Claims (8)
- Seitenteil für einen Wärmeübertrager mit einem Rippenrohrblock, der an seinen beiden parallel zu den Rohren verlaufenden Seiten mit Seitenteilen (1, 1') aus elastisch verformbarem Material versehen ist, welche die äußeren Enden (3a) der Rippen (3) U-förmig übergreifen und durch als Rastelemente ausgebildete Widerhaken (15) in fluchtend zueinander angeordneten Ausnehmungen (4) der Rippen (3) gehalten sind, wobei der die Widerhaken (15) verbindende Steg (7) der Seitenteile konvex zu den Rippen (3) gewölbt ist und im eingebauten Zustand unter Vorspannung an den Rippen (3) anliegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Steg (7) an beiden Enden mit abstehenden Seitenwänden (8) versehen und durch einen zweiten, die Seitenwände verbindenden Steg (9) zu einem Hohlprofil ergänzt ist, und daß zwischen den beiden Stegen (7, 9) mindestens ein Verbindungselement (11, 14) vorgesehen ist, das den Abstand der beiden Stege (7, 9) im eingebauten Zustand fixiert. - Seitenteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement als ein Rastelement mit zwei elastisch ineinandergreifenden Vorsprüngen (11, 14) ausgebildet ist.
- Seitenteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge als Leisten (11, 13) ausgebildet sind, von denen eine mit elastisch auseinanderdrückbaren Rasthaken (14) zum Hintergreifen von Absätzen an der anderen Leiste (11) versehen sind.
- Seitenteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Steg (9) im Bereich der Seitenwände (8) eine geringere Dicke (a) als in übrigen Bereichen aufweist.
- Seitenteil nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Steg (9) im Bereich seiner Rastleiste (11) eine geringere Dicke (b) aufweist.
- Seitenteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlprofil im eingebauten Zustand etwa rechteckig im Querschnitt, im nicht angebauten Zustand dagegen zwei voneinander weggewölbte lange Seiten aufweist, die von den Stegen (7, 9) gebildet sind.
- Seitenteil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlprofil aus Kunststoff extrudiert ist.
- Seitenteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (8) und die daran angrenzenden, die Rippen übergreifenden Schenkel (6) mit den Widerhaken (15) möglichst steif ausgebildet sind.
