Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken eines Gutes (2), welches Kanten aufweist, bei dema) das zu verpackende Gut (2) von wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise zwei, Folie(n) (3, 4) umschlossen wird, die von wenigstens einer, vorzugsweise zwei, Folienrollen zuführbar sind,b) die Folien(n) (3, 4) um das Gut (2) herumgeschlagen und verschweißt und von der wenigstens einen Folienrolle abgetrennt wird/werden, so dass ein Folienumschlag (5) um das zu verpackende Gut (2) gebildet wird, der wenigstens eine Schweißnaht (6, 7) aufweist und an wenigstens einer Seite des zu verpackenden Gutes (2) offen übersteht,c) der Folienumschlag (5) durch Wärmezufuhr geschrumpft wird,d) sich bei dem Verpackungsprozeß ausbildende Kanten und Ecken zur Schrumpfung von außen mit einem Warmluftstrom beaufschlagt werden,
die Folienkanten und -ecken des/der überstehenden Folienendes(n) des Folienumschlages (5) vom zu verpackenden Gut angehoben, bzw. aufgerichtet werden, während sie von außen mit Warmluft beaufschlagt und geschrumpft werden. - Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus der Richtung wenigstens einer der vor dem Schrumpfungsprozeß offenstehenden Seitenflächen des Folienumschlages ein Luftstrom in das Innere des Folienumschlages (5) geleitet wird.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftstrom derart in das freie Ende des Folienumschlags (5) geführt wird, daß die beim Bilden des Folienumschlags entstehenden überstehenden Folienkanten und -ecken durch den Luftstrom vom zu verpackenden Gut (2) angehoben/aufgerichtet werden, während sie von außen mit Warmluft beaufschlagt und geschrumpft werden.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftstrom zum Anheben der überstehenden Folienkanten und -ecken jeweils durch ein Rohr (8) zugeleitet wird, welches senkrecht und zentriert zu einer der offenen Seiten des Folienumschlages (5) ausgerichtet ist.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gut (2) während des Schrumpfungsprozesses an seinen Kanten und Ecken jeweils von einem Heizkörper (7,7') mit Warmluft beströmt wird.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zu verpackende Gut (2) im wesentlichen quaderförmig ist und eine Grundfläche und eine Deckfläche aufweist.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Folienumschlag (5) an der Ober- und an der Unterseite des zu verpackenden Gutes offen steht, wobei die Zuleitung der Luftströme ebenfalls jeweils an der Ober- und der Unterseite des Folienumschlages (5) erfolgt.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des Folienumschlags (5) im wesentlichen entsprechend dem Querschnitt des Verpackungsgutes (2) gewählt wird, so daß der in das freie Ende des Folienumschlags eingeblasene Luftstrom nach oben abgelenkt wird.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die überstehenden Folienkanten und -ecken mittels einer Saugeinrichtung und/oder mechanischen Greifeinrichtung während des Schrumpfens der Ecken aufgerichtet werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, mita) wenigstens einer Folienrolle zur Zufuhr wenigstens einer Folie (3, 4) zum Umschließen des Gutes;b) einer Einrichtung zum Abtrennen der Folie (3, 4) von der wenigstens einen Folienrolle und einer Einrichtung zum Verschweissen der Folie (3, 4) derart, dass ein Folienumschlag (5) um das zu verpackende Gut (2) gebildet wird, der wenigstens eine Schweißnaht (6, 7) aufweist und an wenigstens einer Seite des zu verpackenden Gutes offen übersteht,c) wenigstens einer Heizeinrichtung zum Schrumpfen des Folienumschlags durch Wärmezufuhr, die derart ausgelegt ist und ggf. mit weiteren Wärmezufuhr- oder Heizeinrichtungen (7, 7') versehen ist, dass die Kanten und Ecken von außen mit einem Warmluftstrom beaufschlagt werden,
eine Einrichtung zum Anheben bzw. Aufrichten der Folienkanten und -ecken des/der überstehenden Folienendes(n) des Folienumschlages (5) vom zu verpackenden Gut, während sie von außen mit Warmluft beaufschlagt und geschrumpft werden. - Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung vorgesehen ist, mit der aus der Richtung der wenigstens einen vor dem Schrumpfungsprozeß offenstehenden freien Enden des Folienumschlages (5) während des oder vor dem Schrumpfungsprozess(es) ein Luftstrom in das Innere des freien Endes des Folienumschlages (5) leitbar ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Rohr (8) vorgesehen ist, durch das der Luftstrom zum Anheben der Folienkanten zugeleitet wird, welches senkrecht und zentriert zu wenigstens einer der offenen Seiten des Folienumschlages ausgerichtet ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Heizeinrichtung mehrere Heizkörper (7) aufweist, die derart ausgelegt und angeordnet sind, daß das quaderförmige Gut während des Schrumpfungsprozesses an seinen Ecken mit Warmluft beströmbar ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Folienumschlag (5) an der Ober- und an der Unterseite des zu verpackenden Gutes (2) offen steht, wobei die Zuleitung der Luftströme ebenfalls an der Ober- und Unterseite des Folienumschlages (5) erfolgt.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Auf- und Ausrichtung der freien Folienumschlagenden ein Sauggebläse vorgesehen ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufrichtung der freien Folienumschlagenden eine oder mehrere mechanische Greifeinrichtungen vorgesehen sind, die die Kanten und/oder Ecken der Folienüberstände ergreifen.
