Claims (9)
- Drehkolbenmaschine mit einem Gehäuse (2), mit einer im Gehäuse (2) drehbar gelagerten Welle (10) mit einem Ringraum (1), in dem zwei Rotationskörper (3, 4) angeordnet sind und an dessen Wänden Ein- und Auslaßöffnungen (6a-6h) für das Arbeitsmedium vorgesehen sind, wobei jeder Rotationskörper (3, 4) radial sich nach außen erstreckende sektorförmige Flügel (3a-3d, 4a-4d) aufweist, die beiden Rotationskörper (3, 4) koaxial angeordnet sind und ihre Flügel so ineinandergreifen, daß jeweils ein Flügel des einen Rotationskörpers zwischen zwei Flügeln des anderen Rotationskörpers angeordnet ist, wobei zwei Kurvenbahnsteuerungen vorgesehen sind, durch die bei Rotation der Welle (10) beide Rotationskörper (3, 4) Drehungen mit zyklischen Änderungen der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit und der Abstände zwischen den Flügeln der beiden Rotationskörper ausführen und die Kurvenbahnsteuerung jedes Rotationskörpers (3, 4) erste Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel in Form von ersten Kurvenringen (11), zweite Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel in Form von zweiten Kurvenringen (12) und dritte Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel in Form von sich zu beiden Stirnflächen hin kegelförmig verjüngenden Wälzkörpern (15, 16) aufweisen, die auf den ersten (11) und zweiten (12) Kurvenringen abrollen, wobei eines (11) der ersten und zweiten Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel mit der Welle (10) und das andere (12) dieser Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel mit einem der Rotationskörper (3, 4) drehfest und das dritte Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel drehbar mit dem Gehäuse (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vierte, frei drehbare Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel vorgesehen sind, daß die dritten Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel je zwei unabhängig voneinander drehbare Wälzkörper (15, 16) aufweisen, wobei der eine dieser Wälzkörper (15) mit den ersten (11) und vierten (13) und der andere dieser Wälzkörper (16) mit den vierten (13) und zweiten (12) Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmitteln in Eingriff ist.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Außenrand der Rotationskörper (3, 4) und der Gehäusewand gegen die Rotationskörper dichtend anliegende, in Umfangsrichtung verstellbare Steuersegmente (7) vorgesehen sind, mit denen die Ein- und Auslaßöffnungen (6a-6h) in unterschiedlichem Ausmaß abdeckbar sind.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vierten Kurvenbahnsteuerungsmittel (13) frei drehbar auf einer Wellenhülse (18) gelagert sind, die die Welle (10) umgibt.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Wälzkörper (15, 16) gleiche Durchmesser haben.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß lediglich die ersten, zweiten und vierten Kurvenbahnsteuerungen asymmetrische (11, 12, 13) Verzahnungen aufweisen.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wälzkörper (15, 16) an zwei gleichen Teilen zusammengesetzt sind.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Lagerflansch (19) mit Axial- und Radiallagern (20, 21) aufweist.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Umfangsrichtung je vier Wälzkörper (15, 16) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Drehkolbenmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Umfangsrichtung je zwei Wälzkörper (15, 16) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
