Claims (21)
- Rolltor zum Verschließen einer Öffnung, insbesondere einer Außentür eines Gebäudes, mit einem flexiblen Vorhang (1), der mit seinem oberen Randbereich (2) im Bereich der oberen Begrenzung der zu verschließenden Öffnung befestigt ist, mit einer zum Aufwickeln des Vorhangs (1) bestimmten, im wesentlichen auf halber Höhe mit dem Vorhang (1) verbundenen Hubwelle (4), die zum gleichzeitigen Aufwickeln des unterhalb der Hubwelle (4) befindlichen Unterteils (6) und des oberhalb der Hubwelle (4) befindlichen Oberteils (7) des Vorhangs (1) auf die Hubwelle (4) mittels einer Betätigungsmechanik (5) drehbar und auf den oberen Randbereich (2) des Vorhangs (1) zu verschiebbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Betätigungsmechanik (5) eine im oberen Randbereich (2) des Vorhangs (1) im wesentlichen horizontal sich quer über die Breite der zu verschließenden Öffnung erstreckende, drehbar gelagerte und antreibbare Hauptwelle (8) aufweist, die in ihren beiden Endbereichen (9, 10) jeweils mit den einen Enden von aufwickelbaren Antriebsgurten (11, 12) drehfest verbunden sind, daß die jeweils anderen Enden der Antriebsgurte (11, 12) mit den beiden Endbereichen der Hubwelle (4) jeweils drehfest verbunden und im geschlossenen Zustand des Rolltores teilweise aufgewickelt angeordnet sind.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Betätigungsmechanik (5) einen Elektromotor (15) zum Antrieb der Hauptwelle (8) umfaßt, der vorzugsweise über eine Antriebskette (16) oder einen Zahnriemen mit der Hauptwelle (8) verbunden ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsgurte (11, 12) im geschlossen Zustand des Rolltores auf der Hauptwelle (8) bis zu einem Wickeldurchmesser von 95 bis 100 mm und auf der Hubwelle (4) bis zu einem Wickeldurchmesser von 60 bis 80 mm aufgewickelt sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die Betätigungsmechanik (5) einen Entlastungsgurt (17) aufweist, der mit seinem einen Ende an einem axialen Vorsprung (18) der Hauptwelle (8), vorzugsweise auf ihrer dem Motorantrieb abgewandten Seite, drehfest angeordnet und im geschlossenen Zustand des Rolltores derart aufgewickelt ist, daß eine zwischen dem anderen Ende des Entlastungsgurtes (17) und einem festen Punkt (19) angeordnete Zugfeder (20) die Haupwelle (8) im Öffnungsdrehsinn (21) vorspannt.
- Rolltor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmechanik (5) Führungsschienen (22, 23) umfaßt, die sich rechts und links seitlich neben dem Vorhang (1) im wesentlichen vertikal erstrecken und daß die Hubwelle (4) mit seitlich axial abstehenden Führungsstiften (24, 25) versehen ist, die in die Führungsschienen (22, 23) eingreifen, so daß die Hubwelle (4) in den Führungsschienen (22, 23) in horizontaler Richtung fixiert und in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar und drehbar geführt ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorhang (1) in seinem unteren Randbereich mit einer im wesentlichen horizontal angeordneten Leiste (26) versehen ist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiste (26) mit seitlich axial abstehenden Führungsstiften (27, 28) versehen ist, die in die Führungsschienen (22, 23) eingreifen, so daß die Leiste (26) in den Führungsschienen (22, 23) in horizontaler Richtung fixiert und in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der beiden Schmalseiten des Rolltores jeweils ein sich in vertikaler Richtung über die Höhe des Rolltores erstreckendes, im horizontalen Schnitt im wesentlichen L-förmiges Blechprofil (29, 30) angeordnet ist, wobei ein sich im rechten Winkel zum Vorhang (1) erstreckender Schenkel (31, 32) des Blechprofils (29, 30) mit der jeweiligen Führungsschiene (22, 23) und ein sich parallel zum Vorhang (1) erstreckender Schenkel (33, 34) mit einer auf den Vorhang (1) hin abgewinkelten Bürstenleiste (35, 36) versehen ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubwelle (4) auf der Innen- und Außenseite des Vorhangs (1) jeweils mit einem sich längs der Hubwelle (4) erstreckenden Schutzblech (39, 40) umschlossen ist, wobei die Schutzbleche (39, 40) an der Ober- und Unterseite jeweils nur noch einen Schlitz (41, 42) zum Durchgang des Vorhangs (1) freilassen, und daß die beiden Schutzbleche (39, 40) durch zwei rechts und links des Vorhangs (1) angeordnete Verbindungsteile (43, 44) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Verbindungsteile (43, 44) auf der Hubwelle (4) drehbar gelagert sind.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Verbindungsteile (43) ein seitlich in axialer Richtung abstehendes Drehbegrenzungsteil (49, 50) aufweist, das in eine seitlich des Vorhangs (1) angeordnete Führung (51) eingreift.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest über eine drehbare Lagerung (45) der Verbindungsteile (43, 44) eine elektrische Verbindung zwischen den Schutzblechen (39, 40) und der Hubwelle (4) besteht.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an dem Vorhang (1) anliegenden, oberen und unteren Kanten der Schutzbleche (39, 40) jeweils mit Rundungen (46) versehen sind, die vorzugsweise eine reibungsarme Gleitschicht (47) aufweisen.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsteile (43, 44) mit den Schutzblechen (39, 40) durch in die Rundungen (46) eingeschraubte Schrauben (48) verbunden sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubwelle (4) zwei Halbschalen (52, 53) aufweist, die in mittlerer Höhe auf die Vorder- und Rückseite des Vorhangs (1) aufgesetzt und miteinander verschraubt sind.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Enden der Halbschalen (52, 53) jeweils mit einem Endstück (13, 14) drehfest verbunden sind, auf dem der jeweilige Antriebsgurt (11, 12) aufwickelbar ist und das einen axial abstehenden Führungsstift (24, 25) aufweist.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstifte (24, 25) der Endstücke (13, 14) an ihren freien Enden jeweils mit einer Sicherungsscheibe (56) versehen sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Endstück (13, 14) mit einer Betätigungsscheibe (55) zur Betätigung eines Endschalters versehen ist.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsteile (43, 44) der Schutzbleche (39, 40) auf den Endstücken (13, 14) drehbar gelagert sind.
- Rolltor nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Leiste (26) des Vorhangs (1) zwei Halbschalen aufweist, die im unteren Randbereich auf die Vorder- und Rückseite des Vorhangs (1) aufgesetzt und miteinander verschraubt sind.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden seitlichen Enden der Halbschalen jeweils mit einem axial abstehenden Führungsstift (27, 28) versehen sind.
- Rolltor nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bodenbereich an den rechten und linken Seiten des Rolltores zwei selbsttätige Windsicherungen (57, 58) angeordnet sind, die jeweils einen in seiner Mitte gelagerten, im wesentlichen rechtwinkligen Doppelhebel (59) aufweisen, der mittels einer Zugfeder (62) derart vorgespannt ist, daß sein oberer Schenkel (60) in horizontaler Stellung den jeweiligen Führungsstift (27, 28) der unteren Leiste (26) bei geschlossenem Vorhang (1) nach unten drückt, bei sich öffnendem Vorhang (1) aber von dem Führungsstift (27, 28) über einen Totpunkt der Federkraft in eine vertikale Stellung bringbar ist, in der er durch die Zugfeder (62) fixiert bleibt, und daß der nunmehr horizontale, untere Schenkel (61) bei sich schließendem Vorhang (1) mittels des sich senkenden Führungsstiftes (27, 28) nach unten klappbar ist, so daß der Führungsstift (27, 28) nach Überschreiten des Totpunktes der Federkraft vom oberen Schenkel (60) nach unten gedrückt wird.
