Claims (24)
- Schußwaffenschaft mit einem Schafthauptteil (60) und mindestens einem über einen Träger (10; 110) daran festgelegten und um eine quer oder parallel zur Schußrichtung verlaufende Schwenkachse schwenkbarem zusätzlichen Schaftelement, wie etwa einer Schaftbacke oder einer Schaftkappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse außerhalb des Schafthauptteils (60) verläuft.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein zusätzliches Schaftelement bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil (60) in einer quer zur Schwenkachse verlaufenden Verschiebungsrichtung linear verschiebbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Schaftelement in mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise jeder Schwenk- und/oder Verschiebungsstellung bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil (60) lösbar feststellbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10; 110) mindestens ein, vorzugsweise säulen- bzw. leistenförmiges Verbindungselement (30, 40; 130, 140) aufweist, das einerseits über ein eine Schwenkbewegung um die Schwenkachse erlaubendes Gelenk an das zusätzliche Schaftelement gekoppelt und andererseits an dem Schafthauptteil (60) festlegbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (30, 40; 130, 140) über das Gelenk mit einer an dem zusätzlichen Schaftelement festlegbaren Trägerplatte (20; 120) verbunden ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zusätzliche Schaftelement bezüglich der Trägerplatte (20; 120) linear verschiebbar und/oder um eine quer zur Schwenkachse verlaufende Kippachse verkippbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (30, 40; 130, 140) in der Verschiebungsrichtung bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil (60) linear verschiebbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10; 110) mindestens zwei vorzugsweise etwa parallel zueinander verlaufende Verbindungselemente (30, 40; 130, 140) aufweist, von denen jedes einerseits über ein Gelenk an das zusätzliche Schaftelement gekoppelt und andererseits an dem Schafthauptteil (60) festlegbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (30, 40; 130, 140) unabhängig voneinander bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil (60) linear verschiebbar sind.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Gelenke zwei Gelenkteile (22, 32) aufweist, von denen eines mit einem sich parallel zur Schwenkachse erstreckenden Gelenkbolzen (32) und das andere mit einem von dem Gelenkbolzen durchsetzten, sich quer zur Verschiebungsrichtung erstreckenden Langloch (23; 123) versehen ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement (30, 40) mit einem dessen lineare Verschiebung in mindestens einer Richtung begrenzenden vorzugsweise bezüglich dem Verbindungselement einstellbaren Anschlagelement (34, 44) versehen ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement (30, 40; 130, 140) mit einer Profilierung versehen ist, die in formschlüssigem Eingriff mit einem zur Bewirkung der linearen Verschiebung betätigbaren Betätigungselement (34, 44; 134, 144) steht.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement zumindest teilweise in Form einer Gewindestange (30, 40) gebildet ist, und das Betätigungselement (34, 44) eine auf die Gewindestange (30, 40) aufgeschraubte Mutter ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement (130, 140) zumindest teilweise in Form einer Zahn- oder Gewindestange gebildet ist, und das Betätigungselement ein die Zahn- bzw. Gewindestange kämmendes und um eine quer zur Verschiebungsrichtung verlaufende, bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil (60) festliegende Drehachse drehbares Zahnrad (134, 144) aufweist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement (30, 40; 130, 140) mit einer Klemmeinrichtung (50; 150) lösbar bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil (60) feststellbar ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (50; 150) einen zur Führung der linearen Verschiebung des Verbindungselementes (30, 40; 130, 140) dienenden Führungskörper (54; 154) und einen das Verbindungselement (30, 40; 130, 140) dagegen drängenden Klemmkörper (56; 156) aufweist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung (50) eine den Führungskörper (54) und/oder den Klemmkörper (56) durchsetzende und in einer Gewindebohrung des Führungskörpers (54) und/oder des Klemmkörpers (56) aufgenommene Klemmschraube (58) aufweist, deren Kopf vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise freiliegt.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungskörper (54) und der Klemmkörper (56) einstückig gebildet sind.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement (30, 40) zumindest teilweise in einer in dem Schafthauptkörper (60) gebildeten Ausnehmung (62, 64) aufgenommen ist.
- Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Verbindungselement (130, 140) mit einer sich längs der Verschiebungsrichtung erstreckenden Skala (139, 149) versehen ist.
- Träger für einen Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit zwei einerseits an einem Schafthauptteil festlegbaren und andererseits gelenkig an ein zusätzliches Schaftelement kuppelbaren, vorzugsweise parallel zueinander verlaufenden Verbindungselementen (30, 40; 130, 140).
- Träger nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (30, 40; 130, 140) gelenkig mit einer an dem zusätzlichen Schaftelement festlegbaren Trägerplatte (20; 120) verbunden sind.
- Träger nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (30, 40; 130, 140) mit einer an dem Schafthauptteil festlegbaren Klemmeinrichtung (50; 150) lösbar bezüglich dem Schafthauptteil feststellbar sind.
- Schußwaffe mit einem Schußwaffenschaft nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20.
