Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klapptisch nach Art eines Boulevardtischs mit einer Tischplatte und einem Gestell mit wenigstens drei als Bügel ausgebildeten Beinen, deren Bügelstege in der Gebrauchslage im Zentrum der Platte nahe beieinander angeordnet und mittels sie horizontal durchgreifender Schrauben an wenigstens einem gemeinsamen Tischmittel aus Kunststoff festgelegt sind und deren sich sternförmig nach außen erstreckende untere Schenkel die Standfüße bilden, während die oberen Schenkel an der Tischplatte festgelegt sind, wobei wenigstens zwei Beine mit ihren Bügelstegen am Tischmittel an je einem Schwenklager mit vertikaler Achse gelagert sind und nach Lösen ihrer Bügelschenkel an der Tischplatte in annähernd parallele Ebenen mit den weiteren Beinen klappbar sind und die Tischplatte um eine horizontale Achse der oberen Bügelstege der weiteren Beine in eine senkrechte Nichtgebrauchslage klappbar ist.
Klapptische der vorgenannten Art werden vor allem im Freien als Gartentische, Straßentische etc. und insbesondere im gastronomischen Gewerbe verwendet. Sie sind als Drei- oder Vierbeiner in Verwendung, wobei jedes Bein als Bügel ausgebildet ist, der eine mehr oder weniger gekrümmte U-Form aufweist. In der Gebrauchslage weisen die U-Schenkel sternförmig nach außen, während die Bügelstege im Zentrum der Platte nahe beinander angeordnet und über ein gemeinsames Tischmittel nach Art eines Knotenblechs miteinander verbunden sind. Es können auch zwei solcher Tischmittel mit Abstand übereinander angeordnet sein. Die unteren Schenkel der U-Bügel bilden die Standbeine, während die oberen Schenkel die an ihnen festgelegte Tischplatte abstützen, die ihrerseits kreisförmig, oval oder rechteckig ausgebildet sein kann.
Um Tische dieser Bauart platzsparend unterbringen, lagern, transportieren und verpacken, gegebenenfalls auch horizontal stapeln oder vertikal schichten zu können, sind wenigstens zwei Beine mit ihrem Bügelsteg am Tischmittel an einer senkrechten Achse schwenkbar gelagert und mit ihrem Bügelsteg an der Tischplatte lösbar befestigt. Nach Lösen der Bügelstege lassen sich diese beiden Beine des Lagers am Tischmittel verschwenken und im wesentlichen in eine Ebene bzw. in parallele Ebenen klappen. Bei einem Dreibeiner werden die Beine aneinander geklappt und liegen dann in parallelen Ebenen zu dem starren Bein, während bei einem Vierbeiner zwei in der Gebrauchslage in einer Ebene liegenden Beine nach gegenüberliegenden Richtungen an die beiden starren Beine angeklappt werden. Zuvor oder danach läßt sich die Tischplatte um ein horizontales Scbwenklager an dem bzw. den starren Bein(en) klappen, so daß auch sie in eine zu den angeklappten Beinen paralle Lage gelangt. Das Schwenklager wird in einfachster Weise von einer U-förmigen Lagerschale an der Unterseite der Tischplatte gebildet, in der der Bügelschenkel einliegt. Beim Aufstellen des Tischs in die Gebrauchslage werden die schwenkbar gelagerten Beine aufgeklappt, die Tischplatte umgelegt und an diesen aufgeklappten Beinen festgelegt.
Das funktionell wichtigste und konstruktiv aufwendigste Bauteil ist das Tischmittel, das aus einem Blechstanzteil oder einem Kunststoff-Spritzteil gebildet ist. An diesem sind die Beine mittels sie durchgreifender Stahlschrauben oder Stahl-Gewindebolzen mit Muttern befestigt. Soweit das Tischmittel aus Kunststoff besteht, sind in das Spritzgußteil Stahlteile eingelegt, die mit einem passenden Innengewinde versehen sind. Für die klappbaren Beine sind die Stahlteile im Spritzgußteil oder die Schrauben bzw. Gewindebolzen an dem Stahlteil drehbar gelagert und sind am Umfang des Tischmittels ausgerundeten Anschlagflächen für die Beine in der Gebrauchs- und in der Klapplage vorgesehen. Die bekannten Tischmittel bestehen aus einer Vielzahl von Bauteilen, die mit aufwendigen und vielfältigen Handgriffen vormontiert werden müssen, bevor die Beine mit den Schrauben bzw. mittels der Gewindebolzen und Muttern montiert werden können. Der Kostenaufwand für die Vielzahl von Einzelteilen und der Montageaufwand sind erheblich.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Klapptisch des eingangs genannten Aufbaus durch eine konstruktiv einfache und funktionssichere Ausführung des als Spritzgußteil ausgebildeten Tischmittels und durch eine einfache und zeitsparende Montage der Beine preiswerter herstellen zu können.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Schrauben als selbstschneidende Schrauben ausgebildet sind, und daß am Tischmittel zylindrische Bohrungen zum Eindrehen der Schrauben ausgeformt sind, von denen wenigstens zwei für die klappbaren Beine an gesonderten Formstücken aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sind, die in das Tischmittel lose eingesetzt sind und nach Eindrehen der Schraube in ihre Bohrung axial gesichert das Schwenklager mit vertikaler Achse bilden.
Das Tischmittel gemäß der Erfindung besteht bei einem Drei- oder Vierbeiner aus nur drei Einzelteilen, nämlich einem gespritzten Grundkörper und den zwei gesondert gespritzten Formstücken, die lose in den Grundkörper eingesetzt werden. Der Grundkörper weist bei einem Dreibeiner eine Bohrung, bei einem Vierbeiner zwei Bohrungen auf. Ebensolche Bohrungen sind an den beiden Formstücken ausgebildet. In diese Bohrungen werden dann lediglich nur noch drei bzw. vier selbstschneidende Schrauben nach Durchstecken durch entsprechende Löcher an den Beinen eingedreht. Da es sich um selbstschneidende Schrauben handelt, entfallen metallische Einlegerteile am Grundkörper und zusätzliche Sicherungsmittel, wie Unterlagscheiben od. dgl. Die beiden eingesetzten Formstücke können zuvor in die axial gesicherte Lage von Hand oder durch das Eindrehen der Schrauben gebracht werden. Der Grundkörper und die Formstücke weisen einander angepaßte Lagerflächen auf, die in der Endposition nach dem Eindrehen der Schrauben das Schwenklager für die beiden Beine bilden. Damit ist nicht nur die Anzahl der Bauteile um bis zu 50%, sondern zugleich die Anzahl der Montageschritte reduziert und zudem die Montage vereinfacht. Es brauchen lediglich die zwei Formstücke positioniert und die drei bzw. vier selbstschneidenden Schrauben mit einem angetriebenen Schraubendreher eingedreht werden.
In bevorzuger Ausführung ist vorgesehen, daß an dem Tischmittel nach oben oder unten offene, längliche Vertiefungen ausgebildet sind, die am Umfang des Tischmittels durch eine teilkreisförmige, vertikale Wand begrenzt sind, und daß das Formstück einen entsprechen kreisförmigen Zapfen aufweist und nach Einsetzen in die Vertiefung und Verschieben gegen die teilkreisförmige Wand mit einem Ansatz einen Schlitz in dieser Wand nach außen durchgreift und an seinem Ende eine Auflage für den Bügelsteg des Beins und ein Widerlager für die Schraube bildet.
Die an dem Grundkörper des Tischmittels ausgeformten Vertiefungen bilden eine Art Kulisse für das in die offene Seite eingesetzte Formstück, das sich in der Vertiefung verschieben läßt, bis der an ihm angeformte Ansatz in den Schlitz der die Vertiefung begrenzenden Wandung eingreift und diesen nach außen durchgreift. In dieser Position ist das Formstück axial gesichert, zugleich liegt sein Zapfen an der teilkreisförmigen Wand der Vertiefung an und wird dadurch das Schwenklager für das klappbare Bein gebildet. Dieses liegt nach dem Eindrehen der Schraube mit seinem Bügelsteg einer an dessen Umriß angepaßten Auflage am Ende des Ansatzes an, so daß nach Eindrehen der Schraube das Bein querstabil am Formstück befestigt und mit diesem um die Zapfenachse geklappt werden kann.
Eine weiterhin vorteilhafte Ausführung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß das Formstück nach Einsetzen in die Vertiefung nach außen verschiebbar ist, bis der Ansatz den Schlitz in der vertikalen, teilkreisförmigen Wand durchgreift.
Der Schwenkwinkel der Beine wird also durch die Breite des Schlitzes auf das gewünschte Maß zwischen Gebrauchsund Nichtgebrauchslage begrenzt. Zusätzlich können am Umfang des Grundkörpers des Tischmittels noch entsprechende Anlageflächen ausgeformt sein.
Vorzugsweise sind die Bohrungen für die Schrauben an hülsenförmigen Ausformungen am Tischmittel gebildet.
Die Hülsen mit ihrer reduzierten Wandstärke sorgen für eine gewisse federnde Nachgiebigkeit beim Eindrehen der Schrauben und somit für deren Sicherung in der Endlage.
Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand von zwei in der Zeichnung wiedergegebenen Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben. In der Zeichnung zeigen:

Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Klapptisch besteht aus einer Tischplatte 1, die beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ein kreisförmigen Umriß aufweist, und einem Gestell 2, das bei einer kreisrunden Tischplatte in der Regel als Dreibeiner ausgebildet und in Fig. 2 in der aufgeklappten Gebrauchslage näher gezeigt ist.
Das Gestell 2 besteht aus den Beinen 3, 4 und 5, die in der Regel aus Stahlrohr gebogen sind. Jedes Bein 3, 4 und 5 weist die Form eines U-Bügels auf und besteht folglich aus jeweils einem Bügelsteg 6, 7 und 8 sowie den unteren Bügelschenkeln 9, welche zusammen mit an ihren Enden aufgeschobenen Fußstücken aus Kunststoff die Standfüße bilden, und den oberen Bügelschenkeln 10, 11 und 11A, welche die Tischplatte 1 abstützen.
Die drei Beine 3, 4 und 5 des Gestells 2 sind im Bereich der Bügelstege 6, 7 und 8 über zwei mit Abstand voneinander angeordnete Tischmittel miteinander verbunden. Eines der Beine des Gestells 2, nämlich das Bein 3, ist bezüglich der Tischplatte 1 ortsfest angeordnet, indem es mit seinem oberen Bügelschenkel 10 in Lagerschalen 13, die an der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 befestigt sind, eingelegt ist, so daß die Tischplatte 1 um die Lager 13 geschwenkt und aus der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Gebrauchslage in die Fig. 1 gezeigte Klapplage gebracht werden kann. Die beiden anderen Beine 4, 5 sind an dem Tischmittel 12 an einer lotrechten Achse schwenkbar und aus der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Gebrauchslage in die gestrichelt wiedergegebene Position klappbar, in der sie zueinander und zu dem ortsfesten Bein 3 in parallelen Ebenen liegen, so daß Tischplatte 1 und Gestell 2 in der Nichtgebrauchslage (Fig. 1) ein schmales Paket bilden. In der Gebrauchslage (Fig. 2) sind die Beine 4, 5 mit ihren oberen Schenkeln 11, 11A in Rastbeschlägen 14, die an der Unterseite des Tischs 1 befestigt sind, festgelegt.
Das Tischmittel 12 ist in Fig. 3 näher gezeigt. Es besteht aus einem im wesentlichen dreieckförmigen, Spritzgußteil ausgebildeten Grundkörper 15, der an einer seiner Ecken eine Aufnahme 16 aufweist, deren Kontur der Kontur des Beins 3 angepaßt ist. Das Bein 3 ist mit einer selbstschneidenden Schraube 17 mit Senkkopf 18 an dem Grundkörper 15 des Tischmittels 12 befestigt, wobei es satt in der Aufnahme 16 einliegt.
Der Grundkörper 15 des Tischmittels 12 weist ferner an den beiden anderen Ecken nach oben offene Vertiefungen 19, 20 nach Art von Kulissen auf, die im Bereich der Ecke durch eine teilkreisförmige Wandung 21 geschlossen sind. In der Wandung 21 befindet sich ein im Bereich der Ecke des Grundkörpers nach außen offener Schlitz 22. Das Tischmittel 12 weist neben dem Grundkörper 15 Formstücke 23 auf, die von oben in die Vertiefungen 19, 20 einsetzbar sind und einen Ansatz 24 aufweisen, mit dem sie nach Verschieben in der Vertiefung den Schlitz 22 nach außen durchgreifen. Ferner weist jedes Formstück an seiner Oberseite und gegebenenfalls auch an der Unterseite einen Zapfen 25 mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt auf. Dieser Zapfen 25 liegt bei der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Position mit seinem Umfang der teilkreisförmigen Wandung 21 der Vertiefung 19, 20 an und bildet mit dieser ein Schwenklager. Die Formstücke weisen Bohrungen 26 auf, die zum Befestigen der klappbaren Beine 4, 5 mittels wiederum selbstschneidender Schrauben 17 dienen. Mittels des Schwenkzapfens 21 können die Formstücke 26 und damit die Beine 4, 5 aus der in Fig. 3 durchgezogen wiedergegebenen Position in die gestrichelt wiedergegebene Klapposition geschwenkt werden. Dabei bilden die die Schlitze 22 seitlich begrenzenden Wandungen 27, 28 Anschläge, die den Schwenkwinkel auf ca. 60° begrenzen.
Bei einem Vierbeiner weist das Tischmittel 12 zwei angeformte Aufnahmen 29 auf, die einander gegenüberliegen und je ein ortsfestes Bein 30 positionieren, die beide wiederum mittels selbstschneidender Schrauben 17 am Tischmittel 12 befestigt sind. Die beiden anderen Beine 31, 32 sind wiederum an Formstücken 33 befestigt, die den Formstücken 23 gemäß Fig. 3 entsprechen, also in Vertiefungen 34, 35 eingelegt und mittels Zapfen 36 schwenkbar sind, wobei sie wiederum mit einem Ansatz 37 einen Schlitz in der den Zapfen 36 lagernden Wandung durchgreifen. Der Ansatz 37 weist an seinem Ende wiederum eine lagerartige Aufnahme 38 für die Beine 31, 32 auf. Ferner können am Tischmittel 12 an der der Klapprichtung entgegengesetzten Seite Lagerflächen 39 ausgeformt sein, die in der Gebrauchslage die Aufnahmen 38 an den Formstücken 33 ergänzen. Aus der in Fig. 4 gezeigten Gebrauchslage, in der die Beine 31, 32 in gleicher Weise wie die Beine 4, 5 gemäß Fig. 1 bis 3 in Rastaufnahmen an der Unterseite der Tischplatte festgelegt sind -in diesem Fall allerdings über einem Winkel von 90°- können die Beine durch Verschwenken in entgegengesetzte Richtung in die Klapplage gebracht werden, die in Fig. 4 gestrichelt gezeigt ist.
Wie aus Fig. 5 ersichtlich, weist das Formstück 33 an der Ober- und Unterseite je einen Zapfen 36 auf, die an der äußeren Begrenzungswand 40 der Vertiefung 35 anliegen. Im übrigen bildet das Formstück 33 im wesentlichen eine Art Hülse 41 mit einer Bohrung 42, so daß die selbstschneidende Schraube 17 eingedreht werden kann und sich deren Gewindegang in die Bohrung einschneidet, zugleich aber die Hülse etwas federnd nachgiebt. Ähnlich sind am Grundkörper des Tischmittels 12 für die ortsfesten Beine 30 hülsenförmige Bereiche 43 mit Bohrungen 44 ausgeformt, in die die selbstschneidenden Schrauben 17 eingedreht werden.

Claims (5)

  1. Klapptisch nach Art eines Boulevardtischs mit einer Tischplatte (1) und einem Gestell (2) mit wenigstens drei als Bügel ausgebildeten Beinen (3, 4, 5), deren Bügelstege (6, 7, 8) in der Gebrauchslage im Zentrum der Platte nahe beieinander angeordnet und mittels sie horizontal durchgreifender Schrauben (17) an wenigstens einem gemeinsamen Tischmittel (12) aus Kunststoff festgelegt sind und deren sich sternförmig nach außen erstreckende untere Schenkel (9) die Standfüße bilden, während die oberen Schenkel (10, 11, 11A) an der Tischplatte festgelegt sind, wobei wenigstens zwei Beine (4, 5) mit ihren Bügelstegen (7, 8) am Tischmittel (12) an je einem Schwenklager mit vertikaler Achse gelagert sind und nach Lösen ihrer Bügelschenkel (11, 11A) an der Tischplatte in annähernd parallele Ebenen mit den weiteren Beinen (3) klappbar sind und die Tischplatte um horizontale Achsen der oberen Bügelstege der weiteren Beine in eine senkrechte Nichtgebrauchslage klappbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrauben als selbstschneidende Schrauben (17) ausgebildet sind, und daß am Tischmittel (12) zylindrische Bohrungen (26, 42, 44) zum Eindrehen der Schrauben ausgeformt sind, von denen wenigstens zwei für die klappbaren Beine (4, 5) an gesonderten Formstücken (23) aus Kunststoff ausgebildet sind, die in das Tischmittel (12) lose eingesetzt sind und nach Eindrehen der Schraube (17) in deren Bohrung axial gesichert das Schwenklager (21, 25) mit vertikaler Achse bilden.
  2. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Tischmittel (12) nach oben oder unten offene, längliche Vertiefungen (19, 20) ausgebildet sind, die am Umfang des Tischmittels durch eine teilkreisförmige, vertikale Wand (21) begrenzt sind, und daß das Formstück (23) einen entsprechend kreisförmigen Zapfen (25) aufweist und nach Einsetzen in die Vertiefung und Verschieben gegen die teilkreisförmige Wand mit einem Ansatz (24) einen Schlitz (22) in dieser Wand (21) nach außen durchgreift und an seinem Ende eine Auflage für den Bügelsteg des Beins (4, 5) und ein Widerlager für die Schraube (17) bildet.
  3. Klapptisch nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (22) mit seinen senkrechten Wandungen (27, 28) Begrenzungsanschläge für die Schwenkbewegung des ihn durchgreifenden Ansatzes (24) und somit des Bügelstegs (7, 8) bzw. des Beins (4, 5) in der Gebrauchslage und der Nichtgebrauchslage bildet.
  4. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formstück (23) nach Einsetzen in die Vertiefung (19, 20) nach außen verschiebbar ist, bis der Ansatz (24) den Schlitz (22) in der vertikalen, teilkreisförmigen Wand (21) durchgreift.
  5. Klapptisch nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bohrungen (26, 42, 44) für die Schrauben (17) an hülsenförmigen Ausformungen (41, 43) am Tischmittel (12) gebildet sind.
