Definitions
- the invention relates to a spiral staircase with a central standpipe and several step elements for attaching steps and with a railing.
- Spiral staircases are known whose standpipes consist of a plurality of short ones Pipe pieces exist on which the step elements are welded.
- step elements only immediately when the Attach spiral staircase; all that remains is welding, which is a lot is disadvantageous, because then the entire surface of the standpipe and step elements has to be reworked very costly. There are also sources of error in the Attaching the steps on the standpipe in the known manner can not be excluded.
- the invention is based on the object, a spiral staircase of the type mentioned To design that a simple assembly when installing the spiral staircase is possible is.
- step elements on Standpipe are attached by a screw connection, being in the standpipe Abutment is provided for the screw connection.
- This abutment gives the screw connection a secure hold without the Wall thickness of the standpipe would have to be increased.
- An advantageous further embodiment of the invention is that a with Threaded step holder to connect the respective Step element is provided with the standpipe.
- the step holder is a further embodiment of the Invention used inside the standpipe and protrudes and with its Set screws through openings in the standpipe.
- step holders are already inserted in the standpipe at the manufacturer's plant, simple bores are sufficient for the threaded pins to pass through. Conveniently, this step holder by a simple nut on one the set screws are secured in their position.
- the Invention has also proven to be very useful if, according to a further development, the Invention the side of the step holder facing the wall of the standpipe has the surface shape adapted to the standpipe.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the invention is that threaded pins for connecting the step element with the standpipe directly on the standpipe are set.
- the step element has a support plate with Elongated holes are provided in which the grub screws engage.
- the step elements can be adjusted in their respective height and to the existing conditions during installation.
- Another advantageous embodiment of the invention is that at least one the two elongated holes of the support plate are provided with a lateral grid.
- This grid makes it easy to assemble despite the adjustability Step elements and a good fixation achieved.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the standpipe is provided with a vertical slot through which one Anchoring is pluggable, which in the state rotated by 90 ° to the Put on the inside of the standpipe wall and use a grub screw and one a support plate of the step element attacking fastening nut with the Step element is connectable.
- step elements This also makes it easy to install the step elements at the installation site guaranteed, only the slots are to be provided on the standpipe at the factory.
- the step elements are also within the slots in the Adjustable height.
- a particularly simple assembly of the step elements is advantageous Development of the invention achieved in that a on the support plate Hanging nose and a support nose are arranged, both in the slot intervention.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the step elements from their free end to the standpipe arranged slightly inclined are.
- the step elements can also be in at their end facing away from the standpipe their altitude can be set.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the step elements are connected to a railing directly or via steps are, the connection can be made adjustable in height.
- FIG. 1 A section of a spiral staircase is shown in FIG. 1, with 1 being a Designated step holder, which can be used in a standpipe 8 and two Setscrews 1.1 carries, which are welded to the step holder 1.
- the standpipe 8 has two superposed holes 8.1 through which the grub screws 1.1 are inserted inside. The lower one is for securing during transport two setscrews 1.1 secured with a lock nut 2 on the standpipe. About the The height of the standpipe are separated from each other at the intended step distance the necessary number of such twists against each other in accordance with the spiral Step holder 1 is provided on the standpipe. At these grub screws 1.1 can in place Installation of the spiral staircase, a step element 6 can be attached.
- This Step element 6 is provided with a support plate 3, in which openings are provided, in which the grub screws 1.1 are able to engage. On the Inside of the support plate 3 is also with through holes provided cover plate 4 attached to the grub screws 1.1, whereupon two as Cap nuts 5 formed as nuts are screwed onto the setscrews. At the End of the step element 6 facing away from the standpipe 8 is a screw connection provided for the subsequent stage. This is on the underside of the step element attached a connecting nut 7, in which a support bolt 11 is screwed. On this support bolt 11, a union nut 10 is screwed to counter the Carrying pin 11 with the connecting nut 7 is used.
- step element which for this purpose is a Has bore in which the grub screw engages.
- step element which for this purpose is a Has bore in which the grub screw engages.
- the Set screw 12 At the bottom the Set screw 12 by means of a nut 16.
- a step is placed on the step element and in a manner not shown attached.
- the upper opening of the support plate 3 can be an elongated hole 3.1 and the lower opening as a mounting opening 3.2 with a larger dimension be trained.
- the lock nut 2 can then engage in the mounting opening 3.2.
- the elongated hole 3.1 with a side Grid be provided to make it easier to fix the support plate 3 in to allow different height settings.
- the screw connection is extended by a shaft nut 15 by which protrudes an elongated set screw 13 which is again by means of the nut 16 is set.
- This shaft nut 15 is with a lateral threaded bore provided, into which a further set screw 14 can be screwed, the Connects to a wall connection.
- FIG. 5 shows a fully assembled spiral staircase, which also has a railing 17 is provided.
- This railing is provided with vertical supports, which with several Treads are connected. These vertical supports are in at their lower end not shown provided with height-adjustable threaded spindles to the To be able to adapt the railings to the individual steps.
- the step element 28 has a support plate 22 provided on which a hanging lug 23 and a support lug 24 are arranged. Both lugs engage in a mounting slot 29.1, which is vertical in the standpipe 29 runs. Through this mounting slot 29.1 is an anchor 20 in the Standpipe 29 inserted and then rotated by 90 ° so that it is on the inside the standpipe wall.
- the anchorage can be made independently of the step element in the standpipe are used and is then expediently by means of a Lock nut 21 held.
- the support plate has a mounting opening 22.1 provided, in which the lock nut comes to rest.
- This mounting opening 22.1 is then closed during assembly by means of a cover plate 25, which with the help a screw 26 is attached to the support plate 22.
- the lock nut 21 is seated on a threaded pin 20.1, which is attached to the anchor 20 and another Mounting nut 27 carries, which the setting of the step element 28 on Standpipe 29 causes.
- the individual parts of this embodiment are shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 clarified again from different angles.
