Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung in mit flüssigen Brennstoffen betriebenen Heizungsanlagen (1) zur Erzeugung eines für die Verbrennung an bzw. in wenigstens einem porösen Festkörper (6) bestimmten Brennstoff-Luftgemisches, mit einem dem Abbrandbereich am Festkörper (6) vorgeordneten Mischraum (11) für die Verbrennungsluft und den über eine Einspritzdüse (18) zugeführten Brennstoff, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspritzdüse (18) als sowohl mit dem flüssigen Brennstoff, als auch mit unter Überdruck stehendem Gas, nämlich wenigstens einem Teil der Verbrennungsluft und bzw. oder zurückgeführten Verbrennungsabgasen beschickbare Zerstäuberdüse ausgebildet ist, die in dem gegen den Abbrandbereich offenen Mischraum (11) eine gegen diesen Abbrandbereich gerichtete Sprühwolke (22) erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischraum (11) mit Abstand von der Zerstäuberdüse (18) einen oder mehrere Einlässe (15) für die bzw. den Rest der Verbrennungsluft aufweist, die zur Erzeugung eines homogenen Brennstoff-Luftgemisches über diesen Einlaß (15) bzw. diese Einlässe mit unter einem Anstellwinkel zur Sprühwolke (22) gerichtetem Strömungsverlauf zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischraum (11) die Grundform eines z. B. glockenförmigen Rotationskörpers aufweist, die Zerstäuberdüse (18) im Scheitelbereich dieses Hohlraumes angebracht und koaxial zu diesem ausgerichtet ist, wobei der bzw. die radial gerichteten Einlässe (15) für die Verbrennungsluft in der Nähe des zum Abbrandbereich führenden Auslasses (12) des Mischraumes (11) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein als umlaufender Ringspalt (15) der Mischraumwand ausgebildeter zusätzlicher Lufteinlaß vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den bzw. die zusätzlichen Lufteinlässe (15) Abdeckungen (14) aus porösen Festkörpern vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Starten des Verbrennungsvorganges in der Mischkammer (11) wenigstens eine Zünd- oder Glühkerze (23, 24) bzw. Zündelektrode vorgesehen ist.
