Definitions
- the invention relates to a support element of a Glass pane according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a support element is disclosed in EP 0 745 749 A1. It sits between a hollow profile frame and a glass pane / glazing and supports both against each other. to Fixation on the profile frame is at a longitudinal edge of the support element a clamping part retaining projection mating present. The retaining projection of this pairing engages perpendicular to the frame plane positively in the undercut, on a groove wall a Dichtungsfactnut formed in a frame overlap is.
- the clamping part is on the underside of the support element supported on a longitudinal edge of the profile frame, so that set the support element across a positive fit is. For producing the positive connection, the support element be latched in the hollow profile frame. This is a deformation the support element required.
- the support element in the region of the bending of the retaining projection a weak point.
- This vulnerability is kinked when inserting, so that the retaining projection is spread perpendicularly from the support element is. This is the mounting position of the support element.
- Such a vulnerability is provided so that the Locking causes required deformation of the support element can be.
- the support element then gives with latching in the area of the vulnerability.
- the weakness is in embodiment shown formed as a film hinge, that the holding element which, albeit extremely weak effect gives a spring tongue.
- Such a targeted vulnerability requires a certain amount Instability of the support element.
- the whole arrangement will weakened by it and is not kept completely rigid. It can always yield to the vulnerability under stress and move the support.
- Such a weakness has the further disadvantage that they tear easily can. This can be both in the mounting position as well happen during assembly itself.
- EP 0 412 669 discloses a support element according to the The preamble of claim 1.
- This document additionally shows to the document EP 745 749 A1 also that the spring tongue in Installation position can be arranged perpendicular to the disk plane and that at the spring tongue of the holding projection and / or the clamping part can be arranged / is and protrude perpendicularly from the spring tongue. But this support element can not horizontal shear forces safely transferred to the frame.
- the invention is based on the object specify an easy to latching support that at weak spot free cross section on rigid profile frame sections practically rigid and transversely to its longitudinal extent be held safe against displacement and also still horizontal shear forces in mounting position on the frame safely can transfer.
- a Support element for a mountable in a hollow profile frame Glass pane with one arranged on a longitudinal edge Holding projection, with a free end on the hollow profile frame perpendicular to the plane of the disc can be supported, with a clamping part, which can be latched to a bottom longitudinal edge of the hollow profile frame is, and with a spring tongue, which is vertical in mounting position can be arranged to the disc plane, wherein at the spring tongue the retaining projection and / or the clamping part can be arranged are / is and perpendicularly protrude from the spring tongue, wherein in Mounting position the end of the spring tongue on a wall of the Hollow profile frame can strike.
- the spring tongue is arranged in the installed position perpendicular to the disk plane.
- the Spring tongue carries the retaining projection and / or the clamping part, which are arranged perpendicular to it.
- the horizontally arranged Spring tongue can then be used for locking transversely to the support element swing or give way. This allows the spring tongue in the Locking of the retaining projection-clamping part pair slightly elastic be deformed, so that the locking position with only little effort can be achieved without the support element is damaged.
- a spring tongue preferably has no structural, in particular cross-sectional weakening of the support element. It is only a spring action required, which is a component in the frame level must have to latching like to allow mentioned above. In this case, such a spring tongue in the main load directions in the installation position practically as rigid as the profile frame wall. In a horizontal direction, that is perpendicular to the frame plane, are such spring tongues very rigid. Preferably, you only feather vertically after that means at the frame level. This is such a support element Virtually completely resistant to displacement in the corresponding Recesses or grooves through the retaining projection-clamping part pairing held. There may also be several spring tongues to be available. This achieves an excellent fit.
- the support element can be virtually without sacrificing the Strength of the positive connection on only one of its longitudinal edges be attached. It is already at a simple profile frame design the permanent seat realized. For example, can the space outside longitudinal edge of the support as above be defined form-fitting. Then can existing Profiles of the profile frame particularly advantageous be exploited. For example, mostly water drainage grooves are outside present, which are excellent for the Intervention of a clamping part. Furthermore, are in the frame Seal receiving grooves provided a seat for offer the retaining projection. The grooves mentioned are adjacent arranged, and provide sufficient cross-section to the arrangement of Retaining projection terminal portion pairing.
- the outside profile sections are usually also special stable. In particular, they are usually one-piece to break-in attempts to be able to withstand.
- the glazing of a Window is made from the inside of the room. After insertion the glass pane becomes the glass retaining strip on the frame profile attached. Therefore, it is usually very beneficial that the entire determination of the support element on one of its longitudinal edges takes place, namely the outside arranged longitudinal edge. This technical need is at the present Advantageously exploited invention.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides that the spring tongues by longitudinal edges open transverse slots the support element are formed.
- the spring tongues with the in between located slots can in injection molding the support element already provided in the injection mold be. But the slots can also after shaping of the support element be introduced. Then you can also simply sawed be. This offers a particularly variable production possibility for a support element.
- the length of the spring tongues should be such that they enable a smooth locking. This is the spring travel correspondingly long.
- the spring tongue extend into the support element, however only so far that the stability of the support element practically is not affected.
- the length is preferably so choose that both the retaining projection and the clamping part are arranged in the resilient region of the spring tongue.
- the transverse slots are longitudinal edge side of the support element open and extending from a longitudinal edge of the support element starting in the supporting part of the support element in, perpendicular to the frame plane. This will cause a spring force achieved, which are affected by the slot length can. On the other hand, the length of the spring tongues should be sized that the support element still firm and rigid within his intended position sits.
- Holding projection and clamping part on the same longitudinal edge of the support element longitudinally offset and without overlap are arranged.
- This embodiment offers on the one hand a high stability of fixing.
- retaining projection and clamping part when inserting the support element comparatively unhindered in different vertical directions feathers without inhibiting each other.
- retaining projection and clamping part at different Spring tongues are arranged. Then they too Spring tongues longitudinally offset and without overlap arranged the same longitudinal edge of the support element.
- a retaining projection is then vertical after insertion in his seat held immovable and still can the support simply be locked with its clamping part.
- retaining projection and clamping part are in the proposed embodiment with different spring tongues easily into different Deflected vertical directions.
- the invention offers for the first time the possibility that at a support element to be latched retaining projection and / or Clamping part with stiffening elements are acted upon. Then the seat of the support particularly safe. retaining projection and / or clamping part are then stiffened in itself. Is preferred this, that only either a retaining projection or a Clamping part is acted upon by a stiffening element. Then the other partner of the holding pair can spring relatively free. When the stiffening elements are completely inside the spring tongues can sit, both retaining projection and clamping part additionally have stiffening elements. Then they feather Stiffening elements of the spring tongues with. Is advantageous Here, that retaining projection and clamping part particularly stable and can be rigid, so that no deformation of retaining projection and clamping part and no demolition of these parts too is afraid.
- the retaining projection in the undercut of a Groove of the hollow profile frame locked or against the Undercut or against an undercut-free projection can be supported without latching.
- the hollow profile frame comprises a profile bottom, in which the clamping part as a web of the Ab rangelementes is formed in the installed position on the the glass pane side facing away from the profile bottom extends.
- the clamping part can also act as a bead or a solid projection of the support element or one below a Be prepared spring tongue inlaid block, the retaining projection holds in its locked position.
- the web in its detent position Can be arranged spaced from the profile bottom.
- the support element can also be designed in this way be that the web in its mounting position on the profile bottom rests. Then it is preferred that the clamping part and retaining projection are arranged longitudinally offset from each other.
- a particularly preferred embodiment provides that more than one retaining projection and / or more than one clamping part are present / is, and alternately on the longitudinal edge the support element are distributed. These can be as described above engage and / or elastically spring together, so that a particularly tight fit is achieved. If the retaining projections and / or clamping members arranged longitudinally offset are, the support element is also against rotation in the Secured support surface plane.
- the glass pane is in a hollow profile frame 2 installed by the only one profile piece shown is.
- the hollow profile has hollow chambers, not shown here. It is a plastic hollow profile frame.
- the Invention can also be used on metal profile frame.
- the support element can also be designed as a glass rebate insert on which a pad serving as a support of the glass pane is arranged.
- the support element 1 has a total of three retaining projections 3. All retaining projections 3 are on a longitudinal edge 4 of the support element 1 arranged. They protrude substantially at right angles in a vertical upward direction over a support surface 21 of the support element 1 addition. The free ends 5 of the Holding projections 3 are perpendicular to the disk plane 27 (see Fig.3) held positively. For this they are in the undercut 15 a groove 16 of the hollow profile frame 2 locked. Of the Undercut 15 of the groove 16 is formed by the groove wall of a Dichtungsabilitynut 25 formed. This is particularly advantageous because next to the Dichtungsabilitynut 25 no further, separate Grooves must be provided in the hollow profile frame 2. The Support element 1 can easily in the existing undercut 15 are inserted and locked there. This simplifies the Production of the hollow profile frame 2. It can then also a Standard hollow section frame 2 can be used, provided the support element 1 has the appropriate dimensions.
- the support element 1 further has a perpendicular from the support surface 21 downwardly angled clamping part. 6 (see Fig.3).
- the clamping part 6 is at a bottom longitudinal edge. 7 of the hollow profile frame 2 locked.
- the longitudinal edge 7 is through in the embodiment shown space outside Nutwand a Wasserablaufnut 19 formed.
- the support element 1 is horizontal in its mounting position arranged spring tongues 8.9, where the retaining projections 3 and the clamping parts 6 are arranged.
- the spring tongues 8.9 is the support element 1 with at his Longitudinal edge 4 beginning transverse slots 11,12 provided.
- the Transverse slots 11, 12 are practically perpendicular to the plane of the disc 27. You can also angle at a horizontal plane run, provided they have a component perpendicular to Have disc direction. Then it is always guaranteed that Holding projections 3 and 6 clamping parts arranged on the spring tongues be deflected freely in the vertical direction can, provided that the transverse slots are open on the longitudinal edge side.
- transverse slots 11,12 extend only to the Amount of a fraction of the width of the support element 1 in this in, does not prefer beyond its center. Then is the structural stability of the support element 1 by the transverse slots 11,12 practically not disturbed.
- the retaining projections 3 and clamping parts 6 are on the same Longitudinal edge 4 of the support element 1 offset from each other and arranged without overlap.
- the spring tongues 8 each wear a clamping part 6.
- the spring tongues 9 each carry one Retaining projection 3.
- the support element 1 is also in the direction 26 fixed positively perpendicular to the disk plane 27.
- the spring tongues 8,9 are in opposite vertical directions curious; excited. This creates a holding force in the Undercut 16 or at the longitudinal edge 7. This holding force presses retaining projections 3 and clamping parts 6 in their respective Seat and thus causes a reinforcement of the seat by self-locking the support element 1.
- the self-locking in the direction of 26 perpendicular To disk level is preferably a multiple greater than that required for the insertion of the support element 1 Verrastungs after.
- the support element 1 is practical over its cross section weak spot free formed.
- the material has the support element 1 no weakening, the stability would affect. Due to the spring tongues is 8.9 a slight locking even without weak points easily possible.
- the holder pairings can practically any wall thicknesses and do not have to with rejuvenation or with be made smaller thickness.
- Fig. 2 shows the embodiment of the support element 1 seen from Figure 1 from below.
- the support element 1 is with Auflagestegen 20 supported on the profile bottom 18 of the hollow profile frame 2.
- the clamping parts 6 can be seen.
- the retaining projections 3 are characterized by the material of the spring tongues 9 hidden and shown in broken lines.
- the clamping parts 6 have stiffening elements 14th
- Figure 3 is the section as in Fig.2 by the dot-dash line Line indicated and seen in the direction of arrows III shown.
- the stiffening elements 14 of the Page to see. They are designed as filled corner angles. They run between the clamping part 6, which as a support side Web of the support element 1 is formed, and the spring tongue 8. They cause a stiffening of the clamping part 6 against the spring tongue 8, so that these two projections can not deform or practically not against each other.
- the web which forms the clamping part 6, lies in his Detent position on the profile bottom 18. This is the result Clamping part 6 in addition a support for the spring tongue 8.
- Das Clamping part 6 conducts z. B. resulting from the glazing pressure loads on the spring tongue 8 on the profile bottom 18 via and thus supports the spring tongue 8 on the underside.
- FIG. 4 shows the view of a non-inventive Supporting element 1 seen from below. Since the Fig.5 and 6 itself refer to Figure 4, the support elements shown there are also not according to the invention. In this support element are the retaining projections 3 and the clamping parts 6 respectively the same spring tongues 9 and arranged on the tongue 28.
- the Tongue 28 can - in the embodiment of Figure 2 - despite their length have a certain spring effect, which is the simple locking and all other advantages of the invention conditionally.
- the arrangement of both partners of the holder pairing to the same Spring tongues 8,9,28 here causes a reinforcement of the form-fitting Seat of the support element 1.
- the holder pairing is namely jammed against each other on the same spring tongues. Nevertheless, by the spring tongues a resilient insertion the support element 1 allows.
- the spring tongues can the give in at insertion forces. So, for example first, the retaining projection 3 in the undercut 15 are used. Then, the clamping part 6 under Deformation of the spring tongues 8.9 and the tongue 28 at the Longitudinal edge 7 are locked.
- FIG 5 is the section along the section line of Figure 4 in the direction of arrows V, VI shown.
- Clamping part 6 and retaining projection 3 are arranged on the spring tongue 9.
- the Clamping part 6 is stiffened with a stiffening element 14.
- the holding projections 3 have in this support element Total tapered upwards in a vertical direction Contour that engages with its tip in the undercut 15 and there is set form-fitting.
- the clamping part 6 is supported on the groove bottom 18.
- Fig.6 shows another non-inventive support.
- the clamping part 6 is shortened. It supports itself not on the profile bottom 18 from. It is spaced from this arranged. This has the advantage that the clamping part 6 with less effort on the longitudinal edge 7 is to lock.
- this embodiment especially advantageous.
- the required deformation of the Spring tongue 9 is then comparatively low.
- Support element 1 are easier to use. Nevertheless, it is at this embodiment, a storage-safe down the Supporting element 1 given. A shift to Room inside could only against the deformation resistance of Clamp 6 done. Also this would be extremely high Deformation forces required, so that the support element. 1 very tight.
