Claims (7)
- Kalander für eine Bahn, insbesondere Papierbahn, mit einem Walzenstapel, der Walzen (7-14; 107-111, 114) aufweist, deren Achsen in einer horizontalen Ebene liegen, wobei die Mittelwalzen (8-13; 108-111) an Hebeln (21; 121) gelagert sind, an denen Vorrichtungen (23; 123) zur Krafteinleitung angreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endwalzen (7, 14; 107, 114) Biegeeinstellwalzen sind und die Vorrichtungen (23; 123) zur Krafteinleitung zweiseitig wirksam sind und in der einen Wirkungsrichtung der Streckenlast-Erzeugung oder -Erhöhung und in der anderen Wirkungsrichtung der Streckenlast-Reduzierung dienen.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung einer in allen Walzenspalten gleichen Grund-Streckenlast die eine Endwalze (14; 114) durch Kraftgeber (20; 120) in Richtung auf die andere Endwalze (7; 107) belastbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Walzen (7 bis 14; 107 bis 111, 114) jeweils eigene Antriebe vorgesehen sind, die seitliche Ausbiegungen der Walze verhindern.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Walzen (7 bis 14; 107 bis 111, 114) tragende Gestell (1; 101) aus einer Betriebsstellung, in der die Walzenachsen in der horizontalen Ebene liegen, in eine Ruhestellung verlagerbar ist, in der die Walzenachsen in einer vertikalen Eben übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine horizontale Schwenkachse (25; 125), um die das Gestell (1; 101) um 90° schwenkbar ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 5 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Wickelstation (3, 5) über einen gemeinsamen Support (2) mit dem Gestell (1) verbunden ist.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 5 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine ortsfeste Wikkelstation (103, 105) einen Wickel (104, 106) mit horizontaler Achse aufweist und zwischen ihr und dem Walzenstapel mindestens eine Leitwalze (127) mit horizontaler Achse angeordnet ist, die erst beim Verlagern des Gestells (101) aus der Ruhestellung in die Betriebsstellung von der Bahn (118) kontaktiert wird.
