Claims (7)
- Dispositif de fixation élastique de rails d'appareils de voie. en particulier d'un rail contre-aiguille fixe (1) d'aiguillages coopérant avec un rail-aiguille mobile (2) pouvant se déplacer transversalement à la voie, ces rails reposant sur un coussinet de glissement (3), le rail contre-aiguille (1) étant maintenu sur le coussinet (3), d'une part, du côté extérieur de la voie par un moyen de fixation (4) et, d'autre part, du côté intérieur de la voie par une attache élastique (5) sensiblement en forme de U, disposée dans un évidement (6) du coussinet (3) et dont les extrémités des branches (7) pénètrent, en position de mise en tension de l'attache élastique (5) par l'intermédiaire d'une butée (8) assurant l'effort de placage du rail contre-aiguille (1) sur le coussinet (3), dans des logements surélevés (9) prévus à cet effet dans ledit coussinet (3), caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (3) comporte, en outre, à l'extrémité de son évidement (6) sous les logements surélevés (9), un étranglement (10) dont la taille et la forme sont sensiblement égales à celles de l'attache (5) au niveau de ses branches (7).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, au-dessus de chaque logement (9), il est prévu une pente (11) de positionnement longitudinal de l'attache (5).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (3) est pourvu, sensiblement en contrebas des logements surélevés (9), de deux logements supplémentaires (12).
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des logements supplémentaires (12) correspond à celle des logements surélevés (9) augmentée de la longueur des pentes (11) de positionnement longitudinal correspondantes.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (3) comprend un bec (13) pourvu de renforcements latéraux.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque renforcement du bec (13) est à une distance (h2) du patin (14) du rail contre-aiguille (1) inférieure à une distance (h1) séparant la tête (15) de l'attache (5) de la surface supérieure de l'évidement (6) du coussinet (3).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le coussinet (3) présente une rampe principale (16) se terminant par deux rampes latérales (17).
