Claims (11)
- Gasbrenner für Kochvorrichtungen, welche einen Kopf (2) und einen Deckel (1) vorgesehen, um auf dem Kopf angeordnet zu sein, umfasst, welche eine Fußplatte (20), die zur Versorgung an Luft-/ Gasgemisch mit einer Öffnung (21) durchbrochen ist, und eine Ringverkleidung (22) umfasst, in welcher im wesentlichen zur Ebene der Befestigungsplatte senkrechte Spalte (23) ausgespart sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vielzahl von Steckstellen (25) auf der Oberseite (24) der Verkleidung umfasst, deren Breite (d) kleiner als die Dicke (c) zwischen zwei aneinander liegenden Spalten (23) ist, wobei jede von ihnen im wesentlichen bei gleichem Abstand zwischen zwei aneinander liegenden Spalten steht und wenigstens teilweise in der inneren Hälfte (27) der Oberseite der Verkleidung angeordnet ist, wobei die Steckstellen so einen Raum zwischen dem Deckel und dem Kopf aussparen, in welchen ein Teil des Luft-/ Gasgemisches ausgebreitet ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (d) der Steckstellen (25) kleiner als die Hälfte der Dicke (c) zwischen zwei aneinander liegenden Spalten (23) ist.
- Brenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (F) der Steckstellen (25) kleiner als die Hälfte der Tiefe (E) der Spalte (23) ist.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Steckstelle (25) eine Seite umfasst, die in der Innenrandfläche (26) der Verkleidung (22) angeordnet ist.
- Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) leicht ausufernd ist und an dem Rand seiner Innenfläche (11) eine Stoßkante (12) umfasst, welche einen Schnabel formt und zum Kopf (2) gerichtet ist.
- Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) einen Nabenwulst (13) umfasst, der im wesentlichen auf dessen Innenseite (11) zentriert ist.
- Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 für eine Herdplatte, umfassend einen Deckel (3) und einen Kopf (4), wobei die Fußplatte (40) des Kopfs eine Öffnung (41) zur Versorgung an Gas, das von einem Injektor (5) kommt und eine geeignete Form aufweist, um eine Luft-/Gasmischung mit dem Deckel des Brenners zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (3) hohl in seiner Innenseite (11) eine Kuppel (33) umfasst, deren Concavität vor allem zur Kopf (4) hingedreht ist.
- Gasbrenner nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kuppel (33) einen Kugelflächenteil bildet, dessen Zentrum auf dem Injektor (5) angeordnet ist und dessen Radius dem Abstand zwischen der Kuppel und dem Injektor entspricht.
- Gasbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (2,4) und der Deckel (1,3) eine im wesentlichen kreisförmige oder ovale Form haben.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (2,4) durch Spritzen von Aluminium verdichtet wird.
- Brenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1,3) durch Gießen oder Schmelzformen oder aus Stahl erhalten ist.
