Claims (21)
- Schlauchaufrollsystem für einen Schlauch, insbesondere einer Handbrause, durch den gasförmige oder flüssige Medien hindurchleitbar sind, mit:einer Schlauchaufwickelvorrichtung (1), die eine Schlauchtrommel (3) aufweist, die auf einer Achse (11) gelagert ist,einer Mediumzuführeinrichtung (13), die zumindest teilweise in der Achse (11) angeordnet ist und eine Eintrittsöffnung (15) und eine Austrittsöffnung (17) aufweist,einer Verbindungseinrichtung (19), die zur Verbindung der Mediumzuführeinrichtung (13) mit dem Schlauch dient,einer Arretiervorrichtung (21, 23) die zur Arretierung der Schlauchtrommel (3) in bestimmten Umfangsbereichen von dieser dient,und einer Federeinrichtung (90), die die Schlauchtrommel (3) in Aufwickelrichtung des Schlauches beaufschlagt und die Schlauchtrommel (3) nach Lösen der Arretiervorrichtung in Aufwickelrichtung antreibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Dichteinrichtung (59) vorgesehen ist, die den Mediumfluß nur über einen bestimmten Umfangsbereich der Achse (11) zuläßt und mit der Arretiervorrichtung (21, 23) derart zusammenwirkt, daß der Mediumfluß nur im Bereich der Arretierung durch die Arretiervorrichtung (21, 23) erfolgt. - Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (11) einen Einschnitt (57) aufweist, der in Verbindung steht mit einem Axialkanal (55) in der Achse (11).
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (11) Umfangsnuten (61, 63) beiderseits des Einschnitts (57) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme der Dichteinrichtung (59) dienen.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichteinrichtung (59) aus zwei im wesentlichen gleich großen Ringen (79, 80) gebildet ist, und zwei Verbindungsabschnitte (81) zur Verbindung der beiden Ringe (79, 80) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsabschnitte (81) symmetrisch zur Mittelachse der beiden Ringe (79, 80) angeordnet sind.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufnahme der Verbindungsabschnitte (81) zwei sich in axialer Richtung der Achse (11) erstreckende Nuten (75, 76) in der Nähe des Einschnitts (57) vorgesehen sind.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Ringe (79, 80) der Dichteinrichtung (59) im wesentlichen kreisförmig ist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (11) im Bereich ihres einen Endes am Außenumfang eine Abflachung (77) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abflachung (77) der Lage des Einschnitts (57) bzw. der Axialaustrittsöffnung der Mediumszuführeinrichtung (13) entspricht.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiervorrichtung einen Zahnkranzabschnitt (21) und einen Rastnocken (23) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zahnkranzabschnitt (21) im wesentlichen halbkreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zahnkranzabschnitt (21) einstückig an der Schlauchtrommel (3) angeformt ist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (19) eine auf der Achse (11) drehbare Hülse (37) ist, die ein Schlauchanschlußelement (39) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (19) ein hülsenartiger Körper ist, der einstückig an der Schlauchtrommel (3) angeformt ist und um eine Drehbuchse angeordnet ist, mit der er sich um die Achse (11) dreht.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (19) ein Verbindungselement (45) zur Verbindung mit der Schlauchtrommel (3) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (45) im wesentlichen als kreisförmige oder abgeflachte Platte ausgebildet ist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlauchtrommel (3) weiterhin die äußere Anlenkung der Federeinrichtung (90) vorzugsweise im Wickelkörper (5) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federeinrichtung (90) innerhalb des Wickelkörpers (5) angeordnet ist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spiralförmig ausgebildete Federeinrichtung (90) in ihrem inneren Anlenkbereich an der Achse (11) der Schlauchaufwickelvorrichtung (3) angelenkt ist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Anlenkeinrichtung (91) der Achse (11) nockenförmig ausgebildet ist und mehrere Nocken (93) aufweist.
- Schlauchaufrollsystem nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocken (93) in Gegendruckrichtung der Feder (19) leicht abgeschrägt sind, so daß ein Gleiten des inneren Endes (95) der Federeinrichtung (89) über einen Nocken (93) wenigstens zum nächsten ermöglicht wird.
