Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Ausziehen eines langgestreckten Elements (1) aus einem in Windungen (5) liegenden Vorrat (3), wobei das Ausziehen in Richtung der Windungsachse erfolgt und dem Vorrat (3) nachgeordnete Führungen vorhanden sind, die das Element (1) senkrecht zu seiner Längsachse (11) fixieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (1) derart um seine Längsachse (11) gedreht wird, daß es torsionsfrei ist, und die Drehung in der ersten Führung erfolgt, die dem Vorrat (3) nachgeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehung des Elements (1) um die Windungsachse des Vorrats (3) erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Legen bzw. Wickeln eines langgestreckten Elements (1) zu einem in Windungen (5) angeordneten Vorrat (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (1) derart um seine Längsachse (11) gedreht wird, daß es nach einem Ausziehen in Richtung der Windungsachse torsionsfrei ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Ausziehen eines langgestreckten Elements (1) aus einem in Windungen (5) liegenden Vorrat (3), wobei das Ausziehen in Richtung der Windungsachse mit einer Vorschubeinheit (2) erfolgt und eine Führung des Elements (1) vorhanden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (1) in der Weise in einer Rotationseinheit (6) um seine Längsachse (11) gedreht wird, daß es nach ihrem Durchlaufen torsionsfrei ist, und die Rotationseinheit (6) die erste Führung des Elements (1) bildet, die dem Vorrat (3) nachgeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotationseinheit (6) mehrere Rollen (8) umfaßt, die in Richtung der Längsachse (11) des Elements (1) gegeneinander versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element (1) in der Rotationseinheit (6) über eine Gruppe von Rollen (8) verläuft, deren Achsen (9) in einem gemeinsamen Träger (10) befestigt sind, der um die Längsachse (11) des Elements (1) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehgeschwindigkeit einer Rolle (8) um ihre Achse (9) und die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Trägers (10) um die Längsachse (11) des Elements (1) gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koppelung mit einer mechanischen Übersetzung (12) erfolgt.
