Description
Claims (7)
- Anlage zur Bereitstellung von Druckpaste und dergleichen, insbesondere zum Bedrucken von textilen Warenbahnen wie Teppichbahnen,dadurch gekennzeichnet,mit mindestens einer Vorratseinrichtung (20) für einen Farbansatz (13,14),mit einer separaten Vorratseinrichtung (10) für einen Verdickungsansatz (2),mit einem Mischer (30) zur Vermischung des Farbansatzes (13,14) mit Verdickung,und mit Mitteln zur kontinuierlichen Förderung in ihrem Verhältnis dosierter Mengen des Farbansatzes (13,14) und des Verdickungsansatzes (2) in den Mischer (30).
daß den Vorratseinrichtungen (10,20) für den Verdikkungsansatz (2) und den Farbansatz (13,14) je ein Zirkulationskreislauf (22) mit einem Umschaltventil (25) zugeordnet ist, mittels dessen aus der Vorratseinrichtung (10,20) entnommener Verdickungsansatz (2) bzw. Farbansatz (13,14) wahlweise in die jeweilige Vorratseinrichtung (10,20) zurückgeleitet bzw. dem Mischer (30) zugeleitet werden kann. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweilige Vorratseinrichtung (10;20) einen Vorratsbehälter (1;11,12) und einen nachgeschalteten Zwischenbehälter (7;17) geringeren Inhalts umfaßt, dessen Füllung aus dem zugehörigen Vorratsbehälter (1);11,12) mittels Füllstandssensoren (8;18) in dem betreffenden Zwischenbehälter (7;17) steuerbar ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Inhalt der Zwischenbehälter (7,17) weniger als 200 Liter beträgt.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zirkulationskreislauf (22) an dem jeweiligen Zwischenbehälter (7,17) ausgebildet ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur kontinuierlichen Förderung in ihrem Verhältnis dosierter Mengen an Verdickungsansatz (2) und Farbansatz (13,14) jeweils eine mit der betreffenden Vorratseinrichtung in Verbindung stehende Pumpe (23), einer an deren Ausgang angeschlossene Meßeinrichtung (24) für das Durchflußvolumen und eine Regeleinrichtung (40) umfaßt, mittels derer bei allen geförderten Gesamtmengen ein vorgegebenes Fördermengenverhältnis der Pumpen (23) aufrechterhaltbar ist.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckvorrichtung einen Verbrauchsbehälter (31) mit mindestens zwei übereinander angeordneten Füllstandssensoren (38',38") umfaßt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinrichtung (34) vorgesehen ist, mittels derer beim Ansprechen des unteren Füllstandssensors (38') ein Umschalten der Umschaltventile (25) an den Vorratseinrichtungen (10,20) für den Verdickungsansatz (2) und den Farbansatz (13,14) von Zirkulation auf Förderung in die zu dem Mischer (30) führenden Leitungen (27) und beim Ansprechen des oberen Füllstandssensors (38") ein Umschalten von dieser Förderung auf die Zirkulationsleitungen (26) stattfinden.
