Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) zum Befestigen eines Mikrofons oder einer Mikrofonkapsel an einem Musikinstrument, mit zwei Klemmabschnitten (3,5), zwischen denen unter Federkraft ein Abschnitt des Musikinstrumentes einklemmbar ist, einem Verbindungsabschnitt (7), mit dem beide Klemmabschnitte (3, 5) mit jeweils einem Ende federnd verbunden sind, einem Halteorgan (25) zum Befestigen des Mikrofons oder der Mikrofonkapsel an der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) und mit jeweils einem Betätigungsabschnitt (9a, 9b, 11) auf den Klemmabschnitten (3, 5), wobei im unbenutzten Zustand der Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) der Betätigungsabschnitt (z. B. 11) auf dem einen (z. B. 5) der beiden Klemmabschnitte (3, 5) in Richtung (z. B. 15) der von diesem Klemmabschnitt (z. B. 5) beim Einklemmen eines Abschnittes des Musikinstrumentes gebildeten Federkraft den jeweils anderen Klemmabschnitt (z. B. 3) zumindest teilweise überragt, und mindestens einer der Klemmabschnitte (3) mindestens zweiteilig ausgeführt ist und sich die Teilabschnitte (3a, 3b) im wesentlichen seitlich voneinander beabstandet von dem Verbindungsabschnitt (7) erstrecken und der andere Klemmabschnitt (5) zumindest teilweise zwischen den Teilabschnitten (3a, 3b) angeordnet ist.
