are and a permanent preload down on the Exercise stone support element 19.
- the stone support element 19 can thus take effect when the piston rod of the forcing cylinder 22 retracted downwards and from the transverse yoke 21 is removed so that this move down can.
- All hydraulic cylinders i.e. the alignment cylinders 12a, 12b and the gripping cylinders 16 and the forcing cylinder 22 are operated via a single hydraulic circuit.
- the pressure oil for this hydraulic circuit is from corresponding connections, not shown, on the extension arm 5 via two pressure oil lines 24.1, 24.2 to corresponding Connections on the upper part 4b of the rotary motor 4 headed. From there, the pressure oil lines run inside of the rotary motor 4 to corresponding connections on lower part 4a of the rotary motor 4, which outgoing with the two Pressure oil lines 25.1, 25.2 are connected.
- the gripping device 1 is from above onto one top form stone layer of a package of form stones, the are usually delivered on pallets.
- the alignment jaws 9a, 9b are in one raised open position.
- the gripper jaw 14a pivoted outwards and the forcing cylinder 22 extended so that the push-off device 18 is raised is.
- the piston rods of the alignment cylinders 12a, 12b are retracted while the piston rods of the gripping cylinder 16 are extended. You are now in a position shown in Figure 2. Subsequently the gripping device 1 is centered on the top one Form stone layer placed, preferably not shown Height-adjustable support rails on the molded stone layer lie on.
- All closing, opening and push-off functions of the gripping device 1 can by the operator via a single, not shown control lever executed for this purpose from its neutral position only be moved to two different positions got to.
- These functions also run in automatic sequence in succession as long as the control lever is in the second position.
- FIG. 2 shows only one Alignment cylinder 12a, 12b and gripping cylinder 16 shown, although according to Figure 1 two such Cylinders are used.
- the second, not shown Cylinders can be parallel to each other in a known manner the cylinders shown are connected so that they move in the same direction.
- the one shown in dashed lines Frame 26 symbolizes the outer contour of the control block, in which various, in the following closer described hydraulic elements and lines are.
- the control lever not shown, is used by the operator in the closing process of the gripping device 1 introductory position is moved to the control block a port A pressure oil supplied and through a port B derived pressure oil.
- connection A is via a line 27 which is in the closing process the gripping device 1 acts as a flow line, with a first working chamber 16.1 on the piston rod side of the gripping cylinder 16 connected.
- line 27 Located on line 27 there is only one check valve 28, which is in the forward direction is consistent. Oil initially flows with it low pressure of, for example, less than 50 bar the line 27 to the first working chamber 16.1 of the gripping cylinder 16 so that the piston moves down and the Piston rod 16.3 is retracted.
- the Returning oil initially flows through a multi-way valve 30 in the form of a 4/2-way valve, which in Dependence of the level of the supply pressure between two Positions I and II can be switched.
- the switchover takes place here via a control line 31 connected to a Pressure sequence valve 32 is connected.
- This pressure sequence valve 32 is via a control line 33 with a multi-way valve 34 in the form of a 3/2-way valve at low Flow pressure in line 27 in connection.
- the Multi-way valve 34 is dependent on the supply pressure switchable between two positions I and II.
- the switchover takes place at about 100 bar, for example.
- the multi-way valve 34 in position I, in which a continuous connection between line 27 and the control line 33 is created.
- the pressure sequence valve 32 only switches at a pressure of approximately, for example 50 bar on passage so that no oil to control line 31 flows. Because of the low pressure in the control line 31 the multi-way valve 30 is in position I, so that from the second working chamber 16.2 of the gripping cylinder 16 oil flowing out through the multi-way valve 30 through and through a downstream check valve 35 can flow to the return port B.
- the gripping jaw becomes 14a pivoted inwards, i.e. the gripping jaws 14a, 14b are closed for the first time. This closing is used for the first alignment of the shaped stone layer.
- the Multi-way valve 34 is still in the drawn Position I.
- the pressure sequence valve 32 switches on 50 bar on flow to the control line 31, so that too there the pressure rises, causing the multi-way valve 30 to open position II is switched.
- This switching of the multi-way valve 30 is a Line 36, which to a first, piston rod-side working chamber 12.1 of the working cylinder 12a, 12b connected and to the multi-way valve 30, with the line 29 connected such that an oil flow from the first working chamber 12.1 of the alignment cylinder 12a, 12b to the second Working chamber 16.2 of the gripping cylinder 16 is possible. Furthermore, one is opposite the first working chamber 12.1 second working chamber 12.2 of the alignment cylinder 12a, 12b via a pressure sequence valve 37 with the under Supply pressure standing line 27 connected. This pressure sequence valve 37 also switches only when you press about 50 bar for flow in the direction of the alignment cylinder 12.1 so that its piston is down and the piston rod 12.3 is extended.
- the Pressure in line 27 continues to about 100 bar. This Pressure is called the second pressure threshold. Since that Multi-way valve 34 via a control line 38 and one therein Check valve 39 provided with line 27 in Connection is established, the multi-way valve 34 is exceeded when exceeded the second pressure threshold into position II switched. In this position II is the connection interrupted between line 27 and control line 33. Instead, the control line 33 is now with a Line 40 and via this to line 29, i.e. with the Return port B, in flow connection. The control line 33 is relieved, so that the pressure sequence valve 32nd is returned to a position in which the control line 31 with a return line 41 in flow connection stands.
- the return line 41 is with a Multi-way valve 42 connected in the form of a 3-3 way valve.
- This multi-way valve 42 is depending on the pressure in the acting as a feed line 27 or as a return effect acting line 29 in one of the three switching positions I, II or III switched.
- This is the multi-way valve 42 via a control line 43 with the line 27 and connected to line 29 via a control line 44.
- the multi-way valve 42 With the currently prevailing pressure condition, at which the pressure in line 27 is higher than in the line 29, the multi-way valve 42 is in position I. switched. In this position I is the return line 41 connected to the control line 44 so that the oil out the return line 41 and thus from the control line 31 can flow to the return port B.
- the pressure in line 27 then increases further. If a third pressure threshold is reached at around 120 bar, opens a pressure sequence valve 45, via one first, piston rod-side working chamber 22.1 of the forcing cylinder 22 with that acting as a flow line Line 27 is connected. As a result, the piston rod 22.3 of the push-off cylinder 22. The Querjoch 21 of the push-off device 18 is thereby given free space down so that the stone support element 19 by means of of the compression springs 23 pressed onto the outermost row of molded blocks becomes.
- the push-off device 18 thus acts in already in this condition on the stones, this can but not yet eject from the gripping device 1 because the shaped stones still firmly between the gripping jaws 14a, 14b and the alignment jaws 9a, 9b are clamped.
- the oil flows from a second working chamber 22.2, which of the first Working chamber 22.1 is opposite, via a line 46, a throttle check valve 47 provided therein and a Unlockable check valve connected in the return direction 48 back to line 29 and from there to Return port B.
- the check valve 48 is in the return direction described is normally blocked, is, however, via a blocking line 49 between the pressure sequence valve 45 and the forcing cylinder 22 opens into the flow line, unlocked as soon as that under high pressure oil through the pressure sequence valve 45 is let through and thus also to the unlocking line 49 can reach.
- a blocking line 49 between the pressure sequence valve 45 and the forcing cylinder 22 opens into the flow line, unlocked as soon as that under high pressure oil through the pressure sequence valve 45 is let through and thus also to the unlocking line 49 can reach.
- the gripping device 1 can be put together with the molded stone layer from the carrier device lifted, brought to the desired location and on the prepared flooring.
- control lever flipped to a second position, which the opening process of the gripping device 1 initiates.
- the supply pressure at port B, during the Port A acts as a return port.
- the pressure in lines 36 and 29 increases. Reached the pressure has a certain opening threshold value, for example about 50 bar, opens a pressure sequence valve 53, that is parallel to the check valve 35 in the line 29 is located. Pressure oil can now flow through the multi-way valve 30 to the second working chamber 16.2 of the gripping cylinder 16 stream. The piston rod 16.3 is extended and thus the gripping jaws 14a open.
- a certain opening threshold value for example about 50 bar
