Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Scharnier für einen Blechschrank, insbesondere Schaltschrank, bestehend aus einem ersten, am Gehäuse des Blechschrankes befestigten Lagerbock und einem zweiten, den ersten Lagerbock umgreifenden, U-förmigen und an der Tür des Blechschrankes festgelegten Lagerbock, wobei das Türblatt eine zum Gehäuse des Blechschrankes gerichtete Abkantung aufweist und der am Türblatt befestigte zweite Lagerbock in eine im Bereich der Abkantung des Türblattes eingebrachte Ausklinkung eingeschoben ist, und wobei für eine Reihenschrankanwendung des Scharniers die Drehachse des Scharniers außerhalb des von der Abkantung des Türblatts gebildeten Eckbereichs liegt.
Ein Scharnier mit den vorgenannten Merkmalen ist in der EP 0 223 871 B2 beschrieben; bei dem daraus bekannten Scharnier ist der zweite Lagerbock am Türblatt mittels einer Klemmstifteinrichtung befestigt, wobei sich diese Klemmstifteinrichtung über den Ausklinkungsbereich hinaus in die von der Abkantung und dem Türblatt gebildeten Eckbereiche hineinerstreckt und dadurch den in die Türausklinkung eingeschobenen zweiten Lagerbock in der Ausklinkung festhält. Die Klemmstifteinrichtung ist von einem beide Lagerböcke durchdringenden Stift gebildet.
Mit dem bekannten Scharnier ist hinsichtlich der Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbockes an der Tür der Nachteil verbunden, daß die Anordnung eines beide Lagerböcke durchdringenden Klemmstiftes eine besondere und umständliche Ausbildung des ersten, an dem Schrankgehäuse zu befestigenden Lagerbocks erforderlich macht, da dessen in Richtung auf das Türblatt vorstehender Schenkel eine seitlich geöffnete Bohrung oder Einziehung zur Aufnahme des Klemmstiftes bei geschlossener Tür aufweisen muß. Hinzu kommt, daß die Stabilität der Tür beziehungsweise des von dem Türblatt und dessen Abkantung gebildeten Eckbereichs durch die hier vorgesehene Ausklinkung beeinträchtigt ist, so daß es bei entsprechender Krafteinwirkung auf das Scharnier zu Verformungen der Tür im Bereich des Eckbereichs kommen kann. Hinzu kommt, daß der Gebrauch eines Klemmstiftes bei unterschiedlichen Türblattdicken in Frage gestellt ist und im übrigen der Klemmstift auch nicht sicher zu handhaben ist, da er entweder zu fest oder zu locker eingeschlagen sein kann. Weiterhin muß für jede Türblattdicke ein mit einem anderen und angepaßten Buckelmaß versehener Klemmstift beigestellt werden.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbockes an der Tür bei einem gattungsgemäßen Scharnier vorzuschlagen, bei welcher die vorgenannten Nachteile vermieden sind.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich einschließlich vorteilhafter Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung aus dem Inhalt der Schutzansprüche, welche dieser Beschreibung nachgestellt sind.
Die Erfindung sieht in ihrem Grundgedanken vor, daß zur Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbocks am Türblatt der zweite Lagerbock eine mit ihrer Längsachse jeweils im Winkel zu dem Türblatt und zu dessen Abkantung verlaufende Bohrung zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsmittels aufweist und ein U-förmiges, den zweiten Lagerbock mit seinen U-Schenkeln umgreifendes Halteblech vorgesehen ist, dessen U-Schenkel sich an dem Türblatt und an dessen Abkantung abstützen und das eine Bohrung zum Durchgriff des Befestigungsmittels aufweist. Mit der Erfindung ist der Vorteil verbunden, daß über das gesonderte Halteblech zur Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbockes an der Tür die Abstützung aus dem geschwächten Eckbereich hinaus verlegt und eine Abstützung des Halteblechs gegen die Abkantung und das Türblatt gegegeben ist. Damit ist der durch die Ausklinkung geschwächte Eckbereich der Tür entlastet. Die Anordnung eines zusätzlichen Haltebleches macht die Verwendung des Scharniers von der Türstärke unabhängig, da über die das Halteblech und den zweiten Lagerbock verbindende Befestigungsschraube der Andruck des Lagerbleches gegen Türblatt beziehungsweise Abkantung reguliert werden kann. Schließlich ist bei einer sicheren Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbockes an der Tür die Handhabung der Befestigungsmittel einfach.
Nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß die U-Schenkel des Halteblechs den zweiten Lagerbock in der Hochachse des Blechschranks oberhalb und unterhalb umgreifen und sich in den vom Türblatt und dessen Abkantung gebildeten Eckbereich hineinerstrecken. Hierbei kann vorgesehen sein, daß die U-Schenkel des Halteblechs jeweils zum Türblatt und zu dessen Abkantung ausgerichtete und bei eingebrachtem Befestigungsmittel am Türblatt und an dessen Abkantung anliegende Kanten aufweisen. Mit einer derartigen Ausführungsform ist in der Vorteil verbunden, daß gerade die Eckbereiche oberhalb und unterhalb der den zweiten Lagerbock aufnehmenden Ausklinkung durch die Anlage des Haltebleches weiter stabilisiert sind.
Alternativ kann vorgesehen sein, daß die U-Schenkel des Halteblechs den zweiten Lagerbock in parallelem Verlauf zur Hochachse des Blechschrankes seitlich umgreifen und sich mit ihren Stirnbereichen an dem Türblatt und dessen Abkantung abstützen.
Um ein Verrutschen des Haltebleches bei montiertem Scharnier zu verhindern, kann nach einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, daß die Kanten der U-Schenkel des Halteblechs mit zur jeweiligen Anlagefläche abstehenden spitzen Vorsprüngen versehen sind, so daß sich die Vorsprünge beim Anziehen des Befestigungsmittels in
die Anlagefläche am Türblatt beziehungsweise an dessen Abkantung eingraben. Mit dieser Maßnahme ist beispielsweise eine Schaltschranktür ohne Schaltgeräte im Türblech im Sinne der zutreffenden Normung auch genügend geerdet.
Gemäß unterschiedlichen Ausführungsbeispielen der Erfindung kann die Achse der in dem zweiten Lagerbock befindlichen Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Befestigungsmittels entweder in der Winkelhalbierenden des vom Türblatt und dessen Abkantung eingeschlossenen Winkels ausgerichtet sein oder aber selbst im Winkel zu dieser gedachten Linie verlaufen, so daß die Winkelhalbierende in der einen oder anderen Richtung geschnitten wird.
Es ist zweckmäßig, wenn die Bohrung eine Gewindebohrung und das Befestigungsmittel eine Schraube ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wiedergegeben, welches nachstehend beschrieben ist. Es zeigen:

Wie Figur 1 zu entnehmen ist, dient das Scharnier zur Halterung eines Türblatts 11 an einem Schrankgehäuse 10; das Türblatt weist eine zum Schrankgehäuse gerichtete Abkantung 13 auf, so daß ein Eckbereich 12 gebildet ist.
Wie sich aus Figur 2 ergibt, besteht das Scharnier aus einem ersten Lagerbock 14, der über eine an ihm vorgesehene Bohrung 15 an dem Schrankgehäuse 10 befestigbar ist und einen vom Schrankgehäuse 10 in Richtung auf das Türblatt 11 wegragenden Schenkel 16 aufweist, an dessen sich bis vor den Eckbereich 12 erstreckenden Ende die Drehachse 17 des Scharniers ausgebildet ist.
In Figur 3 ist in einer Einzeldarstellung der zweite Lagerbock 18 dargestellt, der in eine in Türblatt 11 und Abkantung 13 im Eckbereich 12 ausgebildete, nicht näher dargestellte Abkantung eingeschoben und an dem Türblatt 11 befestigbar ist, so daß Kanten 19 des zweiten Lagerbocks 18 die Randung der Ausklinkung umschließen. Zur Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbocks 18 ist eine Bohrung 20 zur Aufnahme eines aus Figur 1 ersichtlichen Befestigungsmittels 24 vorgesehen, wobei bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel die Bohrung 20 eine Gewindebohrung und das Befestigungsmittel eine Schraube ist. Die Befestigungsbohrung verläuft mit ihrer Achse in etwa schräg zum Eckbereich 12, so daß die Achse der Bohrung 20 eine gedachte Winkelhalbierende des von Türblatt 11 und Abkantung 13 eingeschlossenen Winkels schneidet.
Zur Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbocks 18 ist ein gesondertes Halteblech 21 vorgesehen, welches sich im einzelnen aus den Figuren 4 und 5 ergibt. Das Halteblech 21 ist U-förmig ausgebildet, derart, daß seine U-Schenkel 22 bezogen auf die Hochachse des Schrankes den zweiten Lagerbock 18 oberhalb und unterhalb umschließen und dabei bis in den Eckbereich 12 derart hineinragen, daß die seitlich des Eckbereichs liegenden Kanten 25 der U-Schenkel 22 jeweils von innen an dem Türblatt 11 einerseits und an der Abkantung 13 andererseits anliegen. An diesen Anlagekanten 25 sind spitze Vorsprünge 26 vorgesehen, die sich bei der Befestigung des Scharniers in die Anlageflächen eingraben, und so auch zur Erdung herangezogen werden können. In dem die U-Schenkel 22 verbindenden Teil weist das Halteblech 21 eine Bohrung 23 durch Durchgriff des Befestigungsmittels 24 auf.
Der zweite Lagerbock 18 wird somit an der Tür derart befestigt, daß der zweite Lagerbock in die nicht weiter dargestellte Ausklinkung eingeschoben, alsdann von innen das Halteblech 21 auf den Lagerbock aufgesetzt und die Befestigungsschraube 24 durch die Bohrung 23 des Halteblechs 21 in die Bohrung 20 des zweiten Lagerbocks eingeschraubt wird. Mit dem Anziehen der Befestigungsschraube verspannt sich das Halteblech 21 gegen das Türblatt und die Abkantung und legt somit den zweiten Lagerbock 18 in dem Eckbereich 12 fest, wobei sich die Kanten 19 des zweiten Lagerbocks an den Rändern der Ausklinkung als Gegenlager abstützen. Auf diese Weise ist gleichzeitig eine Stabilisierung des Eckbereichs zwischen Türblatt 11 und Abkantung 13 im Bereich der Ausklinkung gegeben.

Claims (8)

  1. Scharnier für einen Blechschrank, insbesondere Schaltschrank, bestehend aus einem ersten, am Gehäuse (10) des Blechschrankes befestigten Lagerbock (14) und einem zweiten, den ersten Lagerbock umgreifenden, U-förmigen und an der Tür des Blechschrankes festgelegten Lagerbock (18), wobei das Türblatt (11) eine zum Gehäuse des Blechschrankes gerichtete Abkantung (13) aufweist und der am Türblatt (11) befestigte zweite Lagerbock (18) in eine im Bereich der Abkantung (13) des Türblattes eingebrachte Ausklinkung eingeschoben ist, und wobei für eine Reihenschrankanwendung des Scharniers die Drehachse (17) des Scharniers außerhalb des von der Abkantung (13) des Türblatts gebildeten Eckbereichs liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Befestigung des zweiten Lagerbocks (18) am Türblatt (11) der zweite Lagerbock (18) eine mit ihrer Längsachse jeweils im Winkel zu dem Türblatt (11) und zu dessen Abkantung (13) verlaufende Bohrung (20) zur Aufnahme eines Befestigungsmittels (24) aufweist und ein U-förmiges, den zweiten Lagerbock (18) mit seinen U-Schenkeln (22) umgreifendes Halteblech (21) vorgesehen ist, dessen U-Schenkel (22) sich an dem Türblatt (11) und an dessen Abkantung (13) abstützen und das eine Bohrung (23) zum Durchgriff des Befestigungsmittels (24) aufweist.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-Schenkel (22) des Halteblechs (21) den zweiten Lagerbock (18) in der Hochachse des Blechschranks oberhalb und unterhalb umgreifen und sich in den vom Türblatt (11) und dessen Abkantung (13) gebildeten Eckbereich (12) hineinerstrecken.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-Schenkel (22) des Halteblechs (21) jeweils zum Türblatt (11) und zu dessen Abkantung (13) ausgerichtete und bei eingebrachtem Befestigungsmittel (24) am Türblatt (11) und an dessen Abkantung (13) anliegende Kanten (25) aufweisen.
  4. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die U-Schenkel (22) des Halteblechs (21) den zweiten Lagerbock (18) in parallelem Verlauf zur Hochachse des Blechschrankes seitlich umgreifen und sich mit ihren Stirnbereichen an dem Türblatt (11) und dessen Abkantung (13) abstützen.
  5. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanten (25) der U-Schenkel (22) des Halteblechs (21) mit zur jeweiligen Anlagefläche abstehenden spitzen Vorsprüngen (26) versehen sind.
  6. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Bohrung (20) in dem zweiten Lagerbock (18) in der Winkelhalbierenden des von Türblatt (11) und dessen Abkantung (13) eingeschlossenen Winkels ausgerichtet ist.
  7. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Bohrung (20) in dem zweiten Lagerbock (18) die Winkelhalbierende des von Türblatt (11) und dessen Abkantung (13) eingeschlossenen Winkels schneidet.
  8. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrung (20) eine Gewindebohrung und das Befestigungsmittel (24) eine Schraube ist.
